Large 5-bedroom villa overlooking a nature reserve and featuring a large south-facing pool

The "OASIS" villa is located 25 minutes from Disney, and all other major attractions, world-class golf courses, and great shopping centers are just a short drive away. The villa is situated in a quiet area away from traffic noise. It overlooks a green, protected area and features a south-facing pool and spa that get sun most of the day. The pool area is screened for extra privacy, so you can enjoy the pool undisturbed. The pool and spa can be heated (optional, additional fee), easily accommodate 10 people, and are equipped with an alarm-protected screening for safety.

The villa is well-equipped and easily accessible for wheelchair users. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway.

The living room features a large sofa set that seats 10 people and includes a large TV screen. The open kitchen has everything you need in terms of utensils and appliances to prepare a delicious meal. You can enjoy your meal outside by the pool (covered area) or in the sun.

OASIS has 5 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 10 guests. There are two bedrooms (king-size beds), both with direct access to a private bathroom and access to the pool. There is one bedroom (queen-size bed) with access to a private bathroom right next door. There are two children’s bedrooms (each with two single beds) that share a bathroom.

The villa also has a washer and dryer. The garage has been converted into a game room with table tennis, pool, and foosball.

For the convenience of younger children, strollers and a high chair are available (free of charge).

Within a short walking distance, you’ll find a playground and a tennis court. Shopping (WalMart) and restaurants are within a 5–10-minute drive.
