Casa nueva con 2 master suites idénticos nivel superior, cada una con camas de matrimonio con vistas al océano, y baños privados, incluyendo a pie -en duchas con suelos de cantos rodados y mostradores de granito. Uno tiene lcd TV. La planta principal tiene amplias millas de visualización de cristal de la playa y el océano, una sección 17foot de vidrio pliegues abierto a una gran terraza parcialmente cubierta en los días templados. Pisos de concreto negro pulido contrastan con madera de abeto natural y muebles de cuero. Relájese disfrutando de la vista mientras se calienta por la chimenea de gas. La planta baja tiene un gran televisor LCD con servicio de cable de alta definición en la sala de estar flanqueado por 2 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, vistas al mar y baños. Fuera de la sala de la familia es una gran cubierta con una parrilla de gas, sillas y una bañera de hidromasaje 7person. Relajarse en la bañera y disfrutar de las vistas del océano y los sonidos. El garaje tiene una mesa de ping-pong mesa de juego y también grandes ventanales hacia el sur hasta la vista al mar. Wifi disponible.

We had a family get together with our adult children and their plus ones and we all enjoyed the house very much. The hosts were very kind and responsive and were so quick to work through a few hiccups during our stay. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the city and the sun set over the haystack rock at Cape Kiwanda, magical. The entire house is tastefully and thoughtfully designed and decorated, beyond what we imagined. We created many wonderful memories here during our trip. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful House, Great Location

Spent Thanksgiving week at this house. It was perfect for our 3 families. All the adults had bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and the pull out sectionals in the downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids. Easy walking to the beach the Pelican and the coffee shop. Well stocked with everything we needed to make a big dinner. Would highly recommend.

The best house

We had such an amazing time in this better than expected house. I love the 3 floors with bedroom on 2 and the living/kitchen on the middle floor. We lived the hot tub and proximity to the beach. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Phenomenon views. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of flatware for a large group. Appliances worked great. We had a wonderful stay and are planning to go back.

A very nice home with a terrific view

We had a family get together at this home in Pacific City. It was important to have an ocean view. This home is wonderful with a large deck and terrific ocean view. It's an easy walk to the beach, local coffee shop and restaurants. The bedrooms were well set up and had comfortable beds. We did have some trouble checking in as we didn’t get the email from VRBO that the hosts expected us to receive. The check in/out key was located on a rusty propane tank and I couldn’t get the lock box to work. Luckly when we arrived the cleaning person was still at the property, so we only had a challenge when checking out. The hot tub was nice with ocean view. The outdoor shower hadn’t been turned on. The host gave directions which we followed to get the shower working. All in all we had a nice stay with a wonderful view. The home was very comfortable.

Amazing view and location!!! Would love to stay again.

This was an amazing house with one of the best views in Pacific City. Our families all want to rebook next year. A few recommendations: - Update the pictures of the house. The current pics really don't do it justice. - include garbage bags and dishwasher cleaning tabs. We had to go to the store for these items. Tom said that the cleaning person was suppose to leave these for us, but must have forgot. - Could have been better cleaned more thoroughly. The cleaning lady was still there when we arrived at check in and mentioned the original cleaner didn't show up and she got there last minute. She did leave us some sweet tea and was very nice. - the lock box didn't work for us, but thankfully the cleaner was onsite at check in to let us in and there was a spare key inside the house. Again Tom mentioned another spare key we could have use, so this was a non issue for us.

Quick family wedding weekend

Great location with stunning views. Microwave was not working but the owner did not know. It was not a big deal. We were there for our son's wedding at the Pelican and were very busy anyway so minimal cooking. One suggestion-- a patio heater to enjoy the outdoors more in the evening. Comfortable stay.

Lovely Home

The house itself is lovely and the views cannot be beat. The instructions to enter were clear and the amenities were adequate. The ping pong table was a nice touch. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub so cannot comment on it. It is a quick and easy walk down to the beach and shops. (Uphill going back but no one from our group had any trouble). There was a hiccup with the cleaning services in which case communication was made to the owners immediately and a resolution was found. Overall, would recommend for a large group and the location is amazing.

Beautiful Pacific City Home

The pictures online don't do this house justice. Not that they're poor quality, but it is truly a lot nicer and the view is much better than you can capture in pictures. We had 4 adults and 5 children at the house. It was the perfect size for our getaway.

Privacy with a view

This wonderful spot was perfect for our ladies getaway! We loved the gorgeous home which had everything we needed to manage our meals. Ample amount of bathrooms and wonderful spots to relax. We loved the sliding glass doors so that we could bring the outdoors inside and enjoy the view. Tim was very responsive as a host and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Pictures do not do it justice!

The second we walked in, we were stunned by the spectacular view of the Oregon coast and Kiwanda beach. The home was much more impressive and spacious than the photos show. The floor plan was open with views from every room, and plenty of seating. The three floors gave us plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out and have their own privacy, This was not your typical rental property, as it had many upscale touches and design features like polished concrete floors and quartzite counters. The location was fantastic: easy walk to coffee, bakery, brewery and beach. Overall we had a terrific time and would definitely come back again.

Pacific Getaway

The house and location were great, up on a bluff overlooking the town and with great ocean views through abundant full length windows. The four bedrooms are well appointed and each room had either an en suite or dedicated bathroom, so it worked great for 6 adults. The main living area worked great for meals and having and we had fun playing ping pong in the garage. Would absolutely stay here again. The only friendly feedback I have is that getting the key and putting it back was challenging. Thank you so much to the hosts for allowing us a fantastic family vacation in your home!

This home faces south looking over miles of beach, is easy walking distance to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub, Dorryland Pizza, a deli, a swimming pool, and a coffee shop. Surfing is good just down from our house and the neighborhood is quiet and private.
