Bienvenido al paraiso. No hay nada mejor que caminar por la puerta trasera y bajar a la playa. Este condominio bellamente amueblado tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora, 3 TV y DVD. Hay un gran balcón que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Hay escaleras que conducen desde el balcón para fácil acceso a la playa y la piscina. Esta unidad tiene un rey en el maestro, un rey en el dormitorio de invitados y una sala de literas bono para que pueda dormir 6 cómodamente.

Great location with amazing view!

The condo was updated and nice and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. The view from the balcony and inside the condo was beautiful. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

Beautiful place - strange nieghbor!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and clean, the direct beach, pool and parking lot access was wonderful and made getting anywhere we wanted to go much easier. Our only complaint was the neighbor - she knocked on the door and yelled at us about how we parked and not having a parking pass in the car no more than we parked and got upstairs. We didn't even know we had parking passes yet. Her husband then yelled at us for trying to get in the elevator with the cart to bring our luggage up and told us we were going to cause an alarm on the elevator by being in the door & would have to pay a fine. This literally happened in the first 10 minutes we were at the condo after driving 12 hours straight to get there. Then we realized she was right next to us and it put a damper on our entire trip because we were afraid we would do something wrong. She also made our children ( 4 - 18 year olds I brought to celebrate high school graduation) feel very uncomfortable when they got in the pool by staying out there with them and walking around the pool reminding them that the pool closed at 10:00 pm when it was only 9:15. They ended up getting out of the pool at 9:30 and coming back into the condo. None of us got in the pool after that. Regarding the property condition everything was wonderful except we weren't able to grill because the grills are full of rust but another resident told us they are working on replacing.

Relaxing and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes 102. It was just as pictured online. Totally loved being able to just walk down the steps and out onto the beach. So easy to go back inside for anything we forgot or needed later in the day. Chairs and umbrella service were excellent!

Great Condo and location!

A few minor issues though, in the primary bathroom both sinks did not drain well and the ice maker leaves a lot to be desired. But truly love the stairs the go straight to the condo and not having to deal with an elevator.

Great Beach Condo!

This property is extremely nice. The stairs to the beach from the balcony are super convenient. The unit is very well insulated, we barely heard our neighbors at all. The only complaint I can think of is the kitchenware was sparse and rather beat up, but not a big deal. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great Oceanfront Condo

It's not too crowded, which made for a great family vacation. The pool isn't opulent, but it gets the job done for the kids. Check In and Check out was a breeze with Legacy Vacations, and I wouldn't think twice about renting from them again.

Friends getaway to Okaloosa Island

I love Okaloosa island but i also love a new condo & most of the condos on the island are older. This one was fully remodeled recently & just perfect for my friend & I. We especially enjoyed being able to walk right off the balcony down the steps to the beach walk. We literally had the beach in our “backyard”

Lovely remodeled condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bed in the guest room really could use a new mattress and you’d really have to like a firm mattress. Other than that, this was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love the quick access to the beach. Be prepared to watch the weather as we were on double red flags our entire trip which really was a spoiler.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved being on the 1st floor. We had our 3 yr old granddaughter so that was so convenient. The place was very clean. For improvement I would say please put a light out on the balcony. There is a light fixture, but no socket, so disappointing because I love to read outside in the evening. Also the bed in the secondary bedroom may be broken on the right side. My husband and I switched sides because he said he kept collapsing in. He weighs about 180 lbs so not obese. That said, we had a great week with family and the best weather. We met some wonderful people and made many new friends. Would easily recommend.

Why do I keep coming to Florida

Yes why do I keep coming to Florida. I’ve been going to Fort Walton Beach for seven years and of those seven years I’ve not gotten into the property I’ve rented three times for a host of reasons and the lead time give was only one month to two weeks before we were to leave for Florida. It occurs to me that us as renters have very little recourse.

Hey Bob....we are very sorry (again) for the unavoidable issue with the unit you originally rented. In fairness, we gave you the opportunity to cancel/find an alternative situation. I appreciate that you decided to stick with your plans to come and we worked to get you in to the best available solution when you chose to continue with your planned stay PLUS provided you with a considerable refund for the inconvenience. I certainly wish we could have avoided this entire episode, but unfortunately sometimes things don't go as planned and we have to make the best of the situation, which we attempted to do with your reservation. I'm glad you got to spend your winter here despite the challenges.

The beds are extremely hard and could use something to make them softer. The showers need to be updated as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. I would have given this a higher star rating, but the unit had no drain plugs for the kitchen sinks or bathtubs. Also, one of the toilets wouldn't flush properly. I sent a message for maintenance immediately. We finally had drain plugs by the 3rd day, but the toilet was never fixed. 6 guests and 1 toilet... frustrating to say the least.

Ok, but could be better

Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida. The unit itself was fairly good. The complex could use some updates. The outdoor grills haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. There were people smoking on the balcony although I believe it is against policy. There was also a young couple that didn't even stay at the complex, but sat in the hot tub drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Not good for our daughters playing just a few feet away in the pool. Same with the lady smoking on the balcony right by the pool. Clean up the place and have more eyes on the property and it could be a great place to stay.

It would have been nice if this guest would have left an actual review for this condo and not their issues with other guests. This condo deserves better as other reviews support.
