Nuestro condominio frente a la playa, de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño está amueblado de forma tropical y disfruta de maravillosas brisas en alta mar.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y grandes puertas correderas que se abren para proporcionar una maravillosa brisa cruzada en toda la unidad.
El segundo dormitorio es un dormitorio tipo loft que sube una escalera de caracol.
La unidad tiene aire acondicionado central en caso de que la necesite ...
La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, que incluyen microondas, tostadora, cafetera y licuadora.
El salón cuenta con TV por cable y reproductor de DVD y WiFi GRATIS.

Property was great. I was working 11 hour days but the time I spent there was very enjoyable. My wife came down for a week and she also enjoyed the location and the island.

Great Stay with Spectacular Ocean View / Great Host

The apt was great. We really Loved the view to The ocean right from the living room, which made our breakfast spectacular. The unit has it’s own washer & Dryer which made it very convenient to have our clothes clean at times after a long day at the beach. The apt it’s located very near to supermarkets / gas stations / restaurants around the area. We really enjoyed the property pool & BBQ area. Bob was amazing , He assisted us promptly when needed. There was an issue with the A/C caused by some repairs made on the outside of the building, we contacted Bob, He help us out getting in fixed promptly. He was also very knowledgeable about where to go in town. I will recommend this place for a great family getaway.

Ask before booking

Was not told this place is animal Friendly and my son is really allergic to dogs. Could not stay. Had to leave immediately. Thank goodness we found somewhere else To stay. Good thing they refunded my money right away.

Excellent property in a great location

We were very satisfied with this stay. The place was clean, tidy, and had great amenities like AC, dishwasher, and in unit laundry. This was for a work trip so we didn't get out to the beach or pool much but the view was great and the balcony perfect for early breakfasts. The kitchen is well equipped with a modern stove/oven for cooking as well as many pots and utensils. The owner apologized for the sargassum on the beach, but we actually think it smells nice! Fun things: There's a cute orange cat that lives in the complex and occasionally tries to get inside. Wish we had cat food! It was very friendly.

Our stay

We absolutely love the location of this property. It is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise from the balcony or the beach. Very quiet and peaceful and located in a good central spot close to the town of Christiansted. We came in behind the tropical storm Dorian so there was a lot of sea grass in the water and on the beach all that stopped was snorkeling onsite. We took a snorkeling tour to Buck Island with Big Beard Adventures, that is a must do while on the island! We loved laying under the coconut trees all day. The air messed up once on us but started working again. Earl is awesome to work with on any issues you have. This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Thank you again for opening up your condo for us. See you again soon!

Not exactly as listed

In the listing it states: Hair dryer available & coffee maker NO hair dryer existed, therefore I had to wear a hat or visor everyday (not what I wanted in every picture). Manager could not tell us if it was a Keurig or regular coffee pot. So we went prepared for both. Keurig was missing a piece and the 4 pot maker did not heat up at all. Cleanliness: not bad, some things not dusted. Inside of condo run down a bit, needs some updating. Listing also does not tell you, condo is in the middle of the projects. I considered it “projects”, apparently when resorts go under they are turned into government housing. Which is right behind this condo (1 street in between). Did not feel safe going out after dark because of location. Pool was nice and you are steps away from the ocean. However NOT a gated resort/condo! I would not stay in this location again, I don’t even think my spouse and I would go back to this island. However, it was an adventure and we saw one end of the island to the other.

Staying on the island at this location was the best. Absolutely beautiful views, picture perfect settings. Not a busy or crowded area. Very peaceful and relaxing. The property manager, Earl, was easy to communicate with and answered every question we had. I highly recommend this unit.

Great location. Great price.

The apartment has nice furniture. A comfortable king size bed. Great sheets. Plenty of towels. A super view. It was clean enough on the surface. There were some mechanical issues that were unexpected; the coffee pot did not work (there was a Kurig with a basket so we used that), there was no soap (we knew when renting a condo to bring our own food, but was surprised about the soap), the toilet leaks on the floor with each flush (we wrapped a towel around the base and it was fine for our 4 night stay). The beach is very nice. Plenty of chairs, soft clean sand and there are coolers you can take with you to the beach. I think we would stay there again. The property manager is very responsive.

Good location

Loved all the amenities of home. Wish the beaches were a bit cleaner ( there was a ton of sea grass in May), but this was not the fault of the homeowner. Bathroom needs a little TLC, but overall we loved the location!
