Esta es una casa unifamiliar en Matlacha altamente deseable. Matlacha cuenta con divertidas galerías de arte, restaurantes y paseos en bote.

La casa es una casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños con una piscina estilo centro turístico, una sala de degustación de vinos, una sala de juegos y vistas al mar abierto. La piscina cuenta con una cascada y una bañera de hidromasaje con excelentes vistas del atardecer. La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong y futbolín. La sala de vinos tiene una gran vinoteca con mucho espacio para sus vinos de vacaciones. La cubierta superior del loft de la suite principal es perfecta para un pequeño evento, como renovar sus votos matrimoniales. La casa está recientemente remodelada.

La suite principal es un loft con vistas panorámicas al agua de 270 grados. El baño principal fue completamente rediseñado con una bañera profunda y una ducha tipo spa.

Trae tu bote. Ate a la pared del mar y prepárese para pescar en la mañana. Si no tiene un bote, simplemente pesque desde el malecón. Observe a los delfines mientras disfruta de su café de la mañana en la mesa al aire libre.

Al final del día, observe el atardecer y disfrute de una copa de vino. Para las noches frías hay una fogata junto al mar para disfrutar de la puesta de sol.

Great Winter getaway

Excellent place to stay, location is quiet and has everything you need close by. The house is really really nice and well stocked with anything you would need. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Only trouble was that it seemed a challenge to heat the pool and that could have been on us not knowing how to use the controls.

Relaxing

The house and the location make a very relaxing vacation. It was quiet, except for an occasional passing boat. There are a few restaurants nearby but with the patio and pool layout, sunset views, and updated workable kitchen, we ate in almost every night. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom shower is awesome. The owners are easy to contact and work with.

Relaxation

Great vacation home. Enjoyed the many amenities they had to offer. Really bad storm while there, but we survived. Listing said 2 King and 1 Queen. Actually had 3 King suites. Nice surprise.

Beautiful Sunsets

This is the perfect property to rent if you want to see beautiful sunsets every night! Our family had a great time. We brought our boat and went out fishing everyday while the rest of the family enjoyed lounging by the refreshing pool. The house was by far the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. We made great meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the game room. One of the highlights of the trip was the amazing master bathroom! The shower at the end of the fun filled day was awesome! The owner was so communicative and accomodating with anything we asked. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We hope to return to this beautiful house someday soon!!

Beautiful and perfect backyard (and home) for a wonderful trip!

Some friends and I stayed at Casa Indulgence with our small children over the 2018 holiday break and were not disappointed! The house has everything you could need/want for a fantastic time with friends and/or family! Some highlights: -The view was beyond beautiful -You can fish right from their yard - a major benefit for my husband (they even had fishing polls available) -The pool was so fun and beautiful and the heater made it the most perfect temperature (and quickly) -Fire pit was so fun for roasting s'mores (wear bug spray!) -The game room was next level and full appointed for fun nights in Janet was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to rent from. She and her husband are generous with their supplies (i.e things like shampoo, some condiments, propane, etc,) were provided. The pictures are very accurate, although they don't do the property justice in capturing how nice it is to be there. I would highly recommend this property and would visit again!

Best Location for a Truly Relaxing Vacation

This house on Matlacha was exactly as described with a location so perfect it is indescribable. Our party had 3 couples so we were each able to enjoy a bit of privacy as we had our own suite (although the loft was not as private as the other two). With the pool area, game rooms, and various board games available there was plenty to do if we got tired of staring at the water. And the hostess was amazing. She quickly responded to a minor issue and solved the problem immediately. I would rent again from them! If you want to relax, see amazing sunsets, and watch a fire a night this is the place for you.

Winter Escape

The sunsets and views from the back patio are absolutely amazing. We saw dolphin that swam within feet of our seawall. The owners, Janet and Tim were very helpful and responsive. The house had everything we needed to have a wonderful time with our friends. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This house was absolutely beautiful!! It was hard to leave for sure.

This place was everything and more!! There is so much to do here on this island and we found ourselves just wanting to stay and relax at the house by the pool, we did a lot of fishing we had dolphins come up about every morning why we drinking our hot chocolate it was absolutely amazing We got to meet the owners as well, they were really sweet people, They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!! Great stay

Stayed for a week with my two children (age 12 and 9), my husband and parents in law. The house was large and had more then enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked/grilled every meal. The kids enjoyed the game room with pool table, ping pong table etc. the highlight was the outdoor seating area/pool. Great view and would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect! Great location near restaurants, right on the water, lots of fish and dolphins right off the patio. Great pool, spa, patio, fire pit, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, matresses, and decorating. Literally could not be better. Loved it and will stay again. Owners are fantastic and very helpful.

Casa Indulgence did not disappoint. Spacious home with space to hang out, comfortable king size beds and a backyard with just about everything you could ever want. The owners respond quickly to anything you need. We'll be back!

Some of the best fishing in the area is right off the sea wall. Watch the dolphins and manatees play while enjoying breakfast on the sea wall. Sunsets are incredible. So much to do without ever leaving the property. You own private escape.
