Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el 4to piso con vista directa a las piscinas al aire libre en Phoenix Gulf Shores. ¡Evite los ascensores y el estrés y estacione directamente en el 4to piso! ¡También tenemos una cerradura de puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía y WIFI GRATIS! Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,750 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix Gulf Shores: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 60 "en la sala de estar y un televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 55" en el dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio y 50 "HDTV en el 3er dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora estándar. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It’s a great place for kids. It was very clean, they are great and give plenty of towels for everyone . Plenty of room for everyone, nice big balcony. I highly recommend it!!!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has lots of space for a great vacation. Lots of sitting area in living room and large dinning table. Loved the room right when we came in to store all our beach items. Condo is looking dated. Kitchen refrigerator door shelf was broke and stores in one of cabinets. This was concerning because we didn’t want to get charged for it. Could use a good cleaning. The white doors had lots of dirty handprints on them. Also noticed the ice machine(which we loved) had lots of dirty collected on the vent underneath. I read my email prior to leaving and it stated there would be laundry soap and dish soap there so we did not bring any. After arriving we only had one small bottle of dish soap and a couple pods for the dishwasher and no laundry soap. Also only had the one garbage bag, paper towel and toilet paper for each room. At other condos we have rented we have had extras of these items. We loved the heated indoor pool. Outside pool was lots of fun and water wasn’t too cold. Kids had lots of fun on the slide. Did have issues with the older kids playing rough on the slide. Several times a security guard would talk to them but the still continued. At one point he said he would close the slide if they didn’t stop. I as a grandparent of littles who picked this condo for the slide was irritating to hear. You don’t punish everyone for the actions of others. Those kids should have had to get their parents before they were allowed back. Overall we had a great time and would stay again just know I need to get more supplies.

Beautiful, perfect location, no check in problems, we had a blast! The only concern, one of the high top chairs broke and i fell and hit my chin on the table. Gave me quite a shock.

Family Getaway

We are a extended family that goes once a year all together on vacation. This year we picked gulf shores and this condo was in an excellent area. We were never crowded on the beach and you literally walked from your car parked in the parking garage to your front door. Grocery carts were on the floor to help make loading and unloading super easy. The ice maker was a huge hit with our young family memebers, they said it was better than popsicles. Great staff and the property owner/manager was super helpful when we had questions. Great stay.

Excellent Condo

Our family of 6 stayed a week in this condo and enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and it was a few short steps to the beach. The condo was pretty well stocked. It could use some new pots and pans and more than one dish towel which are minor things. The TVs didn’t work right and I could have called the provider but chose not to spend my time doing that. Having the ability to park right there on the 4th floor and walk right into the condo was super convenient. There are only 90 condos in the building so it doesn’t feel crowded compared to other condos we have stayed in. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2025!

The property is beautiful. The indoor pool was the BEST, since it was still cool in March. It also has an amazing outdoor area with another pool with a swirly slide! Upon entering the unit, the communication with the owner was great, but after getting our things situated, we go to the lobby to get our parking passes/bracelets, no one was at the desk. Then the next morning, I go to my truck and there's 2 warnings on my windshield. So I go back to the lobby, I yell for assistance and a lady walks out to the counter and says the lady will be back shortly and turned and walked away 10 minutes later, no one comes. So, I go and pay for parking with the QR code and on the last night, we were walking out to the beach a security guard stopped us and made us go to the lobby to get them. We left a few hours later and headed back towards home. So maybe a Great Suggestion could be that the owner has the house cleaner?, lobby worker?, or somebody to go ahead and leave the number of bracelets and the parking passes, that way you could pay for the 1st parking pass or just charge the guests for them ahead of time, I don't knkow just a suggestion.

Great Stay

The view was amazing and the weather was to die for. The refrigerator would not get cold enough even when the suggested wait time was over. Had to put our drinks on ice in the cooler. The condo was beautifully decorated in. The parking was just too easy right there on the fourth floor will definitely return.

I have stayed in tons of condos and nothing has compared to how big this condo was, even with 15 people we never felt cramped. It has a keurig (I didn't see that on the info.). I do wish it had a vaccuum of some kind to get up the sand when it gets brought in. It had a closet full of beach toys, floats, chairs- this was so great!! One of the beds had a chewing gum wrapper in it when we got there. Other than not having a vacuum and the dirty bed it was AMAZING!!!!!

Family Vacation

The size of this condo was perfect. Loved the convenience of parking on the same floor as our condo. The bedding appeared a bit different than photos and there was only one chair in the living room rather than two in the picture. The unit has a large storage closet just inside the door for all beach equipment. Overall, we were very pleased and had a great trip!

Great family stay

Good week, if the winds and the edges from Alberto had not impacted the beach with closure. That's one of those things that can't be controlled. Great to have two pools for a option for the kids, with slide. Definitely enough room for the three families.

Beach fun!

Property was great! One person in our group had fallen before we left home and could have used a few bars on one or more of the showers or tubs for access. The management worked on the outside ramp to the beach which helped. Thanks!
