Situado en la lujosa Playacar Fase I, una exclusiva comunidad privada de casas privadas en Playa del Carmen, esta fabulosa villa le ofrece una vista de todo el camino a Cozumel. A pocos pasos se encuentra la playa blanco y turquesa cálida aguas arenosas del hermoso Mar Caribe.

Casa Thomas está decorado en estilo español, perfecto para aquellos que buscan una vivienda de vacaciones romántico, así como aquellos en busca de un refugio de la familia tropical en México. Todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar es proporcionada por usted en este alquiler de vacaciones de lujo casa- TV vía satélite, servicio de lavandería, aire acondicionado, más ventiladores de techo, cocina totalmente equipada, servicio de limpieza y de increíbles vistas al mar equipadas.

Hay 3 dormitorios en el primer piso, el principal tiene una cama king size, la segunda tiene una reina, y el tercero tiene 2 camas gemelas, cada una con su propio baño. La nueva suite principal de arriba tiene una cama de tamaño y un gran baño de mármol. Así que hay 2 maestros, uno en cada piso. La terraza superior espaciosa ha amortiguado sillones, mesa al aire libre con el paraguas, fantástica parrilla y vista al mar, que no puede ser vencido!

Family getaway at Casa de Tomas

We had seven family members from three generations staying at Casa de Tomas-- it was a wonderful place for all ages, spacious and secure, with individual privacy, swimming, the beach a five-minute walk from the front door. Furnished with plenty of furnishings, abundant bathrooms, kitchen equipment, towels, outdoor equipment that made it welcoming and relaxing for both kids and adults.

We took our family to Playa Del Carmen for Christmas and our stay here at Casa Del Thomas was amazing!! Our host Craig Beechum was so nice! Craig contacted me as soon as we had the house booked and he went over everything including places to go, travel arrangements and all the contacts needed for the home. He was very easy to get a hold of and that gave me a huge piece of mind. Carla is the person who looks after the house in Playa and she goes over everything there and gives you the keys, she is so sweet and kind and went over and above what is expected of her to make sure that we were looked after, she was absolutely amazing!! The house was a really good size for the 6 of us and could easily house more if needed! It is a comfortable home and had everything that we needed for our stay. The house cleaner Ella was also very sweet and she does an amazing job! The location is perfect with only a few steps to the beach and only a 10 minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We would definitely go back and book here again!!

Fantastic Property

My family and I (7 people) spent the week at Casa Tomas and could not ask for more. Sitting on the upstairs patio or the downstairs one provided picture perfect views and the house itself was very spacious and afforded everyone the privacy they needed. Steps to the beautiful beach and walk-able to downtown. We had a problem on our first day but it was addressed immediately and the rest of the week couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay again Thank you Casa Tomas for wonderful memories.

Casa Tomas is Perfect

I loved the location, the house, the housekeeper! I stayed for a month and it changed the way I live my life now. The ONLY thing that was disappointing was, for a group that loves to cook together, the kitchen was dated. I mentioned this to the owner and the next day a giant box arrived with new appliances, kitchen tools, and everything we needed!!! Christmas in March! It was spectacular.

Amazing vacation with great friends

This casa was everything it was advertised as and more. We had a wonderful 8 day vacation with a group of eight friends. The customer service was incredible. We will definitely recommend Casa Tomas to others and we hope to be back soon.

Perfect Playacar rental

Casa Tomas was the perfect base for our family trip to Playa del Carmen. Meri met us and showed us how to operate the AC and TVs. She also came every other day to clean the whole house. The hosts provided a Christmas tree for our stay. They also had extra dishes and glasses for our family meals. Lots of beach and pool equipment, including masks. Snorkels, fins, boogie boards and beach towels. The refrigerator was hooked to sanitary water to make safe ice. Also water dispenser with supply of drinking water. If you are looking for a place to rent, look ni further. You'll love Casa Tomas!

Best Christmas Ever!

We had a wonderful vacation. The proximity to the beach is great and the property manager's response to issues (hot water) was good. Only suggestion would be to update the pillows and sharpen the knives. The kitchen supplies are very basic but they didn't know we would have a professional chef in our group.

