¡Gran oportunidad para alquilar una casa recientemente renovada en el muelle! La casa está a pocos pasos de la playa de la ciudad de Narragansett, con excelentes restaurantes locales y tiendas en la playa, al otro lado de la calle y frente a un increíble parque infantil para niños. Los 3 dormitorios dormirán cómodamente 6 y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar con capacidad para 2 personas más. La propiedad en sí tiene un gran patio trasero, pozo de fuego y parrilla para albergar a familiares y amigos durante su estadía.

Ya sea que sus vacaciones sean una escapada con otra persona importante, o una tradición anual con familiares o amigos, la ubicación de nuestra casa y las comodidades locales harán que sea una gran experiencia que querrá volver a visitar cada verano.

Great location. Major plus for being pet friendly. Easy check in and check out process. The house and property could use a little TLC and deep cleaning but it worked for our needs!

We booked 3 nights but left after 1st night and had to go to Newport. All negative reviews are 100% accurate. A lot of problems with this listing: filthy bathroom with cabinet door not closing; exposed electrical outlet in one of the bedrooms upstairs; A rickety bed making noise (impossible to sleep); a hole in the ceiling in the dining room with a few broken door knobs; screen door to the patio “fixed” with an ugly black duct tape; kitchen pots old and scratched (enjoy ingesting PFAS). The owners had a nerve to charge a cleaning fee. This property was never fully renovated. VRBO was notified and pictures sent. For the sake of your sanity, stay away from this scam.

The location and property was good, my only advice would be, For the owner to renovate the property or do a deep clean at the property. Apart from that, it's all good.

Place was clean and suited our purposes. It could use a little TLC, but there was many more items in the kitchen then I expected to see which came in very handy. Love the back porch and the neighborhood along with the fact it was close to everything we were doing. Communication with the host was fabulous

Pros- location, pet friendly, grill, tvCons- Old, dirty, couch does not open to a bed, no toilet paper, the rug in the bathroom was so dirty I had to buy something because I couldn’t put my feet on it. Same with the rug in the living room I bought down one from upstairs that was a little better. No broom or dustpan and brush to pick up all the sand from the beach so after the first day you have sand everywhere. No curtain or blinds on the sliding glass doors and the bathroom is right next to it so you better keep the door closed when you shower. I think with a little TLC it could be a nice place.

Overall, was a good stay. We love Narragansett and Newport. House needs some updating and repairs but was clean and comfortable enough for a short trip. The owner was lovely and very responsive.

Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Location Needs Updating

The location is great but the property and house need some TLC. Pealing paint, unfinished patching and a bit overgrown backyard but a good value for the price. The kitchen isn't well supplied, pots and pans are very worn and refrigerator had loose and missing seals so was hard to keep things cold. Plenty of space and the living room was comfy and welcoming. Back deck was a nice place to sit but table was a bit old and rickety. I would recommend this place for a quick trip but could be tough for a long period of time.

pet friendly, close to Narragansett Town Beach

The house was perfect size for a beach trip with the family. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we had a nice trip and were able to bring the dog. :)

It has potential

The location was great, and Kristyn Anne was quick to communicate with us and resolve check in issues. Read past reviews that raised concerns because they are still valid. The house is not being maintained. There is no window covering for the bathroom window which overlooks the deck. There are several windows missing screens and holes in other screens. The smaller upstairs bedroom has no window covering and no closet-can it actually be a bedroom? There is one window unit for the whole first floor, Its placement makes sitting on the couch difficult. Many more issues that just point to poor upkeep. For the price being asked with the addition of a security deposit, pet fee and linen rentals I did not feel as though I got my money's worth. Others have said this--it could be a great place. The owners are not listening.

Naragansett Sweetheart

This house suited us well. Comfy. It's all about the location and this would be impossible to match anywhere else at this price in Naragansett if you love their unmatched town beach. Other beaches are very nearby (short car ride) if you want a change of pace and impressed with all the ones we visited. Very walkable distance to town beach, shops, playground and restaurants. Beach wagon and toys provided and we just plopped the little ones in the wagon, crossed the park and took little back road short cut straight to the beach! Something for everyone. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect family beach vacation

The house was extremely clean when we arrived, house was equipped with all pots and pans, and a beach wagon with beach chairs! My husband and I took our son here for a long weekend and it was great! The house is less than a mile from the town beach. Directly around the corner is an adventure land for kids that has an arcade, small rides, go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and more. In addition, there’s a great park right at the end of the road. Near the beach are fantastic restaurants, an awesome ice cream and candy shop, and shopping! There was some thing for everyone. Newport was a very short drive, and we took advantage of the Block Island ferry being less than 15 minutes away! Definitely an awesome location for a family vacation. The house was in great condition. Perfect for a Beach getaway.

Affordable Basic Accommodations

Good neighborhood, rustic accommodations, easy walk to the beach, has A/C units. Important to note- linens/towels not included, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer. Overall good stay for our family of 4.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The property is less than a mile from the town beach which made the location ideal. The house was clean but bare bones/ outdated. However don't let this steer you away- its perfect for a getaway. Bring your own pillows in addition to linens. Shower was small but worked good. A/C units in every room which is nice.

Nice Getaway!

Older style home, in nice neighborhood, close to everything. Great place for kids and or dog, with parks and schools and biking/walking paths at each end of the dead-end street.
