Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

We stayed here with our 4 month old son on our first family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We wanted to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and this was tucked away right behind the main circle. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

It really has everything we want - big open living room, stocked kitchen & coffee setup, screened in porch and comfortable king bed. Perfect for a couple, and the second bedroom makes it a great option for kids or even another couple. Short walk to town and to the beach. Doesn’t get much better!

Perfect home and perfect location !

Our first trip to Seaside and this was perfect set up and location for us. We were able to walk to the beach and to eat. Could not have been more pleased. Plan to return and stay here when we do!

Fantastic Cottage

Lady on the Beach is exactly as described. And there are lots of extra little touches that make your stay so comfortable! Sally is so easy to work with and always accessible for any questions or concerns. We could not have asked for a better stay in Seaside!

The house is lovely, fully equipped for the beach (extra chair, boogie boards, beach pail), gourmet kitchen, recently renovated bathrooms, games for rain days. The location can't be beat on a quiet side street one block from Seaside Central and 2 blocks from the beach.

Walking distance to town center and the beach. House was perfect and offered a great kitchen and a gas grill if you wanted to cook at home. We plan to return to Seaside and would definitely stay at Lady on the Beach again.

Beautiful space, tastefully furnished, very convenient to town square, restaurants, beach and pool. The rental management staff were extremely responsive to some minor issues like burnt-out light bulbs. There was nothing major that needed taking care of! We would enjoy coming back and I would highly recommend this place!

We have rented this unit twice before. Love the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going for over 20 years. Most of those early years we used Seaside Cottage Rentals. They got to a point that they did not know us from Adam after we had spent over 100 k with them. Priperties were getting outdated. They were just order takers. Homeowners Collection has given them competition and taken over better properties. You have been proactive with us and this survey is an example. You should always train your people to understand how powerful it is when your clients go home and tell all their family and friends of their experience with your company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good location with very easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and literally feet from Seaside circle. The owners have updated the appliances in the kitchen and the bathrooms, however, the cookware is older and very mismatched, so we had trouble finding lids to pots, etc. Also there are several corded and cordless phones throughout the unit that aren't in use and taking up space and collecting dust that should be removed from the unit. Overall, the unit was clean, but there are picture frames, knick-knacks,etc. that don't look like they've been dusted in quite awhile. It's a nice unit, but could use just a little more updating to be on par with some of the other places we've stayed in Seaside. Whenever we had questions, the rental agency was very responsive and the ability to communicate through text was very convenient.
