Hi, shortly after you left - I had the property inspected . There were no doors broken , I also spoke to the exterminator company and no one from my side ever dropped in. Few observations - Your pet had pet droppings all over the bedroom & backyard . It is extremely unfortunate for you to falsify & I would surely be disputing your review. The property was back to back occupied after your check out & none of the guests ever reported any of this. Update - based on the abusive nature of your communication , I would never recommend any home owner to host you..

Glad that it met your needs , also glad to have the entire house's thermostats shut down for your religious needs , also glad that we were able to send out supplies for your family on time . Extremely happy to have also provided you earlier checkin . The house is exactly as mentioned in the pictures , unfortunate that you mention that it looks tired as I assume you have never been to a beach town before .

Stacey - With all due respect - your review is entirely false and baseless. VRBO was quick to dismiss your claims right on Day 1 ! I sent out Air quality reports and each and every claim of yours - countered with actual pictures and facts. As someone who has hosted 600 families here - we have 0 tolerance when it comes to dealing with scammers like yourself . The only disruption to your stay was the outside weather and thunderstorms & it was evident by the fact that you and your family stole the beach badges. It was only after I indicating to send local authorities - your husband returned the badges. Your husband dismantled the AC unit , went in the crawl -space to take pictures and insinuate . You started pulling stuff out of storage and from places which aren't accessible as such to guests - The mattress you speak of was dragged from the basement ! I sent pics of the stain to VRBO where I could easily prove that you guys dropped coffee on it - then entire mattress was still wet with the coffee stain you guys put on deliberately . Fortunately for us - those were old mattresses awaiting a Good will pickup . Future travellers - VRBO does not take out reviews as such however entire claims made by Stacy are completely false and out of line - VRBO had rejected their claims right away as they went all the way in the crawl space ( which is not a livable space ) to indicate the "mold" they speak of. Stacy and her husband called asking for a refund as their 1st day was affected due to thunderstorms and rain. When I had to politely decline - they went about scattering and de-assembling appliances to highlight problems which VRBO outrightly denied . They even stole from the property . VRBO was provided with Air quality and mold reports which Stacy and her husband even refused to look at.
