¡¡¡GUAU!!! CASA A ESTRENAR !!!! Nuestra casa de playa fue construida a la medida en julio de 2017 con todos los colores modernos, azulejos, granito y decoración. Esta ubicación es increíble, a pocos pasos del golfo, en una calle tranquila, y lo suficientemente cerca de la vida nocturna de la playa de Pensacola. Esta vista del Golfo es increíble, hay que verla para creerla. Las cubiertas dobles envolventes dan al Golfo, perfectas para el café de la mañana, los cócteles de la tarde o para disfrutar de las olas por la noche. Sea-Gall Villa tiene 2,850 pies cuadrados de espacio, lo cual es perfecto para que compartan varias familias, tiene 6 BRs (3 Master BRs), 4. 5 BA con patio privado, piscina, parrilla de gas ubicada en la playa de Pensacola - una 40 millas Isla de la barrera en la costa del golfo, conocida por su arena blanca prístina y también el hogar de los famosos ángeles azul marino de los Estados Unidos. Esta nueva casa ofrece una decoración elegante y moderna, cómodas habitaciones e increíbles vistas al mar y al sonido desde ambos balcones. Esta casa tiene capacidad para 17 personas con un amplio porche cubierto en ambos niveles. El SEGUNDO NIVEL tiene un plano de planta abierto con una cocina de chef totalmente equipada para tus vacaciones en el Golfo. La cocina cuenta con una moderna encimera de granito y una gran isla con capacidad para 6 personas, el comedor tiene una mesa extra grande en la granja, con capacidad para 12 personas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 2 refrigeradores con dispensadores de hielo, lavaplatos, y la sala familiar tiene 65 "Smart TV, Sofá seccional de cuero nuevo. Disfrute de la noche, encienda la parrilla y relájese en nuestro gran patio privado con sombra y en la GRAN piscina privada con ducha de agua fría / caliente al aire libre. Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca del paseo marítimo de la playa de Pensacola, famosa por sus tiendas, restaurantes, paseos y la vida nocturna de la playa de Pensacola.

No se permite acampar, no fumar, no mascotas, no hay vehículos recreativos, bote pequeño

La edad mínima es de 25 años o más para alquilar y ocupar todo el período.

La ocupación nocturna se limita a 17 personas, cualquier grupo de más de 17 años será desalojado y se perderá el depósito de seguridad de los huéspedes.

The house was as advertised and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive to a couple minor issues and everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. The only thing I would note is that the outdoor shower was cold water only and was probably due to the cooler time of year (April).

Family Beach Vacation

House provided a great stay for 8 adults, 8 children ranging in ages from 1 year to 11 years old. We loved the pool area. It is below the house and difficult for the non swimmers to get in the gate. The pool was large for a vrbo and had a shaded area as well.

Location is ideal. Restaurants and playground within walking distance and beach across the street. Heated pool was clutch as well, with large driveway for Pickleball and Bags.

Amazing Getaway

This property is beautiful! The floor plan is great for a large group (we were a group of 10 women) with ample gathering space and plenty of room to find quiet space. Lots of bathrooms which was also a huge plus! Be prepared for lots of stairs!

Christmas Vacation

Sea-Gall Villa was the perfect place to stay with our large group.The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and only a few steps to the beach. Kim the owner was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us. She even brought over beach towels for everyone to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Kim was a wonderful host. She answered the questions we had and got back to us very quickly. She also ensured we had additional beach towels. There was new construction going on with a house being completed directly across from us but it was not bad at all. We were across the street from the beach and had a clean private pool which my family enjoyed. The house was very clean and enough king beds and queen beds for the married couples that went. The kids also enjoyed their bunks.

Perfect beach house for family!

Our group of 13 had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful and spacious. The owner, Kim, is fantastic and so easy to communicate with. The house is in a perfect location right across from the beach & close to restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Overall everything was great. Be advised though the house has lots of stairs. Traveling with infants made it pretty challenging. Beach equipment can use some updating. The host Kim was pretty awesome.

Property was fun, close to a most beautiful beach (no life guards), warm and clear water which was not rough, roomy enough for my entire family (4 families), close to restaurants and beach style dining (not formal), great pool for after beach swimming, quiet neighborhood.

Great house for extended family

Sea Gall was in great condition and plenty of room for three generations. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, activities and a nice sized pool. Al of the stairs would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Love this house!

Our family had an incredible vacation while staying at Sea-Gall Villa. The owner made check in procedures simple, and we even got in earlier than anticipated. The kitchen was fully stocked for grilling and dinners. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for the 12 of us, and the views and short walk to the beach were perfect. We loved this house so much I have already booked it for our 2023 vacation!

Outstanding stay!!

