Located in the village of Tugare with a minimarket, bar, and pizza place only 50m from the property, and only 8km from the cute Mediterranean town Omiš with its famous sandy beach, and Cetina river with many activity options. The famous town Split is only a 25-minute drive away (19km), and the nearest highway entrance is in Blato na Cetini (21km). The villa itself offers 234 sqm of very nicely organized interior positioned on a 960 sqm fenced plot. It offers 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, a laundry, a garage, a private pool with a sun deck area, and a covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue for perfect evenings next to the pool, overlooking the village center and an outdoor playground for kids.

* The OUTDOORs offers a private swimming pool 3,6m x 10m, a spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs and sun umbrellas, a covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue, and a table for 8 people. There is also a covered lounge corner, in front of the kitchen. For some fun, there is an outdoor Table tennis and table football. For even more joy and excitement, a delightful children's playground awaits right in front of the Villa. It is complete with everything needed for mini football, volleyball, and badminton—a perfect place for little adventurers to play, laugh, and create unforgettable memories!
* The GROUND floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker...), Air Conditioner, a table for 8 people, a kitchen island, direct approach toward the pool area, a living room with free WiFi, a TV, Netflix, PS4, and also glass door toward the pool area. There is a family bathroom with a shower, and separately a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing appliances.
*The FIRST floor offers 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom NO1 (19,7 sqm) with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, A/C, with pool views, and en-suite bathroom (5,6 sqm) with a bathtub.

The area of Omiš and Cetina river gorge offers many sports possibilities. You can try the zip-line above the Cetina river canyon, white water rafting that is not too rough at all, try free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cycling, and much more (8km from the villa). Omiš is approx. 8 km from the property and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance, the old part of Omiš offers cute, small streets to explore and walk through and visit a Mirabela fortress with amazing views of Omiš and Cetina river (7km). A lot of great restaurants, bars, an open market with fresh fruit and vegetable, a butchery, a fish market, best sandy and pebble beaches with very clear sea, and all are just 10 min drive from the property. You can join the public kid’s playground that is fenced and located 50m from the property.
The famous town Split is a 19 km or 25 min drive to the center and also is of cultural importance, with a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit, very lively during the day and also in the evening, so this is the must-see place!
Upon arrival, the owner will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants (the nearest one is Konoba Palacio in Naklice, 3km far), possibilities to rent a boat, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting the island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to book a body massage on a villa.
The whole property is fully fenced, and there are 4 parking places on the private plot (1 garage place), fenced.
