New Year's Stay

Love the up grades throughout the unit, very comfortable and cosy place. Our go to stay place. Should have left more towels and linens for the guest count. But bought our own for the stay. Other than that we love the place and location on the 30A

Panama City Jeep Jam

We had an amazing time, loved the beach across the street easy access. We were so close to the even we were attending and love the area around. Even got to take the 🐶 to dog beach a few miles from the place. Super convenient to shops, and coffee. Made it convenient to cook during our day so we didn't have to eat out every breakfast or dinner. Will stay again for sure, highly recommend.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Very clean, furnishings nice, several high end appliances,loved having a outdoor grill, quiet complex. Thoroughly enjoyed the second floor balcony. Even though it was not on the beach, our goal was to carry our service dog in training to the dog friendly beach at Pier Park. Thank you for allowing him to stay with us!!

Excellent, would highly recommend

Everything about the property was great,the only bad thing I can say is that the wifi was down the entire time we were there and made for a fussy toddler in the evenings but we managed lol. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

My husband and I stayed the weekend at Casa Sunshine and had a great time! The home was clean and in a good location. The only downside was the late check-in and early check-out (5pm/9am), but I think that was due to COVID cleaning so we understood. We would definitely stay here again--price was great!

Overall nice stay

We had issues with the living room light fixture not working but never really needed it so used alternate lighting. There were spots on the floor And spatter by an end table that made us question whether any deep cleaning had actually taken place, along with couple of brown smear stains on the couch And a door edge that came off simply with a baby wipe so we were a bit concerned with how much cleaning had actually been done. Overall, location was great for us as we didn't want the crowded beach experience. There were lots of beach items provided(toys, chairs, wagon) so that was an added bonus. We would stay again but just hope the cleaning detail was better.

Perfect beach pad!

We had not been anywhere since COVID began and looked for a place where it would just be the two of us and close to a part of the beach that is less crowded than some other parts. This place was perfect. Literally across the street from the beach with two access points to chose from. And two bedrooms and large couch, so could sleep up to five. There were people on the beach, but everyone spread out, so it was very safe. And that stretch of the beach is beautiful. The townhouse is an older building that is in beautiful shape. Everything from the carpet to the mattresses to the large televisions is perfect. And unlike staying in a high rise with a parking deck to deal with, you just pull right up to the front door. There is even a back yard. I don't have a single criticism. I would highly recommend Case Sunshine. Hopefully we will be able to return. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay at your special property.

Great Location and Pet Friendly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sunshine - our dog loved it so much she didn't want to leave. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, and traffic was not crazy in front of the townhome. Beach access was a short walk and there was a wagon available to help drag all of the beach toys easily to the access point. If you are looking for a great pet-friendly option, this is it!

The property had a great location but was not the cleanest. We purchased our own broom and mop inorder to clean the property while we were there because they had no cleaning supplies.

Nice low key locale

The property managers were quick to resolve an issue we had and treated us well. Beds were comfy, the place clean, and in all a quiet locale with little traffic while just a short walk to a stretch of beach that is low key considering the high rises elsewhere in the area. Incredible sandy beaches. It still felt local compared to the new developments. Do not miss the little donut stand just east on 30A!

Great location

I gave it 5 stars, because only complint was mattresses. Everything else was great. Loved the layout of condo and great location. Away from real busy areas, but plenty close by if you need it. Would definitely stay again.