My family (and extended) stayed at the Sea-Gall Villa last week and could not have been more pleased. The house is absolutely gorgeous and meticulously well-kept. The owners were quick to respond to any issues (there were very little) and also checked in each day via text to make sure all was well. The view cannot be beat and being steps from beach access was such a treat. I have vacationed in the panhandle 6 times now and this was by far my best experience. Pensacola Beach is incredibly clean and beautiful and staying in accommodations this stellar, puts it above and beyond. Thanks, Kim!!

GREAT BEACH HOUSE!

The beach house is new and the location is perfect! The owner, Kim and her family are great and a lot of help with planning our family vacation. This was my first time renting a beach house and I would highly recommend this over a condo any day. The private pool is large and the kids really enjoyed it. Staying at a beach house without a pool is not an option with children who love to swim. The privacy, location, pool and the house being new is well worth the money. I will be renting this house again for our next family beach trip.

Wonderful Beach home in Pensacola Beach

Kim was wonderful to work with! She was always quick to answer questions and very accommodating. The property is beautiful! We had seven adults and six children ages 3-10. The pool was great! The beach and gulf were fabulous!! The house had everything we needed! We brought paper goods and detergent for washing. The views of the Blue Angels from our balconies were spectacular!!! Would recommend this property to anyone needing space!!

Upon arrival to this property we immediately saw a huge CRANE in the middle of my picture window view of the ocean.., apparently construction had been underway for 3 weeks or so… When I called to speak with the property manager she was understanding and gave us the option to move the next day..

Kay called me at 7:30 PM after checking in, upset because she saw a crane in front of another property, obstructing her view. I listened patiently, apologized, and explained that I hadn’t been aware of the crane, as it hadn’t been there during the last cleaning. I took immediate action and arranged to move her from a Gulf View property to a Gulf Front property by 10 AM the next morning. Kay and her partner moved in, and she let me know she was very happy with the new accommodation and that they were having a good time. I followed up mid-stay, and her feedback remained positive. She thanked me again for accommodating her. Given my efforts, I was surprised to see a 1-star rating with a headline of "terrible." I had done everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Kay’s review didn’t mention that I had also refunded 28% of the rental and provided complimentary beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. After her review was published on VRBO, I spoke to Kay, and she agreed the rating didn’t reflect her experience and intended to adjust it. Since our inception, all reviews have been 5 stars, so I feel this rating is unfair. While I understand it might not merit 5 stars, I believe it certainly deserves more than 1.

My Happy Place

We have been daytripping in PB for 40+ years but spending a week here with adult children, spouses and grandkids was a “bucket list” trip for me. The house was perfectly arranged…bedrooms, bathrooms, multiple entries for private access to rooms or porches, extra pantry and refrigerator space for all the food we brought, and plenty of room to spread out in the main floor living area. Having the pool was perfect and there was a storage area with all the beach accessories you could need…chairs, umbrellas, toys, skim boards, etc. The best part tho was the location. With an unobstructed view of the gulf, and a walk across the road to the beach, we could not have found a more convenient or relaxing place that accommodated our family from ages 1-71. Kim was an excellent hostess and quick responder to any of our questions. I can’t think of anything we needed that she didn’t provide including box fans in the closets, baby gates for the stairs, beach towels in the laundry room, and even two types of coffee makers in the kitchen. If I could suggest anything to add, it would be more flashlights for chasing ghosts crabs on the beach after dark and binoculars for spotting dolphins. I would like to keep this piece of PB for myself, but also want others to enjoy it as much as I have. Be sure to take time to visit Ft Pickens; buy yourself some crab nets, tie in some raw bacon or chicken and catch yourself some crabs off the fishing pier out there. So fun!!! Enjoy!!!

House has ample room for large families with bedrooms on multiple levels and a well stocked kitchen for cooking and feeding a large group. Having two refrigerators was very handy. Beach access was very close making a day at the beach or just a walk on the beach quick and easy. Having a private pool down a few flights of stairs was the icing on the cake. Quick response time by the owner on questions before, during and after our stay was greatly appreciated.Located in a quieter off the Main Street, but still close enough to make accessing restaurants, stores and entertainment quick.

An Adventure

This proof has an amazing view! Although we stayed after the historic hurricane and the winds made it cooler than usual, Kim heated the pool for a couple of nice days which the kids loved. Walking this beautiful beach, playing games furnished by the owner, visiting the zoo, and exploring the island made this stay memorable. A great place for multiple families.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our experience at Sea Gall was perfect. Everything detail and listed was provided. Location was perfect, a 10 second walk to the main Pensacola Beach. Pool was clean and heated. Property was very well maintained. Countless beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool accessories. Any question was timely addressed by the property owner. We would highly recommend the location for anyone looking for a property to rent in the area.

Fabulous house!

The house is even better than the pictures! The location is awesome to the beach, just walk across the road and there you are. The house is spotless clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfy and the furniture in the whole house is very nice. The pool is such a bonus with kids because they never get tired of the sun Kim was a great hostess. I could go on and on about how great this place is. Book it, you will not regret it. We have stayed in 50+ homes all over the world and this ranks as one of the best! We will be booking again!
