Este condominio de vacaciones frente a la playa se encuentra en Destin Florida a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. Alquiler de condominio # 702 tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados, y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Alfombra en toda la unidad. Destin's Beach está a pocos pasos con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores..

Beautiful. Staff is kind. Beach was clean and beautiful. Unit was clean and everything was in good working order. The only exception is the king bed was like sleeping on a brick.

Great Location and friendly staff

Overall, i highly recommend this unit and property. The kids really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The walk to the beach is short and we are really thinking to come back every year (to make it as a family tradition).

Great Place

We have been staying at The Islander for the past 10 year and really love everything about it. This was the first time staying in this unit and everything was like it should be. The view we had from the unit was great!!! We had everything we needed to cook up a meal and the location is great.

Amazing view

The view is amazing! We were able to watch dolphins play in the gulf while we enjoyed our coffee. The proximity to the beach and the two heated pools onsite were great, too. The reception desk staff at The Islander were friendly and helpful. The decor is a little dated and there was a musty smell to the unit but other than that it was clean and had everything we needed.

The condo was fine, its a little dated and the carpet really needs to be replaced with sometype of hard flooring. The elevators were concerning, they kept breaking down and dropping a few inches here and there. My kids were afraid they were going to get stuck in them, so we took the stairs most of the time. All in all a great time, but a few things resort should work on.

We had no complaints after staying here and if we ever need to stay somewhere other than my aunts we will definitely consider the islander first. Next time we will try to stay closer to elevator so the walk is a little shorter. Enjoyed the ocean view at all times of day.

Relaxing before Christmas

Had a great view of the beach and gulf waters. This the 4th time we have stayed in this unit and will probably do so on our next visit. It is starting to show its age though. The carpet could use a good cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by the property. Everything was clean and well kept. Proximity to the beach was great. The unit was quiet and had a great view of the ocean as you walk into the living area. We tend to cook for ourselves while on vacation so I may be a little critical of the items needed to cook easily. The unit could use a few more frying pans and small cereal bowls. We had a little trouble initially operating the dishwasher since there was not an owner's manual that we could find in the stack of other manuals in the kitchen. Overall we loved the rental and would stay again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: Estoy muy descontento de las condiciones del departamento , puertas de closet rotas , puertas desconchadas de los dormitorios y base de los colchones sucios. Tampoco es conveniente que un departamento de playa tenga alfombra , incluso las sábanas que proporcionó estaban rotas y muy viejas al igual que las camas la verdad en esta unidad no me volvería a quedar , y tan fácil que sería remodelar las instalaciones ya que en el mismo condominio hay otras instalaciones renovadas y con el mismo precio

Could be Better

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed by the size of the beach. There were a lot of people crowded into one area. Also, there isn't a rule about fishing, so 2 of the days there was no place to swim in front of our beach due to a few men who had fishing poles set up until 3pm. Setting morning fishing hours would solve this. Also, on the listing it wasn't obvious that our unit didn't have a washer and dryer. No fun spending your vacation time in the shared laundry room. The review for unit 702 stated the beds were horrible back in 2021. We figured that would have been dealt with, but the bed in the master suite was terrible. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts. The staff was amazing! They were always helpful and easy going. Towel service was a nice amenity too. The location is very nice.

Also the valance over the sliding glass window just came out of the wall while I was sitting in chair underneath it . When I told front desk they never even asked if I was ok.. I did have a headache my last two days after it hit me on head.
