Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación, eso es lo que siempre he oído sobre realestate y que es una de las mejores cosas de esta unidad. Situado en la playa, justo encima de la piscina privada, este complejo es el último edificio en la costa al norte de John's Pass. Compramos esta unidad debido a las 3 grandes ventanas por el lado sur del edificio dándonos vistas de todas las actividades en el pase. Usted puede ver a la gente, los barcos, y el tráfico entrando y saliendo del paso de la habitación, el comedor, sala de estar, o el balcón. Esta unidad es totalmente nueva. Encontramos la unidad con la ubicación y desnudo desnudo antes de reconstruir desde el nuevo corcho bajo el suelo de baldosas todo el camino a las nuevas cabezas de rociadores. The location was awesome. It was great being able to walk to John's Pass for the restaurants, shopping, and watching the dolphins, birds, and boats. Our 3-1/2 year old grandson would run to the window when the horn for the bridge would sound before it would raise to let a boat thru. The pool and beach were just steps away as well. We had a wonderful stay.

If you are looking for a family friendly vacation spot, this location is for you!!! Everything about this beachfront condo and the Beach Place Resort is top notch! The owner was so kind to reach out and answer questions before our trip and the office gals were so helpful when our flight was delayed due to a blizzard. Every staff member at the resort was helpful and their dedication shows in the cleanliness and maintained buildings and grounds. We spent lots of time on the beach and especially enjoyed the balcony for sunrise, sunset, watching dolphins and of course the boat traffic in and out of the harbor. We used the beachcoast trolley and John’s Pass offered a great variety of shopping and food venues. Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us. The family memories we made will be treasured for a lifetime!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including small appliances. The one closet was stocked with beach chairs umbrellas and all sorts of beach toys. They even provided beach towels if you forgot them. The condo was very clean and the views from the balcony were stunning. The best part about this condo was the host and how caring he is. He called to make sure our check in process went smoothly and left us his number in case we had any issues. We will for sure be renting from him again we highly recommend this host and this unit we had a great vacation.

Wow! Best Vacation!

This property is great! The views are fantastic! The pool and access to the beach was easy to get to. There is a ton of shopping and restaurants just across the street, so you don’t have to get in a vehicle at all. However, even if you choose to go somewhere, the parking is right under the building and super easy to access. The owner was great with communication. The only thing that I would change about the place is the slow elevator. Our experience was 5 stars for sure!

Not as advertised

Pool was closed 2 days, Elevator was not operational the entire stay. Property manager said they would comp 1 full day for elevator and that didn’t happen. Parking spot was under construction and not available. Just overall not worth the investment as there are better options.

Nice visit, great condo, but somewhat disappointed.

We realize this was probably the first full week of the off season and work and repairs need to be completed on the property. However, they were working on the floors on the balconies and the chemicals used penetrated through the ventilation system and we all got headaches and nauseous from the horrible fumes. This went on for several days of our week long vacation and was very disappointing to say the least. There were also two nights when work was occurring between 10pm and 6am. It sounded like furniture constantly being moved and grinding of some kind. It was very difficult to sleep. Floors 1 and 4 were closed for work and we were on floor 3 and were trapped in between the fumes and constant noise. In addition to the work repairs and issues caused by the workers, there was the constant smoking of marijuana in nearby units in Beach Place. The work smells and noise along with the horrid smell of the pot smokers made it very difficult to sit on our balcony to watch the beautiful views of the gulf. We have stayed in Beach Place condos many, many times over the past 10-15 years and this experience was not as pleasant. Only when we left the property to do activities or went out to the beach did we really enjoy ourselves. You could even smell the pot out at the pool. Won't be staying here any more.

Pictures don’t lie

This place is as good as it looks. Super nice and clean. It has everything you need. Perfect location across the street from John’s Pass. Restaurants boat tours wave runners shops within a minute walk. The balcony has a great comfortable patio set with a beautiful sunset every night. Very happy with this property, no complaints.

