Magnífico el triple aspecto salón con techo de vigas y chimenea. Dos zonas de estar con cómodos sofás de cuero con capacidad para 15 personas. Comedor con capacidad para hasta 12 personas.
Habitación junto a la piscina con puertas francesas que dan a zona de la piscina. esta sala tiene capacidad para 4 camas-capaces. Sofás y sillones con TV y juegos de consola.
Zona de juegos con mesa de ping pong.
COCINA:
Estilo provenzal cocina-comedor con mesa de piedra y asientos para 4 personas. Hornillo de gas, horno eléctrico, microondas, lavavajillas, 2 neveras bajo receta, Cafetera, Tostadora, máquina de hielo, utensilios de cocina y cubiertos y vajilla. Además nevera en el pasillo.

Sala de lavandería con 2 lavadoras, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Congelador horizontal, Secadora.
HABITACIONES:
Dormitorio principal: Armarios empotrados. Puertas francesas que dan a la terraza. Habitación con baño propio Baño / ducha wc Cubículo bidet y dos lavabos.
Dormitorio 2: Caminata en guardarropa. Puertas francesas a la terraza. Baño con bañera / bidet wc.
Dormitorio 3: armarios empotrados. Baño con ducha bidé cubículo y lavabo.
Dormitorio 4: tamaño de la habitación cuádruple en el nivel inferior con dos camas, dos grandes sofás y mesa de café. Habitación independiente y aseo con ducha.

La piscina climatizada se forma inusualmente 14m x 6m en su máximo rodeada de enormes árboles de palma. Terraza pavimentada que rodea la piscina con tumbonas y mesa ornamental y el asiento del banco. otra terraza al final de la zona de la piscina con magníficas vistas sobre las huertas vecinas con vistas al mar. La terraza principal proporciona amortiguación de estar con sofá y mesa de comedor y sillas para hasta 12 personas.

Very nice villa

Very nice spacious villa in quit surrounding. Nice view of the de sea and superb pool. Airco in all bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful

There is absolutely nothing you could want or ask for in this AMAZING home. I say home because that is exactly how it felt being there. The owners of this property have catered for every age and every need. The location is fantastic, the house is beautiful, the views are stunning and the facilities are just great. We had enough space for my very large, extended family including 3 generations. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly desire, the property was gleaming clean, the swimming pool was lovely. It was just fantastic and a pleasure to be there. I highly recommend staying here!

Wunderschöne Ferien

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einem großen Garten. In dem Haus fehlt es wirklich an gar nichts, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst eine Eismaschine ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist großartig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal ist sehr effizient und freundlich. Nicoleta, die für Nachfragen und die Organisation des Reinigungsservices verantwortlich ist ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und steht einem stets mit gutem Rat zur Seite. Insgesamt wunderschöne Ferien, die keine Wünsche offen liessen

Très jolie maison, très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Jardin magnifique et grande piscine en partie ombragée. Compter sur 8 couchages, les autres étant de l'appoint.

les points positifs Grande maison fonctionnelle Grande piscine Belle vue - calme Terrasses avec mobilier extérieur en quantité Grand et beau jardin Possibilité garer plusieurs vehicules les points négatifs le wifi fonctionnait mal maison qui n avait pas été aérée depuis longtemps procédure à l arrivée expédiée rapidement portail électrique avec de nombreux dysfonctionnements chambres au sous sol implantées dans le garage (1 grande chambre n a pas de fenêtres) l entretient du jardin qui a été effectué plus de 4 heures dans un bruit assourdissant pendant la location (et non avant la mise en location !) soit une demi journée de perdu ce qui au tarif de la location est significatif .... le plus grand parasol était déchiré il manque une salle de bain au sous sol pas un mot du propriétaire ou du property manager pour savoir si tout allait bien et/ou si. notre sejour s était bien passé en conclusion location chère pour le prix demandé

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. The ground floor does have a brand new shower room and wc although not ensuite to the bedroom. The upper level 3 Bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. As for the umbrella, we will take a look at it and have it replaced. There were no issues reported by the Property Manager. Thank you for your stay, hope you enjoyed it.

