Coqueto y elegante estudio en el centro de la ciudad

El estudio se ubica en el barrio del Born que conserva la parte de la Barcelona medieval al mismo tiempo que se respira el aire bohemio de los artistas que se instalaron en la zona durante el siglo XX, al lado de la Basílica Santa María del Mar y a pocos minutos andando del Palau de la Música Catalana, el Museo Picasso y el Parque de la Ciudadela.



Es un edificio con ascensor (hay que subir 14 escalones para llegar al ascensor) ubicado a dos paradas de la playa (estación de metro Jaume I: línea 4)



Dispone de aire acondicionado, caja fuerte y conexión Wi-Fi gratuitas.



Se trata de un apartamento con un espacio abierto dotado de cocina completamente equipada y un confortable salón en la misma estancia con mesa comedor, sofá, televisión de pantalla plana y cama de matrimonio. El baño dispone de ducha, proporcionando ropa de cama y baño a la llegada



Este estudio cuenta con balcón, suelo de parquet y techos tradicionales con bóveda catalana dándole un ambiente muy acogedor y coqueto.



IMPORTANTE: Para acceder al ascensor hay que subir algunos escalones. Edificio no adaptado.



No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas de soltero/a.

Los apartamentos pueden variar en cuanto a la decoración y distribución de los espacios, pero tienen todos el mismo estilo. A la llegada se asignará un apartamento en concreto.



Nuestra Recepción se encuentra en el número 1 del Passatge Sert, donde debe recoger su llave entre las 9.00 y las 20.00 de lunes a viernes ( excepto festivos de lunes a viernes ). Si su entrada es en sábado o domingo ( o festivo entre semana ) la recogida de llaves es en la calle Aribau 228. El horario de apertura es de 09.00 a 20.00. Auto check in con el teléfono móvil a partir de las 15.00



Por favor, tenga en cuenta que si llega más tarde de las 21:00 horas y no ha realizado el proceso de auto check in, hay un cargo por check in tardío de 30€. Una persona de nuestro personal le estará esperando en el apartamento.



La Tasa Turística no está incluida en el precio del apartamento. Se aplicará la tasa vigente en el momento de la estancia, por adulto y noche, hasta un máximo de siete noches.

Excellent location close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Tucked away on a very narrow side street which made it difficult to find. We checked into the Ola office and then walked to the apartment. A map would have been very helpful.

Fabulous location, comfortable bed. Check in was good after I figured out how to download and use the app - once that was done I had no issues with getting into the room however being depending on an app to get in with a dying phone was a little stressful! The shower door was also hard to position so that it didn’t totally flood the bathroom. Otherwise was pleased with our stay! Near some of the best restaurants in Barcelona.

If you don’t mind smells, and want the location

You make the reservation thru vrbo with your card, but then you’re contacted by ola living to send them money for the reservation, the link they sent only worked for me during Spain business hours. The company speaks English but seems to only answer one question at a time and it takes another 24 hours to get the next response from them. You have to download an app to enter the apartment and go upload a lot of information. On the day of check in a clock inside the app becomes a key and you can access the building with Bluetooth if you have cell service in Spain. You can connect to their internet but it’s slow and doesn’t really load outside in the bad smelling alleyway outside it. The apartment is up a significant amount of steep stairs, or you could take a small two person elevator to your apartment and walk down a small amount of stairs. Monday we arrived the apartment had a lingering smell of smoke. The shower head was broken, the water leaked out the door, the drain was clogged. The bed post was unscrewed off the bed, lying on the floor next to the bed. We used 1 of the 2 towels provided for our week stay to mop up the water in the bathroom. On tuesday they sent a technician to fix the shower head and the door but the drain still filled up, we shared a towel because at this point I felt bad for contacting them so much but Wednesday I called to tell them the drain was still filling and could we get a new towel since the one was used to mop the floor. I tried to wash it in the washer in the apartment but it still smelled bad afterwards. I called them at 10 am for a towel and they didnt bring one, so I called again at 6pm to tell them there was no towel and they said they would contact house keeping. In the end the water still fills the floor of the shower, so we just turned it off and on to help it drain so we weren’t standing in a puddle. The app they have you use to open the doors takes a while to load, so you stand in the alley for a while until it loads, it helps to refresh it. On Wednesday we went to the office to get a key, I recommend getuting the key from the beginning. The couch seemed broken or missing essential supports, sags in the middle The wifi is slow. If you need to FaceTime it won’t work but it works for messages and searching things The bed and pillows were comfortable! And there was AC. The location was great.

Really nice studio in excellent location

Had difficulty getting into apartment but staff were really helpful and sent someone to help us We actually got in before help arrived and after that everything was fine Studio was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 days in Barcelona

Great! Somewhat poorly managed

Great place and location! Loved it. Problems: 1) they failed to set my expectation that I would be responsible for buying my own toilet paper and washing my own towels 2) the app is a PAIN because it takes minimum two minutes to give you your key (to unlock your apartment) and sometimes it logs you out entirely! Just getting into your room each time is a pain because the app takes SO long to load your key - one time... closer to 6 minutes for me. 3) The app is also TERRIBLE in that when you pick a date (say, your own birth date) you have to click back through every single month in history which literally takes minutes - an extremely painful user experience - never seen anything this bad in any app 4) Vrbo told me the check in time would be 9am but the owner of this unit said 3pm. How was I supposed to know which was true? This REALLY messed up my first day and created significant stress 5) last thought on the app which acts as your key - if your phone gets stolen or runs out of battery, you can't get back to your room! - I think an app as a key is a bad idea.

Excellent Location

We stayed in Borne 6. The apartment was really cute, and clean. It had everything we needed. Loved that it has air conditioning since it was around 90 on some days. Location: Apt is located in El Born which is awesome! It's close to all the restaurants and entertainment in the area. Most things in the area was a 2-5 minute walk. We were right next to the Picasso Museum, Moco Art Museum, St Mary's Church, Flamenco dancing show. Not to mention all the shops and cute eateries. 15 minute walk: Barcelona Church, La Ramblas, La Boqueria, Train station, Barcelona Zoo. 10-15 min cab rides: Casa Battlo, Sagrada Familia, Les Encants It was an excellent space for us and loved our stay. We didnt have any issues. We also arrived early and they held our luggage for us so we could walk around until check in. They also called to let us know we could check in earlier, which was great!