Outstanding location, lots to do

The property was amazing. They may want to update the dishwasher and shower heads but otherwise it was an EXCELLENT STAY! We were concerned with the public parking lot next door but Pinellas County has that under control now. The location is prime and you should have fun everyday. Comfortable beds and everything you need is there. Highly recommend The restaurants at John’s Pass across the street. We loved it and hope to go back next year. Thank you

Vacation

Great place for the week! Pros- right on beach, housed our family of 5, all amenities provided for travelers from out of state, owners made sure to list restaurants and things to do and VERY responsive to correspondence, walked to John’s pass for food!! Watched the sunset and dolphins every day! This part has nothing to do with unit, but the location of bldg: Cons- next to public beach access, lots of drunk and loud beach goers at all hours, elevator out of service a few times, difficult exiting area with the numerous times bridge went up for the big boats. We had a great time all in all!! Thank you for providing everything needed in your unit

Great stay right at John’s Pass!

We selected this property for its proximity to the beach, John’s Pass, and the Boardwalk across the street. All of that made it the perfect spot for a week at the beach. We had great communication with the owner before we got there. It was a great space with a large master bedroom. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Very nice stay. (FYI - things can obviously change, but beach towels were supplied and it also had four beach chairs and a Pack ‘n Play portable crib stored away in the closet. That can save you a ton of space in your car.)

I have rented this condo more than once and it has always been well worth the money. The area is beautiful, the condo is clean, awesome view and owners that care. If it fits your budget I wouldn’t hesitate.

Spectacular views of the Gulf and John’s Pass Draw Bridge. The condo was decorated beautifully and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect beach getaway!!

The only thing I didnt like is that the beach in front of the condo is public. Public parking right beside the condo. Lots of people on the beach being rowdy with the same occurring in the parking lot. Despite the locks on the gates, the public was sneaking into the property's pool. We saw police twice tending to rowdy teenagers on the beach.

Madeira Beach with gulf views.

Unit was beautiful. Located within walking distance of many things to do and eat. Balcony looks right onto the gulf with a constant breeze while we were there. Check in was a bit cumbersome (confusion as to where to pick up the key, they told me they are putting in a push button lock system so that guests would not have to track down a key). but once we got in we had a week of fun. Would certainly recommend this unit to anyone. If you are concerned about cleanliness and comfort, this one is for you. Nice extras like beach chairs and towels, comfortable balcony furniture, covered parking, washer and dryer. All in all, nice unit.

Excellent experience

Beautiful unit in a prime location. The condo owners, Brad and Dee, are attentive and wondeful. Gorgeous beach is steps away and pool is clean and fantastic. The condo is beautiful and the furnishings are high quality and in great condition. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Great place

We have stayed at John's Pass several times and this unit is wonderful. Well taken care of and well stocked. Just needed our own food and small incidentals. Owner is great to work with and responds very quickly to inquiries. Love it all

Excellent Christmas vacation!

Everything from start to finish was excellent with this property. The owners communicated well with me, and every detail of their condo was explained and 100% true. This condo was super comfortable and clean. The first 3 days of our vacation were chilly and rainy so we played board games and watched movies. There were 5 of us adults, and we had plenty of room. The pool is beautiful, the water warm. The ocean is right there! I appreciated the security, having to use a code to get in and out of the building as well as the beach and pool. Johns Pass has tons of shopping and water sports that we took advantage of! We hardly drove anywhere, as everything was in walking distance. We will definitely be back! Totally loved it!!!

We have looked 2 years for that "special" place. We own and rent a 3 bedroom condo in Key West and love it there, but we also love the Clearwater area. After discovering John's Pass we found this condo which we thought was the nicest in the building. It wasn't for sale, but we made an offer that the owner couldn't refuse. It was nicely remodeled and had a location that gives panoramic views of both the gulf and John's Pass. Only one corner of the building allows that.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our favorite thing about this condo is the beautiful beach and water directly surrounding the property. The village and boardwalk at John's Pass is a clean, modern, charming place. From our property you can walk directly under the draw bridge to access this happening area. You do not even have to cross the street to get to the village. Also around the Village are many great places to eat and support the atmosphere of the old sleepy fishing village. There are lots of weekly festivals and events hosted at the Pass each month.
We also love how from Madeira Beach you can drive up and down the coast and visit so many fabulous areas. When we vacation here there is always a new adventure waiting to be discovered. Another perk for this location is the easy drive to Busch Gardens 36 miles away or even Disneyworld which is 95 miles away.
