* The outdoor offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner in front of the living room, a summer kitchen with TV, a barbecue, a dining table for 8, and a toilet. A playground for your youngest with a slide. Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean plants give you a nice environment in calming green colors.

* The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining room with pool views, a TV with SAT and NETFLIX, A/C, free WiFi, fireplace, and a glass door toward the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and kettle. A Bedroom No1 with double bed 160cm x 200cm with pool view and exit the terrace. Next to the bedroom is a family bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.

* The first-floor offers a Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds 90cm x 200cm (can be connected into king size), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views. A Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views. A Master Bedroom No 4 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, ensuite bathroom with shower, a balcony with pool views.
