Este mágico, renovado victoriano es perfecto para el tiempo de playa w / friends & family. Capacidad para 8 personas Usted está alquilando los pisos segundo y tercero de una casa de dos familias, todavía se siente muy privado como una familia. El segundo piso cuenta con sala de estar y cocina separadas, dormitorio grande con reina y baño completo. El 3er piso ofrece 3 habitaciones más (una reina y dos con camas de día que se pueden juntar con 2 individuales o una completa), baño completo, lavadora y secadora, cuarto de lavado y fantástica terraza trasera. 4th BR también actúa como estudio con TV y nevera. ¡Completamente equipado con cable / WIFI y todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones de verano fabulosas!
Hay dos televisores en la casa. Paquete FIOS actualizado, biblioteca de DVD, wifi, etc.
4 insignias de playa Incluidas con el alquiler más 1 sombrilla, 2 sillas de playa y un carrito de playa.
¿POR QUÉ ESTA PROPIEDAD? . La casa ha sido completamente renovada para la vida moderna y todavía ofrece autenticidad victoriana. Estamos a 3 cuadras de la playa, a 5 minutos, lo he cronometrado. Ofrecemos un carrito de playa, sillas y sombrilla. Estamos en la parte más ancha de la calle, por lo que puede estacionar en doble fila para descargar sin bloquear el tráfico. Estamos lo suficientemente arriba de la playa y del lado norte para que el estacionamiento esté un poco más disponible, pero a 5 minutos a pie de la playa y la calle principal. 10 minutos a pie de bares, restaurantes, etc. de Asbury También estamos al lado de la cuadra de la Iglesia de San Pablo, que tiene toda una calle sin casas, lo que significa mejores probabilidades de estacionamiento.
BENEFICIOS ÚNICOS:

Comfy, clean and close to the beach

We wanted a few days to hang out as a family before the kids went back to college. This home was lovely, the kitchen was well equipped and organized! We grilled two of the three nights we had access to the back yard, followed by an evening walk to Dave's Ice cream shop. Walking the neighborhoods of Ocean Grove is such a treat! The living space was great for Rumi cube or watching a movie. Every evening we went up to the back deck for our happy hour. My two adult children had plenty of room on the third floor. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were renovated and SPOTLESS!. It was a lovely walk to the beach each day with carts, chairs, umbrella and beach badges provided by Laura. We will definitely be back, thank Laura for your kindness and attentiveness. This place is awesome!

Ocean Grove Authentic Victorian Treasure

We recently rented Laura’s Victorian home for a family wedding. The home truly is a treasure! It sits on a cute tree lined street with other colorful Victorian homes. A very short walk to the shore and boardwalk. Laura was wonderful and made sure we were happy!

Heat Wave in Ocean Grove

The house was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in at Ocean Grove. Everything was nicely decorated and comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here again when I come back. Laura was wonderful. There was a heat wave going on in ocean grove and the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms couldn't keep up. She and her husband came out and replaced it and also brought a couple of fans. Unfortunately ocean grove had a power outage right after replacing it. She kept in contact with us letting us know the estimated time it was suppose to come back on. She also let us know when it came back on since we decided to go out to dinner. Shortly after the power came back on everything cooled down quickly with the help of the new AC and fans. We had a great time while we visited. The house was in a perfect location for the beach and main street.

Everything you could need in the perfect small town

Our family stayed at Laura's property for a family wedding in Asbury Park and we couldn't have asked for more. Every detail was thought of as far as amenities. Laura called a few days before check-in to make sure we had all of the necessary information and see if I had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again. Also, Ocean Grove is one of the cutest little beach towns at the Jersey Shore. So many of the homes are being updated and renovated and you can easily walk to the beach and local businesses. Loved it!

Great weekend house!

The house and amenities were wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. We had a group of 8 and stayed here for a wedding in Asbury Park. The location with the proximity to the beach and town were great. The house is clean and well kept. Laura was a great host! I have no complaints!

We loved our weekend stay at this rental. The owner was extremely accommodating and the home was gorgeous!. Just be advised, there is NO parking with this rental. Ocean Grove is a cute town, but I would count on leaving your car in one place when you finally find a parking spot. Everything is in walking distance from the rental, so there really is no need for a car.

Wonderful and convenient. Nice quiet street, easy walk to beach.

The charming house was very convenient, with air conditioning and a nicely appointed kitchen. Easy walk to the beach, and of course to Day's Ice Cream parlor! Very comfortable beds, brand new bathrooms and large television in living room with wireless. Great propane grill out back, and thoughtful use of beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, an excellent experience...our family loved it!

The house was very comfortable and a great location.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a great 3rd floor outdoor space but we never used it. Would have preferred access to front porch. 2nd floor bedroom is quite spacious and all included empty dressers with coat racks and hangers for clothing. The bathrooms were very large and included any amenities we might have forgotten. The owner thought of everything we might need. I would stay there again.

Wonderful beach vacation!

This is a wonderful house for a family or two! So close to the beach, restaurants and anything you need. Ocean Grove is an adorable, historical town with a friendly vibe. The house was very clean and has an easy layout. We also loved the quick walk to Asbury Park. Easy parking too! Laura was a fabulous host and I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful, comfortable, and enjoyable stay!

Our 24 yr old daughter said " this was by far the best vacation house we have ever stayed in"! Couldn't agree more! Laura, the owner, did not miss a detail, and goes out of her way to make certain her guests enjoy their stay. Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are great locations, and the house itself is so comfortable, and has so much character, that it is a tremendous value, with many amenities. This house as well appointed and very comfortable for families. Just a few blocks down from the beach it’s the perfect location for a wonderful vacation. Laura is so accommodating and helpful and answered every question we had leading up to our trip and was just so easy to work with. Exactly what I was looking for. Charming Victorian with modern updates and high end finishes!

I used to go to Ocean Grove when I was a young girl. We never could afford to rent a place there. A few years ago I stayed at one of the old and NOT updated 4 story hotels (which has since burned down). It was VERY simple. This trip, I wanted something very nice for my family (my husband and our three grown grandsons - ages 21, 19 and 16). Laura's place is LOVELY - really well upgraded with excellent finishes and crisp clean style. She also has thought of everything to make your visit complete. I couldn't be happier. Only 4 blocks to the sand! I recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Victorian with modern upgrades and conveniences. Thank you Laura! Linda, Bob, Lucas, Trevor & Becker

Couldn't have asked for a better house/host

11 of my friends and I rented this home for MDW and it was perfect for everything we needed. Walking distance from center of town and beach. Short drive from towns like belmar and manasquan. The owner was extremely nice and supplied us with everything we could have asked for. The house was beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend renting this house to any family or group of friends, both large and small.

My husband and I live in Monmouth County about half hour away. We fell in love with Ocean Grove during our frequent day trips to the area. We are so excited to own our "labor of love" and are constantly updating things while at the same time retaining the beautiful Victorian details like hinges and doorknobs to make your experience here truly special.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

WHY THIS PROPERTY? . The house has been extensively renovated for modern living and still offers Victorian authenticity . We are 3 blocks to the beach, 5 minutes-I have timed it. We offer a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. We are at the wider part of the street so you can double park to unload without blocking traffic. We are up enough from beach and north side to make parking a bit more available but still 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street. 10 minute walk into Asbury bars, restaurants etc. Also we are adjacent to block of St Pauls Church which has a whole entire street with no houses, which means better odds for parking.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are on Webb Ave. You can go the beach directly on the left which allows boogie boards and rafts or you can go the beach directly on the right for a "swimming only" beach. This way you don't have to walk blocks and blocks to get a beach experience you all want.
