Este nuevo apartamento renovado está situado en el centro histórico de Florencia. Una ubicación única a pocos pasos de los monumentos más bellos de la ciudad. Hay 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y un salòn que tiene dos cómodos sofá cama. El apartamento tiene una zona de cocina en el salón. El apartamento está situado al 3 piso sin ascensor, pero no hay muchas escaleras. Completamente equipado, la casa perfecta para la mejor estancia.

Literalmente OLTRARNO significa el ‘otro lado del Arno’, esta es tradicionalmente la zona de los artesanos de Florencia y su viejo-mundo, las calles bohemias estàn llenas de Botteghe (talleres) y boutiques independientes. Abarca la zona sur del río y al oeste del Ponte Vecchio; su espina dorsal es Borgo San Jacopo, lleno de tiendas y un twinset de torres del siglo XII, Torre dei Marsili y Torre de\' Belfredelli. Well equipped kitchen and bath towels were plentiful. Would have liked some wall hooks for our towels. A dryer would have been great. Front bedroom didn’t have room for luggage. Would have liked extra pillows. Otherwise, very nice. Great location!! Would stay again.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything, yet on a quiet street. When we left, we walked one minute to the Pitti Palace to get a taxi to the train station. Alessandra was very responsive to texts. We were able to get groceries and eat lunch everyday in the apartment. Dinners were close by at Santo Spirito. Highly recommend!

Ac difficult and confusing. Kitchen not as great as presented. Beds not as comfortable as expected. Only one set of keys with a code box that combo was set to upon arrival which made us worry the entire time there which neighbor may have seen. We asked for an extra set of keys, and they said they would send, them said no there is only one set. Worse of all, very very noisy neighbors with two children . Sorry, bad start to a wonderful trip.

Great Property for Family Trip

The property was in a great location and was exactly as listed. Some of our favorite restaurants were nearby and it was close to the Pitti Palace and beautiful Boboli Gardens.

The apartment was charming, well-provisioned for cooking, and ideally located for enjoying the delights of Florence away from the crowds of the center. We loved having the ability to get a pizza and eat quietly at “home”, and having the extra space. The neighborhood itself is a block from the Pitti Palace, filled with restaurants, a great Gelateria, shops, and access to busses.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is centrally located so easy to get around. The unit was great for our needs. The only issue we had was WiFi in the bedrooms where the connection would not stay on.

Loved It!

The location was top notch. Minutes to walk across Ponte Vecchio and everything we needed was convenient during our 3 week stay. The beds were comfortable, although not “American King”, they were larger than a standard Queen. High ceilings make the space feel extra roomy. We would choose this property again!

Very nice and good location

The apartment was as listed. Good location. It was nice to have A/C after long hot July days walking around Florence. Spacious floor plan and nice bathrooms. Beds are low to the ground but comfortable. Sleeper sofa’s had some small issues closing up completely but it wasn’t a big deal. Must have internet service to open the door with vikey key. Would recommend

A great option in the Oltrarno

This spacious apartment is on a quiet street just across the river from the main tourist area, and very close to the Pitti Palace, Boboli gardens and lots of great places to eat. The Ponte Vecchio and Duoma complex are short walk away down the main pedestrain street in Florence. The manager Alessandra was great, she even helped set up a transfer to the airport for us.

Family Getaway

Wonderful location - very cordial - lots of space. Need to be able to climb steps as apartment has multiple steps. We had a lot of extra luggage from an earlier cruise - Next time I will store it somewhere. Would recommend!

Great location

We had a wonderful experience! The flat has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Washer, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and Nespresso. The location is perfect. Near everything. The only drawback that I can think of is the stairs leading up to the flat (which are fully disclosed in the listing and we were fine with them.) It just might not be appropriate for the elderly or someone not comfortable carrying luggage up the stairs. Otherwise, this place is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment in Florence

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was super close to the historical centre yet the street was relatively calm and quiet. We paid our city tax through the online check-in service and they provided all the information for accessing the apartment when we arrived. The check-in was very easy and straightforward. Alessandra our host was amazing, very helpful and flexible. We had an issue with the boiler not working when we arrived but she came in the next day to help sort it out. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit in the local area as well as other towns and cities to visit. We also asked about parking in the area since we were driving in from Modena (my friends and I were on a road trip around the north of Italy), and she provided us with information about a garage that was close by. Though, top tip, don't drive in the centre of Florence, there is no need. That's a lesson learnt the hard way but it has nothing to do with apartment. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Florence. Highly recommend.