3 erholsame wochen in la gaude

+grosszügiges haus mit wunderbarem garten und üppigem baumbestand. +bestens ausgestattete schlafzimmer und küche. +schöne terrassen und pool +sehr grosses grundstück mit obstbäumen -ich habe nichts gegen kameraüberwachung zur sicherheit des objekts, aber kameras die direkt auf die terrasse und den pool gerichtet sind schon irritierend. - das haus wurde mit geheiztem pool angeboten, man bekam aber erst ein paar tage vor der ankunft mitgeteilt, das man dafür 900€ extra zahlen sollte.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful villa.

Idyllic and secluded yet well located for Nice, St Paul and Antibes. The villa is on a hillside surrounded by the beautiful greenery and scenery of the South of France with uninterrupted views of the coast. There are olive, lemon and other citrus trees in the beautiful grounds which include a substantial terrace and a swimming pool. Staying here was an authentic French experience and lifelong memories were created.

Very nice villa,good location with great views down to the coast clean and spacious. The terrace is where you spend much of your time and has very comfortable seating .Good location for visiting Saint -paul-de-vence and the hilltop village of Gourdon which are stunning places to visit. My only gripes was the 300 euro departure cleaning bill on top of the rental charge ,which is not mentioned on the rental page but,in fairness was made clear before the booking was completed. Also the pool which, on the rental page is described as heated, but in fact will cost another 300 euros and take three days to heat up, and it could do with being heated, even in august .

Thank you for your review. The points you have mentioned have been taken on-board. Unfortunately the cost of cleaning is the charge that we have to pay for the cleaning company and also to heat the pool is the fuel cost. Fuel & electricity costs are extremely expensive in France. We sincerely hope this did not ruin your stay at our villa and hope that you consider us again for any future planned vacation to the south of France.

It must be Heaven...

This Villa is beautiful, stunning views, great accommodation, every facility you could ask for and convenient for Nice, St Paul de Vence etc. The owners Jimmy and Thalia have really given us a dream vacation and we can't thank them enough.

Beautiful residence in amazing location

We had a great time in this beautiful property which really is in an amazing location with stunning views. La Gaude is so well located and Cagnes sur Mer is a short distance and well worth a visit. We found the property very well maintained and felt it a relaxing environment to be in that I would certainly recommend to anybody who would want to rent in the South of France. So close to Nice, 15 minutes to the airport, short journeys to Cannes, Antibes and Juan le Pins.

A Little Piece Of Heaven

The location is fantastic, private and secluded yet only 20mins away from all the night life and buzz you could ever need. The villas interior is spacious and provided a great home for our two families (9 of us) without ever feeling confined (even though it rained a couple of days during our stay and we were confined to the inside of the villa only), in fact if you wanted to be alone there was always an idyllic location with a view or terrace to retreat to. Fantastic grounds, with a beautiful swimming pool and terraces that have panoramic views which are stunning, dining on the terrace or reading a book there was a very relaxing and enjoyable part of my day. The property was immaculate and clean both inside and out.

Paradise

After looking for a number of weeks for villas in the South of France we were pleasantly surprised to come across this one in La Gaude. After a short 20 minute drive from the airport we found ourselves driving through the gates of a location you can only describe as perfection. The villa itself is not only beautiful but the picturesque surroundings it is set in make the location that much more incredible. The villas interior is spacious and cool, whilst at the same time being homely and welcoming. Myself and my other 7 guests were able to spread ourselves over the villas two floors meaning we could have our own free time in our rooms whilst at the same time not feeling like we were ever too far apart from one-another. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances allowing us to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever we chose to and the short drive to the local shops meant we were never short of food and drink during our stay. The view from the terrace is amazing both during the day and at night. The grounds were easy to walk around in and enjoy in the late afternoon after we had spent the day either by the pool, playing badminton or table tennis. The experience we had is one we will never forget and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the owners (Jimmy and his wife) for their wonderful customer service, they truly made us feel that their home was our home and we hope to be returning soon.

Amazing Villa with Panoramic Views

The most amazing Villa we have stayed in to date. Absolutely stunning location. Panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. A very spacious and exceptionally clean Villa, decorated to the highest standard. The swimming pool is very inviting, cooling you down during the days hot sunshine, and having a warm jacuzzi effect with its heating element for relaxing midnight swims. The Villa is private and secluded which was fantastic for us as we loved to play our music loudly without feeling disrespectful to neighbours. All in all an absolutely fabulous part of France and we would not hesitate to recommend rental.
