Beautiful 4 bedroom penthouse by the beach

Ocean view spacious penthouse, best location in Playa Del Carmen. This incredible 270 m2 penthouse located over two floors features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 terraces including the spacious rooftop. The unit has four bedrooms and room for nine adults, the bed-configuration is four double beds (2 king and 2 queen) plus one single bed. If this configuration of beds does not fit your group we will try to adapt to your needs.

On the second floor of the apartment there is a huge studio room that contains dining space, sofas. In one end of this studio bedroom there is a sleeping space with a king-size bed. The same room has sliding doors on each end going to the rooftop terrace as well as a smaller terrace in the back of the building. Ocean view on both sides.
From the studio room there are also doors to another, smaller 4th bedroom as well as a door to a bathroom that is shared between the two bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed, it also has its own sliding door directly to the terrace.

Long story short, the upstairs bedrooms have a little less privacy since you are entering the smaller bedroom from the studio room.

The penthouse is a great place to be for a big group or a family, perfect for staying together but there are also plenty of areas outside and inside where one can be more private.
