Precioso ático con terraza privada en el maravilloso barrio del Born. Cerca de la catedral y del museo Picaso.

Con capacidad para 3 personas esta situado en un 5º PISO SIN ASCENSOR, pero con escaleras cómodas y agradables. Colorido y muy luminoso dispone de una terraza particular encima del apartamento con vistas impresionantes de 360º a toda la ciudad, desde la catedral hasta la Sagrada Família, pasando por distintas iglesias y palacetes del Born, así como el Tibidabo y Montjuic.

El apartamento dispone de stereo, microndas, horno, vitrocerámica, cafetera eléctrica e italiana, exprimidor, secador, lavadora, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Y todo lo necesario para disfrutar plenamente de un buen apartamento. Si te gusta cocinar aquí lo disfrutaras. Incluso dispone de barbacoa en la terraza.

The location was ideal. Close to everything including great restaurants. The terrace was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.The neighborhood was great - a fiesta/concert in the courtyard on our last night.Communication with Marc was good. Was available to answer our questions.

Wonderful week in Barcelona.

My son and I absolutely loved the stay in this apartment. The terrace was beautiful. The location is in a great part of the city loved every aspect of it definitely would come again and I recommend it to anyone. As long as you’re prepared for the stair flights this is a great apartment

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city

Amazing location and a great place to spend a week in Barcelona. Really helpful to have a washing machine, comfortable and quiet bedroom, and warm and responsive host.

Great Stay!

First time for both of us in Barcelona. So impressed! The rooftop and apartment were great and the neighborhoods within walking distance have a boundless variety of museums, architecture, historical landmarks, shops and restaurants. The food!! Highly recommend renting this property!

Great place for Barcelona

Great place. The stairs were the hardest part without an elevator to go up. Central location in Barcelona. Walking distance to most places with easy biking and metro travel as well.

For adventurers

If you want to submerge yourself in true Spanish culture, this is the place! Yes, lots of steps to climb, but small stores, markets, bakeries and restaurants are within feet of the front door.

Wonderful Time

This property was wonderfully located in the old quarter and within walking distance of everything we wanted. The apartments located on the 4th floor (as counted in Europe) or up 6 flights of stairs (how it would be counted in NA) and there is no lift/elevator. This could present a challenge to older folks to carry their luggage up and down. But overall, we loved this property and would recommend it to anyone staying in Barcelona for a few days.

Amazing Place

We really love the place, close to everything. 2 min walk to amazing food market, parallel street is full of great restaurants,, 10-15 min to port, historical quarter is near by. The owner of the place took care of any requests that we had. Strongly suggested this place... You will enjoy !!!!

Great location

This apartment was in a great location in the Born area-very well situated for travelling around the city. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the bathroom. It smelled of mold that was apparent in the shower and around the window.

Gothic Area Issues

While the apartment met our needs, it did not meet the description online. We also had a thief try to steal my shoulder bag from me while we were about to check into the building. It is not a safe neighbourhood.

A local experience

Nice spot in a quiet but very convenient part of Barcelona. The rooftop is a breezy and cool feature to this place. Not posh, but well done. Some of the cabinets were not the cleanest and the sheets / couch were, again, okay but not traditionally "hotel" clean. We did have some ants and mosquitos to contend with suffering from overnight bug bites when we awoke in the morning.

Clean, well laid out, comfortable bed, plenty of living space, Nepresso machine, electric teapot, fully equipt kitchen You could definitely cook there, large fridge Some kitchen basics like oil salt pepper and other spices tea etc to start you. Rooftop patio is great. Our half was a very large space and private. Lounge chairs, a very nice table set up Washing machine in a room on the rooftop, works great. Clothes dried in 2 hours, on the line. Location is excellent. Turn left out of the building and then right at the road. There's a beautiful array of shops, restaurants. Amazing tapas place not too far, on the left. Many locally made items in the shops in that area, easily walkable. I'm a 61 year old person. Good amount of stairs up to the apartment. I was able to manage quite easily, it wasn't an inconvenience at all. Beautiful views Modern art museum, Picasso museum are close, dock to take a music/sunset cruise are a 20 minute walk, great music club Harlem Jazz. Get there early-ish if you want a seat. We had 3 days before France and, because of the location, we were able to see a lot. 25 minute walk to Sangrada Familia, beautiful park and zoo a close walk also. A very nice food market a close walk. Has breakfast, cheese, meats, fish, veggies, fruit. Quick response and easy check in/out. I will stay again. I highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The appartment it self was very small, but big enough and the terras was absolutely lovely! We spend lots of hours there to slowly see the sun go down and drinking Sangria! It was amazing!

An Ideal Getaway!

This is an excellent apartment located right in the center of the city, right outside the wonderful Born neighborhood in the old quarter. There are many sites, great restaurants, parks, and even a spa all within walking distance. The apartment has a beautiful terrace to relax on after a busy day visiting the city, and the interior is also very charming. It has all the modern conveniences and is very clean and quiet. Victor was also very attentive to all of our needs, which was quite helpful. All in all, this flat is a great value for the price, and we plan on returning here for our next trip to Barcelona. Highly recommended!

Tolle Wohnung mit dem Highlight Dachterasse

Das einzige Manko waren die 93 Treppenstufen, aber man kann halt keine Dachterasse über den Dächern von Barcelona nutzen ohne Treppen zu steigen. Ansonsten Alles Bestens, mitten in Born, Nähe zum santa Catarina Markt etc. Die Abwicklung vor Ort war freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful place five stories up with a nice terrace overlooking the neighborhood and Barcelona beyond. Yes, 91 stairs to the apartment, but suck it up -- we're 72, stayed 17 days, and it wasn't a problem at all. Especially once up top. Victor and Flor were attentive near as we needed but away when we didn't. Walked the hell out of the El Born and Barri Gotic and Barceloneta -- the place couldn't be more better situated. And the warren of little streets/alley-ways was just engaging as hell. The apartment was all two people needed -- well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Did our share of cooking (mainly breakfast), bed was comfortable, washing machine was convenient, rooftop was super. Could stayed longer!

Great stay in El Born

We enjoyed the apartment very much during our 6 night stay, it's clean, quiet and well appointed, all the appliances and shower worked well. We loved having a glass of wine on the terrace every evening. The neighborhood is great with shops, metro and restaurants so close by. The Santa Caterina market is just a 3-4 minute walk, fantastic for picking up charcuterie, cheese, wine etc. Flor was so nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, she checked in with us several times during the weekvia text to make sure all was well. Beautiful Barcelona

Victor had a water leak at the property before we arrived and went the extra step to meet us and arrange other nice accommodations until his was fixed. We had a fantastic time in Barcelona!
