The apartment is very modern with almost everything you need (no microwave). It is in an excellent location with east access to the subway (U-Bahn) which is very easy to use especially if you have the week long pass. Many points of interest (Glockenspiel) are within walking distance if that is your thing. Overall, the apartment is awesome!!

Beautiful Apartment & Great Outdoor Area

The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The outside area was a great place to relax. Many of the sites in Munich are about a half hour walk, although it is very close to the Octoberfest grounds. It would be a great location for that! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. We just wish there had been one more bathroom and air conditioning. The back bedroom gets a bit hot. Overall, a beautiful place in a very nice neighborhood. We definitely recommend!

Great stay for large group near Oktoberfest grounds

Such a conveniently located apartment for Oktoberfest in a very nice and clean area, and close to the underground transit. Not to mention, the decor is beautifully done! We had some trouble with the key when the building garage closed at night, and the washing machine flooded and locked our clothes inside, but the host was very responsive and sent the handy man immediately. He was very nice as well! All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

Five-Star Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this apartment. It was clean, modern, well-furnished and in a great location (many restaurants/cafes and a couple of markets very close nearby). And, probably most important, comfy beds! The clothes washer was also a huge benefit for us. Tanja was a wonderful host and we had no problems with any of the logistics or details planning for our arrival. We weren't in Munich for Oktoberfest, but we enjoyed having the proximity to Theresienwiese for running/cycling -- it's a huge open space that is very close to the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment for anytime of year.

Great Apartment

This is a great apartment in a nice part of town. The pictures are very accurate. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. The apartment is in a courtyard behind the street-facing shops and felt quite private and quiet enough. The area felt very safe and has several grocery stores and restaurants and cafes nearby (it's not a touristy area and we found that many servers / cashiers / etc did not speak English but were very helpful and friendly and helped us muddle through with our extremely basic German). A couple things to note: There are a few steps up to the front door and six steps up/down to bathroom. Parking is on the street and you will need Euro coins to pay! Communication with the manager was great and she was very helpful.

Amazing location with modern amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

Communication was great. Andrea and Tanja responded to questions quickly and were easy to work with. We actually delayed our trip by 6 months due to Covid and they were very flexible with the rescheduled dates.

Hidden Gem

In a city filled with options, this place was as beautiful as you could get. Very chic decor, organized and all amenities needed for a long or short term stay. Easy transportation from this location to anywhere in Munich or beyond. I highly recommend this flat for a great stay in a great location.
