Great Labor Day Weekend

We rented the condo for the weekend and had an awesome time!!! Condo was extremely clean and very convenient to the beach and the community pool. It was our home away from home!

Great place and location.

Clean house and clean. In the more quite part of Pensacola beach. A easy few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Nice pools. Would stay here again for sure.

The accuracy of the description of this property was right on!! We loved the location and ease of walking to the beach. Quiet area for a relaxing vacation and visit with our kids who attend college in Pensacola. We will stay again!

The beach was very easy access. We would have loved to have water on the boardwalk for washing off but were pleased to have it at the unit. The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay which was fabulous. The tile floors are not level so would be in issue with young ones learning to walk or anyone not steady on their feet. We had a leak in the upstairs toilet that ran water through the ceiling of the main living space. Luckily my husband was able to turn off the water and saved a lot of damage. The next day a plumber was sent to the unit but it was after noon before they showed up. There would have been major damage if my husband hadn't turned off the water. We also had dead batteries in the lock on the main door. We waited several hours but no one came to correct the issue. We ended up changing batteries ourselves so we could go on about our beach day. Overall it was a great place to stay with just a couple frustrations that were addressed.

A home outside home

There was enough space for 4 people to lounge and privacy. The beach is not far and the two pools were usually not busy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Arrived Thursday afternoon, and immediately found dried food on sofa covering and mold on the oven mitts and in the kitchen drawer. Microwave was broken and we notified property manager the first night. Was told there would be a loaner to replace but that never happened. Found more mold on the HVAC plenum by the washer. Smelled weed coming from the condo diagonally from us and that same family was throwing punches at each other in the parking lot. Really didn’t want my young kids witnessing that. Stay away from this place if you plan on bringing your kids.

Great location

This condo is the first one in the gate. It has nice big bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with the keypad and the property manager came right out and fixed it.

Great Area

We love the area of these condos. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to grocery stores and a 2 second walk to the beach. The beaches are beautiful and quiet and never super busy. Over all an amazing area if your looking to have a nice quiet fun vacation with your family. This is the second condo we have stayed at in this development. Over all it was pretty clean.The carpet and the couches could use replacing.The listing showed a clean white couch and we ended up having a stained couch with a dirty slip cover. There were some major splatters on the cabinets in the upstairs bathroom but the showers were very clean. Overall a nice place but would be willing to pay a bit more for new laminate floors upstairs and clean couches.

Great location

More spacious than I expected. Only complaint is more basic supplies should have been provided. For the price we paid, we should not have had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, etc.

overall very nice!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The beach is closer than 2 blocks away! A few minor things that do need to be addressed. The washer machine knob is broken and a pair of pliers were left to use to turn the broken knob. The spray nozzle in the kitchen is completely broken. The clip for the shower head and hose in the master bathroom is also broken. Also, need a new can opener, the blender works but it leaks. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend the Regency Cabanas,

Condo near beach

Very nicely decorated and coordinated condo. Color pallette was tastefully matched. Lots of granite and tile but some of the renovations were not the best quality. For instance upstairs vanity drawers hit the door trim so can't be opened. Microwave vent does not go outside. Shower enclosure is low end. Bedroom recessed lights don't have a switch that we could find. This condo's biggest feature is being 1 minute walk from the beach and 2 pools in the complex. AC is very refreshing. Two story layout was really nice for family. Having an end unit was nice too. As others mentioned this condo is sparsely stocked. Seems like its set up for someone to drive to. We flew there so the lack of any spices, clothes hangers, clothes basket, soap (laundry dish, hand and washer) etc was a pain for a 1 week stay. Internet was really slow/temperamental.

Pleasant Stay

The property was overall very nice. From this particular unit, the walk to the beach was probably 5 minutes which was great. There is access to 2 pools and one overlooked the covered patio. The 2 rooms are spacious and there's room on the floor if you choose to bring air mattresses for anyone not wanting to share beds. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the foldout couch bed was particularly springy and uncomfortable. The couch itself was comfortable to sit on, but it being stark white, it had past stains embedded. You may need to bring a can opener. The electric one was good for piercing cans, but didn't work for us. If you're bringing someone who has difficulty walking up and down stairs, this unit would not be the best idea. The first step up to the property was broken, so hopefully that will be repaired soon. The gate codes were a bit of an issue. Sometimes, it took 3-5 times entering it in before it worked and 3 other times, it didn't open at all for us. We waited for someone to leave and then we were able to get in. We did use the contact number on the gate, which took a while to get through, but finally, I used the VRBO app to contact the lister and got a faster response. These were minor issues for us, so overall we had a great stay and because of the location and the fact that it wasn't in a busy spot for traffic made it really nice.

Could Have Some Improvements

Although we definitely had a wonderful vacation, there definitely were some things that caused disappointment in the condo. I wanted to leave a review in hopes that some of the items may be fixed for other vacationers: 1. The couch was filthy. Stains all over it. The same with the white curtains. Red stains on the couch and orange stains on the curtains. There was a large dead bug in the corner by the couch as well as some trash and dead bugs in the garage. Little things that perhaps aren’t that big of a deal, but when spending too dollar for the week definitely could have been taken care of. For that kind of money for a non-beach or even ocean view condo, I would expect it to be meticulous. We also had trouble with the window leaking every time it rained. We made the management aware of this and were told a ticket was put in to fix it (we never saw anyone come fix it though). 2. The kitchen was not adequately stocked with enough dishes. For a condo that is advertised for up to 8 people, there were only 6 bowls, for example. Every unit that we have stayed at before always had many more of the necessities. Little things like scissors or a pizza cutter make such a difference. 3. The master bedroom and bathroom could use some definite updates — the carpet in the master bedroom was torn, the drawers of cabinets in the bathroom were dirty and it was hard to even open them. 4. The unit was musty, especially under the sink. I had an instant headache, as I am sensitive to mold/mildew. I was thankful that the management reimbursed me for the air purifier that I went to Walmart to purchase (but it was still a pain to have to make an hour round trip to purchase it). The purifier did help the smell tremendously, but whatever is causing the issue from under the sink definitely need addressed. Some things that we did enjoy were the pools that were rarely crowded. The beach was a short walk from the unit and was rarely busy. I enjoyed the deck that overlooked the pool, although it was slightly shadowed by the fact that there was a lot of barking at various times. I love dogs but didn’t love all the barking from various dogs in different units.

You are right the condo should have enough settings for 8 ppl as the unit sleeps. I will ensure this has been completed. We do provide scissors and a pizza cutter. Location Location Location

Property manager was quick to respond to my inquiries. All appliances were new and modern. Blender was broken, but quickly replaced with a brand new one. Unfortunately no hose to wash off saltwater. There is always some issues by the ends of the summer. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfection!!

Our family had a great time and loved the condo! We are a family of 6 with 4 boys (3 teens) and the condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect! We are already planning a second stay. I somehow ended up leaving my wedding rings in the bathroom when we left Florida. I called the management office and they immediately sent the property manager over who found the ring, shipped it out and I received it in Oklahoma 4 days later!
