Está rodeado de palmeras con una gran terraza de la piscina con un patio completo con sillas y tumbonas y una barbacoa donde podrá disfrutar y relajarse junto a la piscina en el Florida Sunshine.

Esta casa de una planta consta de un gran dormitorio principal con baño principal, una habitación para huéspedes tamaño queen y dos habitaciones dobles con un baño completo en el medio. Contiene un lujoso salón y área de comedor con una cocina totalmente equipada, ¡utensilios y todo! Además de un lavadero con lavadora, secadora y plancha. Toda la ropa de cama y toallas se suministran y el baño tiene un secador de pelo. ¡Su Villa tiene todo lo que necesita para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones con una maravillosa ubicación en el campo de golf!

A 5 minutos en automóvil, disfrute del bar Sam's Beach y el SunWest Park, que es un centro recreativo y de playa recientemente inaugurado, donde encontrará la arena más suave y las aguas poco profundas con alojamientos como toboganes inflables gigantes para niños y canchas de voleibol. Puedes alquilar wakeboards, kayaks o una tabla de remo (10 $ / cada uno). ¡Estas actividades hacen que tu día en la playa sea mucho más entretenido y memorable! We had a wonderful stay at the Hudson Villa. The home was very clean, owner was great communicating with and the beds were super comfortable! When visiting the area in the future we would definitely consider staying at this property again.

We came to Hudson to visit family. This house is great. It has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean . The pool was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect for our stay here in Hudson for a family wedding. The place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the pool and the outside lounge area every night. The kitchen has everything you would need while away. Communication with the owner was always prompt and responsive. We would stay here again without a doubt. This house is so beautiful and has everything we could've needed. The entire property was very clean and even better looking in person, it was a dream-home type feel for us. There's tons of space and it's more than enough for even 6 people. Easy communication when we needed it and no issues at all. 100% recommend!!

Clean comfortable home

This was my first time doing Vrbo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Dana was very responsive and gave clear communication and instructions. The only comment that I have is that the house is not on a luxury golf course community and I wish there was a towel bar in the smaller bathroom.

This property was perfect for our trip to Hudson. Great location. Close to everything. Very clean and spacious rooms. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the heated pool and outdoor area. We had a few questions and issues which were quickly taken care of. Communication was terrific. The only drawback was because of the condition of the bbq grill we were unable to use it. But this was only a minor issue to us. We would definitely rent this lovely house again.

We were very happy with the house when we arrived. The house was clean and very nice. The kids loved the pool. The only issue we had was taking showers. There are 2 showers in the home but if you use them at the same time plan on taking a cold shower. Hot water tank needs to be upsized.

Centrally located near golf course and gulf

We stayed at Dana's luxury golf course villa to be near the gulf and still have a nice pool to come back to. We couldn't be happier with the house. We chartered a boat with Captain Allen & went snorkeling on the Egmont Key South of St Pete's & toured the old fort ruins and lighthouse, we drove a little bit north and went kayaking on the Weeki Watchee river. Meanwhile we were close to visit the Grandparents in Brooksville. We filled in all of the gaps swimming in the Villa's pool which was well kept and clean and has a very nice outdoor lounge area. If you like to cook, you will be very happy with all of the modern appliances. Next time we will bring our clubs and try out the golf course. It looks very well groomed and I'm itching to try it.

Wonderful relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful and spacious home. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans etc. There were plenty of linens, including pool/beach towels. Our primary intent was to rest and relax in the pool. The pool and lanai are well kept. Unfortunately, the BBQ grill was something we had wanted to use but simply could not because it was not in good condition. Communicating with the owner is easy and she is very responsive. This is an exceptional property for the price. We plan on booking it again when visiting the area - hopefully next spring.

Beautiful home

Vacationing and visiting family. This house was in a central location which was nice. Wonderful to come home to after a busy day! Pool was delightful! If we vacation in this area again we would love to stay in this home.

Very nice.

Very lovely home with with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Living room sofa and chairs were not very comfortable but the beds were very comfortable. Pool was not heating when we arrived but I contacted owner who was very quick to respond. Owner had pool man come over that day. As soon as filter was cleaned, heater started working and pool heated to a comfortable temperature. Owner was always very responsive. House is close to grocery and restaurants and shopping is about 5 minutes away. Take Little Rd south for restaurants and some shopping or Rt 19 south about 8 miles for additional shopping. House is in nice, safe area.

The owners made sure we had a Christmas tree and decorations for the holidays. The only complaints was the pool wasn’t warm for us to use. Which was the main reason for the house. The water heater for the showers needed maintenance, which was nobody’s fault. The home is very nice. Certain areas of Hudson not that nice. Hudson is 2 hours from Orlando which can be a bit of a hassle. Overall experience, pretty good.

Beautiful 1st impression but rough around the edges

The pool area wasn’t clean properly the BBQ grill was dirty it couldn’t be used without cleaning it. There was an open surgar and other food items left in a cupboard and ants were taking residence in there.The WiFi instructions were wrong. It cost me money on my cell phone so I could speak to the owner who still couldn’t put it right. But when it became apparent that the information she was giving me was wrong I got no acknowledgement from the host that the error was on her part. But my biggest disappointment was the poor maintenance of the screen around the pool. There are several areas where it’s torn and has large holes in it. So we still had to use mosquito repellents because my husband got a bite on or first nights stay. This was our sixth Home Away rental, also the most expensive one and the only one we’ve ever had to put a hefty refundable deposit on and it’s been the most over all disappointing one. On the up side its furnished beautifully the master suite is spacious the pool area is great for a morning swim (you loose the Sun in the afternoon) it’s in a great location for for beaches restaurants and a Publix just two minutes away.

This house is truly amazing! Everything you need was right there ! Plenty of dishes, cup and cookware! The decor is beachy and makes you feel at home. Dana is very accommodating and responds immediately. I recommend this vacation to anyone who wants a nice calm vacation. Very clean! Thank you for having us.. see you next year!

Beautiful and very well kept home.

This was a wonderful place for my daughter, myself and 3 teens to stay. We came to visit my son and his family nearby. The pool was wonderful and my son and family come over a couple of days just to hang out, we even cooked out one evening. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained. Dana was very prompt to answer any questions. The only recommendation I have is a new brush to clean the grill. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy this lovely place.