Great stay at Casa Thomas

Just returned from an awesome vacation at Casa Thomas (May 28-June 1)! We've stayed in Playacar phase 1 twice before and love the neighborhood. The security is excellent and they make their rounds through the neighborhood 24/7, you will feel safe throughout. We had originally booked a different house in the neighborhood but had to cancel due to an issue with their pool. I was able to quickly get Casa Thomas booked and received a wonderful greeting and info from Craig Beechum via email and Deanna met us upon our arrival. She was so very helpful to get us set up and going for our stay. The walk to downtown Playa isn't terrible, you'll definitely get your sweat on and steps in and it's fun to look at all the beautiful houses and Mayan Ruins but occasionally we would snag a taxi over at Fisherman's Village next door. Expect a 10-15 minute walk from the house to the downtown area. Our group was 2 couples so Casa Thomas was plenty big for us! The patio furniture by the pool was comfy so we spent a lot of relaxing time there. There was a bin with pool floats, beach chairs and snorkeling gear which was great! We had a massage therapist come over one afternoon and had her set up on the upstairs terrace which was perfectly shaded and amazing breeze for our relaxing massages. The view from the upstairs bed is spectacular, you can literally lay there and watch cruise ships pull in to Cozumel! Mattress was a bit harder than my personal liking but it's to be expected on any vacation and didn't phase us too much. We booked our favorite fishing guy, Salatiel Ku Caamal (check him on facebook!) and caught a mahi mahi. Highly recommend him, this was our 4th year booking him. Although the seaweed was an issue for beachfront swimming he found us a little cove nearby that was beautifully clear and we got to swim with a stingray. We took the Ultramar ferry over to Cozumel one day and did Mr. Sancho's beach club and had an amazing time. Ferry takes about 30 minutes, then a 10 min taxi ride and you're there. My sister and boyfriend decided to skydive (Skydive Playa) and no kidding we got to sit at the Casa Thomas pool and watch them jump and parachute down to the beach right by the house! Overall an amazing stay, easy booking process, even easier arrival and a departure process, highly recommend!

"Taco 'Bout a Fiesta"

Casa Tomas was the perfect vacation rental for our trip! There was 7 of us from California celebrating two 30th birthdays. The location of the house across the beach with an ocean view and a private pool! It was pretty central, just a short walk along the beach to the main stretch of 5th Avenue. The gated community was very nice, well maintained, and felt safe. It was easy to get taxis to and from. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking (as far as spices, cookware, bbq, etc.). I stayed on the upper floor with the most amazing view, I watched the sunrise from our balcony every morning! Mari the housekeeper was inviting and sweet and Kimberly who did the booking from the Playa Beach office was very pleasant, communicative, and easy to work with. Overall we had the most wonderful experience here, I have already recommended the house to family and friends!

Fantastic place!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this house is. We were a group of 8 and we stayed one week. The location was perfect. Literally on the beach. We enjoyed the small pool which had a view of the ocean. The house was well appointed without feeling uncomfortably fancy. It has everything you need. Highly recommend this house.

Girlfriend Getaway

We had a group of 9 stay at Casa Tomas and we all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend the house - it is in a great location and the beach is perfect! The walk to town takes about 15-20 minutes on the beach or neighborhood. We stopped on the way to the house at the grocery store - loaded up and were set for the entire week. Housekeeper Mary was delightful. Nacho met us and gave us instructions about wifi and how to run the tv's/cable, etc. We locked ourselves out once and Kim was more than helpful to get us back in. Thank you!

the house was nice and comfortable. nice place, safe and quite. beautiful view on the beach. the listing photo and description reflects the rental's appearence. the property was clean. good level of answer for all questions. all activities available near the location. 1 small concern: no dishwasher. Will recommend !!!

Thank you Isabelle, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I have passed along your request for a dishwasher to the owner. There is a reason for not having one although it is not unheard of, the water is very hard in this area, if you do not have a water softening system in the house, the dishwasher will not work well. They are not a common household appliance around here because of this detail.
