Come Sail Away and relax at our beautifully remodeled 2Br/2Ba condo on the beach

This 2Br/2Ba condo is directly located on the ocean. Located on the 2nd floor of building. Air conditioning in living room & both bedrooms. Centrally located on the north side of the island, only 30 minutes to either side of St. Croix, only 10 minutes away from the famous Downtown Boardwalk in Christiansted where you can relax, have a drink & eat at one of the variety of restaurants while watching the sailboats come in & out of the marina. There are many water sport activities available: sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling (there is a man made tire reef next door which draws in a large variety of fish), scuba diving, kiteboarding, kayaking, deep sea fishing to name a few. Colony Cove resort can help you plan your excursions as they provide a lot of brochures for you to look over.

We can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. We have a pack-in-play, highchair & stroller available for your little one. There is also a wii & dvd player for those days you decide to stay in. If you have a bigger party, our neighbor next to us on the same floor is willing to work out bookings if she has an opening so you can be together.

St. Croix has many restaurants to satisfy any type of cuisine, many right on the water for you to enjoy the ocean view. If you decide to stay in, we have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs or making your tropical drinks. There are 2 grocery stores within a mile making it easy to get a variety of fresh foods.

The Caribbean waters have been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum (seaweed) in the past few years. It is most prevalent during the hottest times of the year (June, July August). We want to make our guests aware that this is unpredictable as a large amount can give off an unpleasant smell. Obviously, this situation is out of our control and as a result we can not offer refunds for this.
