Esta encantadora casa se encuentra directamente en el Golfo de México. Su gran tamaño de lote y su posición en el giro de la carretera le dan la sensación de ser la única casa en la cuadra. Ligero y luminoso, ofrece seis dormitorios y cuatro baños completos repartidos en 2.921 ', con capacidad para hasta 12 personas.

600 Ariola Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Los escalones delanteros conducen a una hermosa entrada, pisos de madera y planos de planta abiertos. La espaciosa cocina está bien diseñada con una gran isla de preparación y máquina de hielo. La sala de estar / comedor es generosa y cómoda, con capacidad para 10 personas. Una sala de sol con más asientos y un segundo televisor de pantalla plana tiene puertas dobles que se abren al primer dormitorio. Esta habitación tiene un rey y tiene su propio baño. En el pasillo está el segundo baño con un gran tocador. Este baño cuenta con el dormitorio 2 que tiene una cama queen. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera con una doble en la parte superior y una cama doble en la parte inferior. El dormitorio 4 tiene dos camas queen y comparte y el baño Jack-and-Jill con el dormitorio 3. Las habitaciones 5 y 6 tienen una cama queen, también un baño Jack-and-Jill, y ofrecen hermosas vistas desde la cubierta lateral del Golfo. Esta cubierta cubierta se extiende a lo largo de la casa y tiene muchas mesas y sillas para relajarse.

This home is in an unbeatable location with ocean views from nearly every room. It was wonderfully spacious and ideal for large groups. The only drawback was a noticeable mildew odor, which we managed by keeping a few windows open to let fresh air circulate throughout our stay.

Perfect family house!

Our family had a wonderful week in Pensacola! The house was laid out well with bedrooms and bathrooms for infant to teenage cousins and adults. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the we loved the outdoor storage for our chairs, umbrellas and toys. Quick easy beach access too! Hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful Fourth of July family vacation at this beachfront home! The location is truly hard to beat. Being directly on the beach and enjoying the spectacular views from the front porch made for an unforgettable week.The home is very spacious and was perfect for our family to gather together. We especially appreciated the large dining table where everyone could enjoy meals together, the huge downstairs area, and the ice machine, which was a favorite with everyone.We also want to recognize Paradise Beach Rentals for providing outstanding customer service. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Their team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because, for the premium holiday price point, we felt a few areas could use some extra attention. That said, every family has different expectations, and overall, we had a very nice stay.We created wonderful family memories here and are grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful beachfront location. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are amazing and the location is so close to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 14. Great enclosure underneath to keep all of our beach gear for the week. Only a few things needed: more cooking utensils in the kitchen, need to bring own spices (maybe add this to the list of not provided), stairs and railings need some attention for safety reasons, door locks with a passcode would be more convenient than actual keys.

2024 Family Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this house. We have been return guests for 5 years and are already booking for next year. Whenever we have had an issue, very prompt attention has ben paid so as to not interrupt our stay.Everything is great about this house except the grill, oh how I wish a new grill would be purchased. There are no bowls and over the years the larger serving platters have gone. We recognize the knives we have purchased and left over the years as well as other kitchen utensils, but a new blender will be needed soon. Small suggestions of an otherwise perfect house.

And then BRBo doesn’t send the $ it collects to Paradise quickly to hold the spot. Thank goodness for Paradise checking my age or we would not know and lost the reservation even after putting up a credit card depositThe only recommendation would be some type of shelf or pantry. Every cabinet had things in it so we had to rearrange things when we got there in order to not have food on the counter (a lot of food for 12 people)

Unfortunately, a lot of people are not aware that you can rent the same properties using local rental companies rather than using VRBO as a go-between. VRBO charges those extra high fees just for using their website and they are exorbitant! We have tried to let our guests know to just book directly through us to save them a lot of money but we can't reach everyone. And unfortunately, we have to still use VRBO to get to the guests that don't know how to find us. We're SO glad to hear that you know about this now though. We appreciate your feedback as well and I will send this review to the Owner Relations Manager to discuss with the owner. I think a pantry would definitely be helpful as well. Our stay was great! Family said, “If we’re going to do the beach, this is how we want to do it!”

The location of the home and its proximity to the beach was perfect!! The size was just right for our family. Several family members commented after staying here they will never stay in a beach condo again. The house was extremely well stocked, and we loved all the available parking space! However, I have two areas for improvement: the stair railing on the west side of the balcony as well as that on the front entrance to the home is not sturdy and is in desperate need of repair. It really is a safety hazard. Also, there was a huge dark spot on the bottom right of the main television screen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

We split the family between two houses and this is where the older generation stayed. It was right on the water so perfect to enjoy the beach. It hasn't been updated but it was fine for a couple of days. Not great for just couples but great for several families.

Bad Weather

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property. I had to call to get the two slow draining bathtubs serviced, the noisy icemaker compressor serviced and the toilet in the master bath needed fixed to the floor. All items were handled expeditiously. Nothing I can do about tropical storm for the first half of the week. No regrets!
