Truly superb home just refurbished and tastefully decorated throughout (Feb 21) offers an excellent standard of accommodation. Outside is an oversize pool deck with large pool and spa along with a covered lanai area. Relax in your private heated pool or hot-tub (electric heating charged extra) with views over the lake and conservation area, and spectacular sunsets.
The home is fully equipped for a vacation home from home. Located in the quiet subdivision of Silver Creek and only 15 mins from Disney. With 5 bedrooms and 2 master en-suites, a third en-suite bedroom with 2 queen beds and 2 further bathrooms, there is great flexibility for up to 12 guests. Kids will just love the Disney and Star Wars themed bedrooms. A pack n play and highchair are there at the home for your use. Highspeed WiFi included. Two living areas, one with a 75" TV. Every bedroom has cable TV also.

Awesome family vacation!

This was a fantastic location and home for our family vacation. My granddaughter's favorite part of her vacation was the pool. It was a hot week, and we spent many hours in the pool. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Family vacation

Just some minor extra cleaning needed and the pool wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Overall. Great location, quiet, cozy. This was a good choice for us to stay in as a home away from home.

Great Home

This property is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The pool area was large and the water was very clean. The beds are comfy and the house was as the pictures showed. It comes highly recommended.

Wonderful house and location

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week. The house was exactly as it was pictured. The pool/hot tub area is excellent. There’s so much space in the house. The kids had fun exploring and watching TV in all of the different rooms. The neighbourhood was very quiet and located a short drive to shopping and dining establishments. We didn’t have a single issue, not even a minor one. If we come back to central Florida we will be staying here. It truly is a home away from home.

My experience was not a good one at all

There were bugs floating in the pool, and no net to fetch the out, water leaks underneath the master bathroom sink, if you have a concern and leave a message no one gets back to you, remote controls didn’t seem to work in every room, not enough towels in the house far as wash cloths and dry towels, so you’ll find yourself constantly washing the ones you are provided. The drain in the kitchen smelled.The house was nice and spacious but there are many tweaks needed.

Fantastic home!

This beautiful and peaceful home was just the perfect place for our family/Disney getaway. It was clean, well equipped , spacious and convenient to parks and restaurants. The 'Welcome' book provided everything to know about the home and expectations of guests. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing with the kids and us, too. We only reached out to the owner once, due to me breaking a drinking glass . We immediately received a very kind response. We have 3 grandchildren- 7, 4, and 2- all were entertained with toys and books provided by the homeowners, as well. I can't say anything negative about this home! It certainly exceeded our expectations and allowed us to relax, worry-free, for an entire week! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Great outdoor space, but house needs a good cleaning and maintenance.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay. There were a few maintenance issues with the property that definitely took away from a five star rating. When we arrived, the laundry room closet was off the hinges. There was trim ripped off in the living room/dinning area. The upstairs shower was plugged, totally disgusting. My husband and I had to shower in a different bathroom. There were drawers is some of the bathroom vanities that were broken and missing paint. Kitchen cabinets were also chipped and missing paint. Slider door handle completely fell off in my hand while opening the door l, good thing my husband is handy and was able to fix it. I contacted the owner with maintenance issues twice during our stay and did not receive any response. King size bed upstairs was fine but the mattress cover made so much noise, like a tarp. Everyone’s beds were fine. The pool/spa area were fine, enjoyed by our kids. With there was more than 4 seats for outdoor area/dining area. The thermostat was set at 72 at all times, I wish there was a window of + or - a few degrees. At times, it was just too hot. It was fine for our vacation, but I would not book this house again.

Great House

This was a clean house close to Disney. The pool and spa was great and got plenty of use. One of the bathrooms was locked and we notified the owner but I was able to “unlock” it myself. We used one of the TVs (main living room) because we couldn’t get the other ones to work but wasn’t a big deal since we were outside most of the time or at Universal Studios. There were plenty of places to eat whether it was fast food, family restaurants or ordering takeout/delivery from a local establishment. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay here again.

It was great!

Property was clean, spacious, convenient. Very comfortable and perfect house layout for a large family. Pool was awesome, and very safe for a family. Some of the cooking pans could use replacement, but they did the job just fine. We had a wonderful stay. We would certainly book again if in the area!

Best house I have ever rented

Great house in a nice neighborhood. House was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well during our trip. The location was convenient too Universal’s studios and Disney. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Disappointed

When we arrived, we realized that we didn't have an access code to get in the house. It took 3 hours to get ahold of someone to get us in the house. Then, there was not cable in every bedroom as advertised. There were roaches in the house and it was not cleaned very well. There was actual food under the cushions of the furniture. The pool filter went out the second day. Dee did have it fixed and had the house sprayed for bugs the same day, but it was so infested that we continued to see roaches. We were really looking forward to staying at this house and it was very disappointing having so many issues. Now we have to worry about bringing bugs home with us. After so many issues, we weren't even offered a discount. Disgusting. I don't consider roaches luxury as described in the ad.

Beautiful house

I overall enjoyed my stay the house was amazing however I wasn’t prepared for the household bugs as soon as I mentioned them to Dee she sent out an exterminator Dee was very nice she checked in on us on a daily basis very professional and polite I would have given the property an entire five stars I just wasn’t expecting the bugs I accepted the ants but the household bugs was a strong no
