Extremely Accommodating

48 hours before our arrival to Crested Butte, the condo we had booked for our ski week had to be evacuated due to avalanche danger. Cathy reached out to me and found me an alternate place to stay that ended up being bigger and more comfortable for our party of 6 skiers. I cannot thank Cathy enough for essentially saving our ski vacation.

Extreme Convenience

This condo in Crested Butte, CO, was incredibly convenient to the town and slopes of Crested Butte. There could not be an easier or better place to stay in the area if you are looking for felixiblity and convenience and ease. You are close to everything but isolated enough to maintain quiet and calm inside your rental property. As for the property itself, the kitchen was well stocked with the articles necessary to cook meals if you want a quiet night in, however, all of the restaurants and bars are within a very short walk across the bridge. Perfect for families as (1) kids can safely walk between the property and ski area on their own as there are no busy streets to cross; (2) lots of sleeping space to spread out so familiy memebers do not disturbs one another. Water pressure in showers was great. View of the mountain is spectacular. As a parent, I particularly appreciated the free washer-dryer in the unit. Overall a very nice and convenient place for a ski vacation at Crested Butte!

Our new favorite

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit as our home for Spring Break!! The space was plentiful for our family of 5. The two younger kids loved sleeping in the upper level and our middle schooler was thrilled to have his own room. The location was a very short walk to the Red Lady lift and it was too easy to leave our skiis and walk back to the unit for lunch. The hot tub at the end of the day was a nice amenity and we had the opportunity to chat with other guests who were also enjoying the hot tub. Our only suggestion would be to have a designated place for snow/ski gear. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great place, great location.

This condo was awesome and in a very convenient location, short 5 minute walk to the slopes and bus stop to take you into Crested Butte, I could not have been happier with that. Cons: - Stairs, lots and lots of stairs. Don't book this if you're unable to take your luggage/gear up and down 3 flights of outdoor stairs - Parking. We were promised two parking spots but when our second car arrived there was no parking available and we could not get a response from the property manager until the next morning, which at that point was already too late. This is my main complaint as it caused a lot of stress and a very long walk with bags from the parking spot we were forced to illegally park at for the night.

Winter Get Away

The location of this property is amazing! Great space, properly stocked and we'll suited for our needs. We had 6 adults and fit nicely. Would definitely stay again.

No Sound Privacy

There is no sound isolation in the condo, anyone talking above a whisper can be heard in every room of the condo. You can hear someone getting breakfast in the kitchen when in any of the bedrooms. Also, none of the rooms are dark when there is a light on in the main room. The third bedroom doesn't have a door or closet, more of a loft and best suited for children. There is also a way to look through fixed wooden slats from the third bedroom to the other room with twin beds. The remodel did not solve the sound and noise problems. The Queen bed was very soft and bounced whenever you turned over. The property does have a good appearance and was clean. There are numerous stairs that are outside and uncovered to get to the property, and also stairs inside. It is easy to access the main lifts at Crested Butte, with a half flight of stairs down and up on either side of the pedestrian bridge.

Weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our group, and I would love to stay here again. Very conveniently located to access the base area, restaurants, bars, and the shuttle bus that takes you to downtown area. The living space was cozy, and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace after a full day of fun in the snow!

Walk to the slopes in minutes!

The place was closer than expected! It was a great spot with plenty of room. Slightly lacking in privacy between rooms, but beyond that, we couldn't complain! Will stay again.

SnowCrest - Mt. Crested Butte, CO

I found the unit to be clean (bed, linen, towels, carpet, appliances, and bathrooms) and orderly. The best part is sitting on the deck with the nice chairs/table looking directly at the mountain - Mt. Crested Butte. Though not luxurious, everything was nice, clean and functional. Access to the unit was challenging. The unit wouldn't really be accessible to older people or people with physical challenges especially carrying luggage/heavy items. I was able to drive my car down and around to the unit (at the lower tier) to pack everything up and that really saved the day! Though the unit has 3 bedrooms, Owens Management worked with me on pricing as only two of us stayed. Thank you!

Girls' Weekend Getaway

This rental was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. With the exception of the lack of cutting boards, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. The condo was also very cozy and had plenty of room for 8 girls to sleep comfortably. It was also perfect for walking to the slopes and catching the bus downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and good price

The location of this condo can't be beat, and the price was really reasonable. Our two families shared this unit and had ample space to spread out. The only downfall to this unit (and probably every other unit in this complex) is that the bedrooms all share windows into the common space - once one person is awake and moving around the rest of the group is, too. This was only a minor inconvenience for our group, and we would stay here again.

Great place for 6 people and 2 nights.

We came to CB for a ski trip. It was a perfect location. The hot tub was great after skiing. There were plenty of dishes and pans for cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again during summer or winter. My negative feedback (didn't take away from our experience) would be there were no spices or oils for cooking. Also, a little tight having no where specific to store ski gear. Overall, great stay !

Better than expected!

This condo was perfect for our family of six. Excellent location. The walk to the lift was actually closer than some of the ski in/ski out places. The view was amazing from the deck and we didn't really need to drive anywhere all week as the bus stop is close. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. It was great having the washer/dryer and full kitchen. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace and our condo was the gathering place for our friends that were staying in other places. The owners were very helpful and flexible with us. The only drawback was the stairs to the parking lot which made loading/unloading a chore. Also, the community hot tub was down for maintenance. Overall an awesome experience and we will be back. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends & family. Thanks!

Perfect location but in need of a facelift

The steps to this unit were pretty difficult to maneuver but once you are in the unit there is really no need to go back up to where the car is parked since the bridge is on the same level and you can get to slopes and the very convenient bus from there. A bit difficult for older people if you don't have youngsters to tote the luggage. The condo itself is badly in need of an update, while the beds are very comfortable, the furnishings are quite dated. The unit felt cold and it was necessary to have a fire to warm it up to comfort level. The fireplace was old school but very efficient and there was more than enough wood on the deck to burn. Another issue is that there is no privacy at all since the rooms have sliding windows down to the living room and anyone speaking in either room can hear everything said in either place. In addition, the loft space has a large vent from the second bedroom which also carries all conversations from those spaces as well. This unit does not work well if some people want to stay up at night and watch tv or talk since the sound carries directly upstairs to the other bedrooms. Speaking of tv, there is only one in the unit and it is a giant one from probably the 80's. Huge but poor picture quality. I would have rated this property as a low fair but came up to average due to its superior location and some very nice views. The property managers were also very good and easy to work with.

Location-just a short walk

What a great location to stay for a ski trip. Just a quick walk over the bridge to the base of the lift. The only issue we had was lugging bags from the car to the condo and back. About 50 stairs. After 5 days they were easy, but day one, this flat lander was huffin and puffin.

Great Location and Comfortable Accomodations

This was a perfect condo for a weekend away. The place was in amazing location, as it was just across the bridge from the lifts. The location/value was awesome. We had 5 guys use the condo comfortably for the weekend and loved it. The place was a bit dated, but I come to CB to ski the steeps and powder, not to look at granite countertops and newer cabinets. The bbq grill and hot tub were excellent. I did get a bit tired of hiking up/down the stairs in the unit, but that's what happens when a complex is built on a hillside.

Great location

Great price for the location...literally right across a bridge from the main resort area. Older place that could use some updating, but had a very well-equipped kitchen! Lots of stairs down to the door of the condo from the parking lot. Paige and Dave were laid back and easy to work with.
