There is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue, fridge, dishwasher, TV, dining table, and lounge area, both covered in front of the pool area. A few steps down takes you to a playground with a trampoline and table tennis.
* The ground floor level offers 3 bedrooms with a direct approach to the pool area. Bedroom No1 with double bed 160x200cm, air-conditioned en-suite bathroom with shower and exit toward the pool area. Bedroom No2 with double bed 160x200cm, air-condition, and Family bathroom with shower in the hallway for Bedroom No2. Bedroom No 3 with double bed 160x200cm, air-condition, en suite bathroom with shower. From bedrooms No1 and No3, you have a pool view and a direct approach to the pool area. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
