¡Nos encantaría que disfrutaras de nuestra casa de nueva construcción (terminada en febrero de 2017) de 3 habitaciones, 3 baños, casa de playa ubicada en la comunidad cerrada de Pacific City de Kiwanda Shores! Esta casa de nueva construcción está a solo 4 minutos a pie y a dos cuadras de un largo tramo de hermosas playas de arena listas para explorar. La casa tiene capacidad para 10 adultos u 11 si hay niños.

El nivel principal de vida incluye un gran plano de planta abierto. El salón cuenta con una chimenea de propano, grandes techos seccionados y abovedados, todos abiertos al comedor y la cocina. Encontrará un ambiente acogedor y relajante mientras mira su programa o película favorita en el televisor curvo de 65 ". El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, vestidor y baño privado en suite. Además, encontrará dos habitaciones dobles, un baño completo y una sala de lavandería. En esos agradables días de verano, relájese en la terraza de atrás mientras la cena se cocina en la gran parrilla de acero inoxidable. Los acabados de alta gama incluyen encimeras de granito, pisos cerámicos y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Arriba, encontrará una habitación tipo loft de gran tamaño y baño privado de tamaño completo. Loft cuenta con una cama matrimonial, una cama individual y un sofá cama Queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. Esto proporciona un gran espacio para que los niños pasen el rato y vean una película de nuestra colección o Netflix o jueguen videojuegos en Xbox 1s o Wii.

Además, disfruta del futbolín o un juego de billar en el garaje. Los juguetes de playa y algunas sillas están disponibles para sus excursiones y hogueras en la playa. También hemos proporcionado un cochecito para correr BOB para los más pequeños. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de la playa, el Pub Pelican Brew, las cafeterías y el mercado Kiwanda. ¡Esperamos que disfrute su estadía en Sandpiper Escape!

Fabulous

Everything was great. Kitchen had every pot, pot, airfryer, all equipment you could want. Beds were totally comfortable. Game room was great. 2 blocks to the beach.Would go back tomorrow if we could.

Beautiful house on the coast!

We all gathered to memorialize my mom who passed last July. The house was in such a great location, beautifully furnished and perfect for the 7 of us! I couldn't have asked for a better place to come together! Loved that the beach access was close and it was a short walk to the Pelican brewery where my daughter was married last October. All in all it couldn't have been any better. Definitely worth every penny.

Great stay. Very clean. Fun house. 14 and 11 year olds loved the pool table and video games. Easy walk to beach. Would definitely rent again next time in Pacific City.

Great house for families with kids

Kids (and us) enjoyed the game room, upstairs loft with video games/movies, and the big table for puzzles and poker :) The layout was nice as there weren’t very many stairs and everyone was close by but had their own spaces. The only negative I had was no door on the kids loft (where they slept) so if we were watching a movie downstairs, volume had to be kept low. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a treat! Wii remotes needed batteries (we went and bought some - didn’t see the ones in the laundry room til we were cleaning up). DVD player remotes didn’t work great (probably need new batteries). There is a huge closet of games and puzzles and diploma, which was fun. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds/pillows. We pulled the chaise lounge from the bedroom out into the living room for additional seating.

Perfect home

Great stay in Kiwanda Shores

Great floor plan in exceptionally clean house steps from the beach. Easily accommodated our group for a Dory Boat excursion out of Pacific City. House had everything we needed and hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this property.

Long weekend in Pacific City

We had a great time in Pacific City and this house was perfect. The open kitchen, dining & family room were perfect for keeping everyone around each other, but allowing everyone to spread out. The garage should be called the fun room. We had fun playing pool and foosball, and my nephew loved the gaming console - almost too many games for him to choose from. We also loved that the house is a very short walk from the beach access.

Great Home for Adults and Older Kids

This is a wonderful home. The owners have thought of everything to make a visitor's stay delightful. I was very impressed by their forethought about what a visitor might need. The kitchen is stocked with everything in terms of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, and other utensils that you might need during your stay, for both adults and kids of all ages. The furnishings are very nice, complete, and comfortable. The "game" garage and 2nd floor game room were great for our older kids (ages 8, 10, 13, and 15). Fun for the adults too! The only thing that could make this rental better is to put it right on the beach, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. This is one of the best houses I have ever rented through VRBO!

Nice place to stay

Four old friends gathered for a reunion ... we had a great time! Property is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table in the garage. Would stay there again.

Perfect for our family

We celebrated a birthday with a 2-night stay with various family members. The family with the little kids had the loft upstairs, which offered privacy and space. The in-laws appreciated the garage full of entertainment and fun. The beach wasn’t a far walk and was beautiful. This was perfect for what we needed! Thank you!

Wonderful home

The home was lovely. lots of room and things to do. quick walk to the beach. we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived! The host were responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet.Very lovely! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast. Our son loved using the video game systems and beating his grandparents at air hockey.

Pacific City Family Vacay

Great house set up for many guests perfect for family to get together. Loved that the kiddos had their own space upstairs. Having three full baths was also nice so everyone had their own. It rained while we were there but there was plenty to keep entertained with the games in the garage and the game closet. Short walk to the beach was nice, close-ish to town. The house overall was kept nice unfortunately the house keepers missed quite a few areas of the home but would overall stay again.

Fantastic location and house!

The house was clean, the location was great, and we had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with. The garage/game room was a hit with everyone as well. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The location of the house was perfect. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Driving into town was less than 5 minutes which was nice when we wanted to grab something quickly. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you so much!

It was always a dream of the grandparents to own a beach home and it's become a special place for them to gather together as a family. We love this home and have created some great memories on this beach. We are excited to share this special place on the Oregon coast with you and hope you enjoy it at much as we do!

Sandpiper Escape is a perfect home to enjoy all that Pacific City and the surrounding community has to offer! This home works especially well for multi-generational groups, as most of the bedrooms are on the main level. There are activities for people of all ages to enjoy at the home and it's only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. This home is located in the quiet, gated community of Kiwanda Shores.
