It is situated only 8km from the famous town Split with many historical attractions, only 1km from crystal clear pebble beach in Podstrana, minimarket at 650m distance, and 1km from restaurants. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a masseuse, and grocery delivery to the property (not included, all can be placed before or during your stay)

*The OUTDOOR (a few steps lower than the ground floor level) offers a private, heated infinity 32 sqm (8m x 4m) swimming pool with a fully automated salt electrolysis system, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal barbecue for your grill skills. In front of the dining/living room is a covered dining area for 8 people and a very comfortable lounge corner, all with sea views.
* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area with a flat-screen TV, A/C, an Ethanol fireplace, a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (an ice maker, a wine cooler, microwave oven, coffee maker Nespresso, a toaster, a kettle...). A separate toilet.
* At the BASEMENT (approached with the internal staircase) you will find a beautifully furnished fun zone of 55sqm with a Pool table (a billiards), a very comfortable sofa, a sitting area, a bar area, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, an air conditioner, kitchenette with a fridge and a dishwasher, a family Bathroom with a shower (5sqm).
* At the 1.5-floor level there is a Bedroom NO1 (15sqm) with two single beds 90cm x 200cm, a TV, A/C, views toward town Split, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm).
* The FIRST floor offers two master bedrooms:
Bedroom NO2 (18sqm) with king size bed 180cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm), and a terrace with sea views.
Bedroom NO3 (18sqm) with king size bed 180cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm), and a terrace with sea views.
* At the UPPER GROUND floor level is a Bedroom NO4 (15sqm) with two single beds 90cmx 200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm). From this level, there is an exit toward the pebble area behind the house (fenced).
* The LOWER ground floor offers a Bedroom NO5 (15 sqm) with a double bed 140cm x 200cm, TV, and A/C, (this bedroom uses the family bathroom next to the fun zone, a few steps lower). There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
There is a secured parking place on a private plot for 3 cars and a car is recommended.
