Lovely 4 bed 3 bath villa-corner plot-south east facing pool-no rear neighbours

This fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, (2 of which are en-suite), fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed. It has been beautifully decorated with comfy sofas in the TV lounge as well as the formal lounge, gorgeous bedroom furnishings and window treatments throughout. Our villa is only minutes from Disney and close to all the other major attractions, as well as championship golf courses and wonderful beaches. A great place to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.This relaxing getaway is situated on a large corner plot within a conservation area, at Clear Creek. The large pool and spa can be heated for those cooler months and the oversize pool deck has ample sun beds for capturing those Florida rays, as well as a large patio table for alfresco dining under the covered Lanai. There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland. Enjoy the free wireless internet, free worldwide phone calls, Games Room, fishing rods, books and games.

The host was great. The home was great. It had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. And again, the host was just so nice and replied promptly to our VER FEW questions. Only questions, no issues!!! We will be back!!!

Beautiful home, well stocked with everything we needed, perfect lay out, nicely decorated, gorgeous pool and view to the rear. Lovely neighbourhood and good location, close to Walmart and restaurants. We didn't need any property management help but it was really lovely to meet Ian the property manager when he popped in to check we were all ok. We'd love to come back to Sally's villa if we can, thank you so much!

Plenty of room for everyone!

We were happy with our stay here. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the house was clean. Each of my adult kids was happy to have their own rooms to sleep in. We enjoyed the pool and it was a comfortable place to come back to after lots of walking during the day. We always worry about rentals having cheap, uncomfortable furniture, but we all slept well and were comfortable in the common areas. The owner was quick to quick to respond when we had questions. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Nice house!

Clean and spacious house in what seemed like a nice safe neighborhood. There was a small issue with one of the toilets (it wasn't unusable) and the owner responded immediately when I reported it.

Great place, convenient location

We loved the house. It was clean. The pool was great. It was about 30 minutes from Disney. No complaints. Would stay again.

Clean spacious stay

The house was not new but very clean and organized. We paid extra for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated but only the pool was warm. The Jacuzzi was not hot as to be expected so we did not use it. Other than that the house was in a nice spot, close to many eateries. I would stay again.

Excellent Vacation

We were lucky enough to rent this villa for a week in March. Communication with the host was extremely prompt and she was accommodating of our later than expected arrival. The property is in a community but still felt secluded, and there was tons of wildlife nearby which my family loved! Needless to say we spent plenty of time outside enjoying the pool which was bigger than expected and it was a constant fight to get the kids inside. The house itself is clean, smells great and has plenty of space for a larger group than my family of four. The game room was a pleasent surprise and each bedroom having it's own smart TV was appreciated. Already looking for a time we can stay here again!

Will definitely stay again

Sally (host) and Ian(property manager) were both amazing through our entire experience. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The size is deceiving from the front, because inside is huge. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The only difference in the house from the pictures, is that the living areas are now a nice blue instead of the green pictured. If we ever get the opportunity to visit Florida again, we will definitely stay here again.

Great host. Great home.

We loved this house. Close enough to everything we needed and several entertainment spots, but far enough from it to feel homie. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Was the most relaxing part of the trip. Saving this home to stay at again in the future.

It was fine, but be aware and know before you go….

Things to be aware of before you book this property. 1. Lock box requires two hands to open 2. The hot tub has no steps going into it. It is one BIG step down to the seats and so it makes it very hard to get out of. One of the reasons we chose this place was to use the hot tub and we could not because of this. 3. We also, chose this home because it had a game room. But it is in the garage and they did not convert the garage to have AC. So it was WAY TOO HOT to be in there to use the game room. 4. The house itself was fine for staying in, but we did have an issue with bugs (ants and cockroaches). The property manager was readily available to help with the bugs and left us spray to use. 5. We had to clean out the pool and hot tub before trying to use those spaces. The pool cage above the pool is very dirty. We have done many different VRBOs and this is an OK rental, but the property manager was very pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful getaway from the business of Orlando!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Layout was perfect to provide privacy. Pool area was a hit with all age groups! Extra amenities like pack and play in closet, high chair in garage room, extra floats, etc were all appreciated!! Having access to washer and dryer was huge! We came down to not only enjoy Disney, but also drive to some beaches and enjoy all of Florida! Neighborhood is quiet, and near many stores and dining! There were some bars of soap at each sink, some cleaning supplies for any spills or doing dishes! Lots of books for enjoyment near the poolside if relaxing! Property manager very kind and came to fill pool up a day before we left then text us to let us know he was there and check how our stay has been. Cons- I have a hard time with this as it becomes “knit-picky” dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. When we arrived lint trap was very full! Even after emptying it the clothes took multiple times to get dry. Toilet paper, we went to get some as there were no extra rolls left for us. Three bathrooms a large family the toilet paper was gone quickly. I searched for back up rolls and couldn’t find any. We did leave extra to hopefully help the next family! Overall great stay 5 stars as like I said the cons are really preferences of me not necessities!

Beautiful, quiet place

This was a perfect place to have as a home base for our trip to Florida. There was plenty of room and the pool was a great perk for our family. The host and property managers were accommodating and responsive. We will look forward to staying here again!

Great location and great price

Lovely 2 weeks. Great location to Disney parks, amenities and a beautful view, with plenty of wildlife. The whole family loved the stay and the villa was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. 10/10

Comfy and rewarding

Overall stay was amazing. Pool was great for family and kids hanging out. Only suggestion is for there to be a couple staples provided like shampoo, conditioner and paper towel. Otherwise an amazing stay!

After spending numerous holidays with our children in the sunshine state we decided in 2009 to purchase our much loved home in Florida. We wanted a property that was not overlooked and we instantly fell in love with the view at the rear of our property. Another plus is that we have four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and a third bathroom which is shared by the two twin rooms. A corner plot and south east facing pool rounded off our wish list. The sub division of Clear Creek is a nice mix of permanent residents and guests staying in holiday homes. Being close to theme parks, restaurants and large 24 hour supermarkets it was an ideal base for all the amenities Orlando and Florida has to offer.
