Islander Condo # 304 es una unidad de Silver View con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina, recientemente renovada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocción. Reúnase alrededor de la nueva mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la sala de estar para ver el televisor de 32 "con reproductor de DVD y acceso a cable digital. We love The Islander and stay every year

Unit 304 was cute. Cabinets and bathrooms could be updated. There needs to be a keurig . We had to drive daily to get coffee. Old style coffee pots are outdated. We used the stairs often and sometimes the smell of the garbage was awful. The front desk ladies need to be more friendly. I was missing sheets etc. for the pull out couch and had to borrow them from my sister in unit 305 . Towel service should be 3x a week .

Needs to be cleaned

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, but it is not in very good shape. It smells like mildew. The rugs are old and dirty. After spilling water on the kitchen floor, I wiped it up with paper towels and they turned dark brown. The freezer drips water into the refrigerator. The ice maker barely works. The cabinets squeak, the plugs are all behind furniture and there is nowhere to charge devices. The mattresses were not good and sheets were rough. The curtains on the sliding door were too small. The picture showed bunk beds and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. It has a twin and double. I was not happy with this condo.

Long weekend vacation

The condo was very nice. Super close to the water and the pool was great. The only issue with the condo that we thought of would be that the bedrooms could ceiling fans. They got a little stuffy. The building only has 1 elevator but we were able to carry a lot after our first big load. I would recommend this unit.

Great place

The property was perfect. Perfect place for a family. The beach was nearby where we went everyday to relax. We had a great view of the beach and plan to return again.

Great vacation

We had an awesome stay in unit 304. It was very clean and within distance to the pointe to watch fireworks. The beach was awesome and we always had an umbrella and chairs available.
