NO FEES! Family Friendly Townhouse 5 Min Walk Beachfront Pool

Tres Flamingos is a spacious & comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Our unit is short five minute walk to the beach with private access which includes a beachfront pool, showers, and restrooms. The beach house is now open with a restaurant and bar. Gulf Highlands has 11 pools, tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, shuffleboard, and an 18 hole mini golf course.

Our townhouse is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax. Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from entrances and exits that are not on Front Beach Road which means less traffic!

The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room. The sunroom has a full size daybed with a trundle for additional sleeping.

The upstairs contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. The third bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. You must enter through the master. It has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom.

NO ADDITIONAL FEES ADDED BY THE OWNER TO THE NIGHTLY RATES. ALL CLEANING, PROCESSING, & BOOKING FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE. 13% SALES TAX IS ABOVE AND BEYOND NIGHTLY RATES.

** As of Oct 1, 2025 All renters are required to show their rental agreement and Picture ID to enter the resort. Renters must be 21 years of age or older - NO EXCEPTIONS**

Wonderful Family Stay

We were in town for a wedding. We had lots of room for our group. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and Carissa is very responsive--although we didn't need her for anything of concern. We'd definitely stay again!

Convenient to everything with all the amenities!

We had older teenagers with us, they loved the pickle ball and shuffleboard. Very close walk to the beach. So cozy! We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

2nd time staying and will definitely be back again. Condo is very clean, well stocked with everything you need and plenty of room. Close walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants. Beach home was clean and came with just about everything you will need. With a quick walk to beach,several pools to choose from, restaurants in walking distance, and a great back patio. My family enjoyed their stay.

Home away from home 🏡

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tres Flamingoes. Our unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It was close to amenities such as sports courts, both tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard, pools, heated and not, shopping, restaurants and of course the highlight of any stay, a beautiful white sandy beach 🏖️

Great getaway

This condo was perfect, the owners were great and answered all questions and gave lots of information. The condo is within close walking distance to the beach and super close to a pool and the playground is right out the back door. The condo is stocked with everything you need to stay for the week.

Amazing week!

We had the best family vacation! The home is beautiful and has everything we needed to be very comfortable! The owners were very attentive and kind. It is a great location in Gulf Highlands. It is just a short walk to the beach and to 2 pools. We will book again!

Everything was absolutely amazing!

Home Getaway

I came here for my birthday trip with friends and it was so nice and more! We had all the room we needed and Carissa was very helpful the entire time! Only a short walk to the beach which we made everyday. The rooms were very spacious and the house was very nice. We really enjoyed our time! We will be visiting again!

Great girls weekend!

We had a great but quick girls weekend in PCB. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The walk to beach was very easy and convenient! My niece loved the swings on the playground right behind the house and one of the pools was a short walk from the condo! Carissa was awesome to work with! Definitely would stay again!

Our stay at this property was everything we could have asked for. Everything you need is provided by the property owner. All you need to do is arrive. We had a family of 6…..2 adults (myself and my sister) with our 5 children (ages 16-24) there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Board games provided great fun in the late hours. The pools, pickleball and tennis courts were in very close proximity. (Even cornhole) If I could have walked out the back door to the beach I probably would have never left. Lol! But the beach is a very short walk from the unit and easy to get to and enjoy with the wagon and beach accessories provided. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Best Vacation Ever!

We had such a great vacation at Tres Flamingo’s this past week! It was just my husband and I and we enjoyed having the short walk to the Beach and the pool close to the house! The house is awesome and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook some yummy meals! When we were ready to go to the Beach, the Beach items that we needed were available in the deck box! Carissa was an awesome host as she always is! We look forward to our next vacation at Tres Flamingo’s!

This property was perfect!

This was the first time renting a house and not being "ocean view". This house was perfect! There was 8 of us. Plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need for cooking to going to the beach was provided. The kids could go outside and play on the playground and tennis courts without a lot of supervision. All around great place to stay!

AMAZING!!

The property is amazing it has everything you need and it is well stocked the beds are so comfortable and just love how the playground and swimming pool is right out the back door and just a few min walk and you are at the beach!! Perfect condo !! Our family will definitely stay agin the owner is amazing and will answer any questions you have checking in and out is easy !! We made amazing memories with my family !!

Great stay!

My friends and I booked this place for our spring break, and it was an amazing place! It’s super close to the beach with just a short 5 minute walk. It’s in a convenient location with Walmart right down the road for groceries. It has all of the dishes and utensils needed for meals, and great gathering areas for everyone to hang out; Whether that’s in the house, the patio, or the many pools and tennis courts the neighborhood has to offer. The property manager was very quick to communicate and met all of our needs! I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Great Place to stay

Wonderful place to stay and very reasonable. Condo has plenty of room and everything you can possibly need for your stay. Complex has enough activities that you don’t have to leave it. Short walk to beach and they even have beach wagon to help. Pull right up to your door so easy access. Centrally located to all restaurants. Carissa communicates better than any place we have ever stayed even sending list of great places to eat and things to do. We will definitely be back.

Stayed during first week of August. Location is perfect, mins from the beach. Strange floor plan because you have to go thru one bedroom to get to the other room. Host was sweet and very responsive. Would recommend condo to anyone.

Awesome place near the beach

We had an absolute blast in PCB and really enjoyed the condo at Gulf Highlands. The upstairs layout is a little funky due to adding the additional room and bathroom but worked out perfectly for our family. The kids used the sunroom downstairs and loved it. The pool areas could use more chairs and umbrellas but that’s on the complex itself, not the TF condo. I would definitely recommend this place to others and stay there again.

Perfect

We had so much fun at PCB. My 2 sister's and I stayed for 5 days at Tres Flamingos. It is such a nice place. So convenient to everything , beach, restaurants, bars, and also children friendly with so many pools, jungle gyms and nice patio to grill and hang out with family. We had stayed there about a year ago. It was nice then, but there has been so many upgrades since then. Also Carrisa (the owner) is so accommodating and helpful for whatever your needs are. She returns your texts right away. We hated leaving and cannot wait until next year.

A must stay if you want to relax

From start to finish you can relax without any hassles while staying here. What makes that happen? Communication. From the time of booking until boost trip you will get regular emails with usable information not only about the condo but the surrounding area. The location is awesome, right by the pool, pickleball, and tennis courts. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach action and food. This would be great for families with kids due to the room count and configuration. When you spend more time doing the things you want to do, this rental is a great value and our group highly recommends it.
