Los propietarios han actualizado recientemente la unidad con acabado de madera colonial blanco, alfombra nueva habitación, pintura fresca, ropa de cama nueva, y obras de arte contemporáneo. Ventiladores de techo se han instalado en las habitaciones y comedor. La unidad # 305 tiene capacidad para 6 personas con una cama king, TV de 32 'en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados TV de 18' y un sofá cama en la sala de estar con TV de 48 '. Las habitaciones y la sala de estar están equipadas con TV de pantalla plana / DVD. La unidad es para no fumadores. La cocina se actualiza con nuevos gabinetes, mostradores, plomería y lámparas. Great, affordable place to stay on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised. The only downfall of this location is it’s not within walking distance to anything other than the beach. No problem if you’ve got a car, but if you want to experience anything else that Destin has to offer, you will need to drive.

Great place!!

Overall great place and great stay! We love that it was gated and a great area in general. No issues with our rooms or the hotel. Everyone was friendly and easy to get along with! Will be back next time!

Beach Family Vacation

The property manager was more than helpful. The condo was clean and spotless. The check in process ran smoothly. Just a short small walk to the beach. Overall we had a very nice vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his condo.

Lovely

The location of this condo is great with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is spacious and clean, and I appreciate the luggage carriers and shopping carts…makes it easy to bring things to the 3rd floor via elevator. Best of all was the beach service provided by Alan. So friendly and great service! Hope to be back soon

Making memories

This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this unit and once again it did not disappoint! What was an even greater blessing was that our son, his wife and our Grand-daughter, who was just under two were able to stay part of the time. It was her first time to the Ocean and the memories we made with them will be treasured forever! ;)

We love the location and the family feel you get at this property. The only complaint we had this year was that the pickle ball courts were under construction (due to open 3/16) and did not actually open for the kids to play until 3/21. That is one of the highlights for the kids, so this was a big disappointment for them.

The unit was nicely decorated, great ocean view, and had all of the amenities. We also love the two nice swimming pools. The Islander is close to McGuire's Irish Pub , AJ's, and lots of good food. Our overall stay was great, but the King master bedroom mattress was a extremely firm, would suggest a mattress topper to soften it. We do love the Islander, nice and quiet, and very friendly staff. We love the location and will be back.
