¡Condominio COMPLETAMENTE RENOVADO con el encanto moderno de la playa para que disfrutes de la temporada 2019!
UBICACIÓN UBICACIÓN UBICACIÓN! Increíble unidad de esquina con vista directa al mar, con amplias vistas y amplio balcón frente al mar. Condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, convenientemente ubicado en el centro de OC y cerca de docenas de otros favoritos locales y atracciones de la playa. Viene con 1 estacionamiento cubierto. Lavadora / secadora apilada en condominio. Disfrute de la cocina, baños, área común y habitaciones completamente renovadas. Hay dos duchas exteriores para enjuagar para los huéspedes del complejo. Soy un socio principal con VRBO. También tengo otras hermosas propiedades frente al mar en el paseo marítimo y en este edificio si los días que deseas no están disponibles. Por favor corta y pega los enlaces de abajo.

Check in and check out were very easy. Keyless entry is a great option. Liked that the beds were made when we arrived and towels were provided. However, sheets and towels could use a refresh…you may prefer bringing your own. The location was great. Nice beach location with plenty of room, umbrella rentals and not over crowded. No direct access to beach from deck area so had to lug sandy items through the condo. AC wasn’t great during our stay. They were prompt in coming to address AC issues but it never cooled down below 75 with AC. The condo was surface clean but could use a good deep cleaning. The corners were filled with dust and sand, the ceiling fans were dusty and shower curtain was thin and ripped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I probably would not rent this condo again.

Loved the place

Great property we did some extra cleaning. Just because that’s us. Cleaned dirt and bugs from lights in bathrooms, cleaned scuff marks on some walls,Hosed off screen door washed windows. Looked like there was a missing hand towel holder in the master. I bought one and installed it. Bought a dish rack and dry towel for the kitchen both as gifts for the house. Because i really loved the place and always try to leave a place that the owner obviously cares about a little better. I have been coming down to oc for about thirty years on and off. But this condo was one of my favorites.

Great View! Needs some upgrades

This property is small but just enough for a family of 4 for a short stay. The place was clean and had a great beachfront view. The shower is extremely small in the first bathroom, large enough for a child. I have some recommendations for this property that would have raised my rating to 5 stars, see below.New Outdoor furniture Add a Small outdoor table and chairs to the balconyAdd a Screen sliding door to the balcony opening Too many remote controls for one tvNew shower curtain rod and curtains in master bathroom it is very flimsy New curtains in both bedroomsClean the fans in both bedrooms they were very dirty The top twin bunk squeaks every time you move very annoying when your little one is trying to sleepNew living room couch, and rug, looks very old and worn need to be replaced If the items above are added and/or corrected this property would be a 9 rating. Without these additions it is a 6.

Location Perfection

Our Mid-August stay in this condo was superb. Fresh smell upon entry and everything was clean. Parking spot for this unit is very convenient. Couldn’t have been closer to the beach, just steps away from plopping down our chairs and enjoying the waves and sand between our toes. Didn’t feel crowded in this area at all (Late week stay with departure on Saturday). If we venture this way again we hope this one will be available.

Good location

The property is as described. Living room sofa was a perfect spot to watch for dolphins and other life. With the weather being bad for our stay we loved it. Saw a dolphin and a fox! However, the cleaning of floor in living room left a lot to be desired. There was sand on the floor and under the throw rug. The throw rug needed to be turned because there was a corner that was a trip hazard. Patio door glass really needed to be cleaned and the framing around it too! The 2nd shower is so small it was difficult to rinse and not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo for anyone with thick hair. It would be better if it had a wand and an adjustable head to help increase pressure of water.

The most beautiful OCEANFRONT CONDO I have ever stayed at!!! This place is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated! Communication with Host/Staff was incredible. This is a great place for adults as well as families with small children. Been coming to Ocean City since I was child. Now in my 50’s, this is my new favorite place to stay, hands down. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic views

We were a group of 3 ladies, 2 sisters who's father passed away early this year, and myself who buried a son in August. We wanted to get away and relax and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It was a refreshing time for all of us. The weather was unseasonably pleasant for late Oct, we watched the dolphins each morning, and enjoyed multiple sightings of a fox in the area. The view from the unit, balcony and bedrooms was amazing! The kitchen was adequately appointed and the living area and bedrooms were comfortably furnished as well. It was obviously routinely cleaned, but could use a deep cleaning. I must add that as a whole the place was free of sand. If one would change anything, it would be to replace some blankets as one had big holes in it, and to be sure the one toilet is firmly anchored to the floor as it rocked when in use. We took our own bath linens after reading the reviews previously posted, so I didn't really examine what was provided. All in all we had a wonderful time. The property manager/ host was a pleasure to relate to, and stated that the toilet issue would be taken care of upon our vacating the unit.

Perfect for us.

We came to OC to celebrate our anniversary. We are both over 75 yrs of age and have some health issues so this is probably our last trip to see the ocean. This unit was the right size for us. The living room with the balcony looking out on the ocean was great. We got up early to watch the sunrises. Unit was clean and it was as described in online ad. The location was very good as it was close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay.

Excellent location

The property is in an excellent location and has some very nice finishes but could use some love. A deep cleaning for one thing. Ceiling fans were filthy and closets were so piled w linen that you couldn’t hang much. The screen door is busted so we couldn’t use it. The tv in the second bedroom does not work. Overall it was worth what we paid. Thank you

This place has the best view! You can see so far down the beach both ways and the dolphins were spotted every day! The location was great and we all agreed we'd be back for another trip here!

Overall an alright stay

The condo smelled clean like bleach and there was no sand on the floor of the unit. There was sand on the balcony along with chocolate fingerprints on the thermostat and the blender. There was also hair and left over soap residue from the guests that were there previously. There also weren’t any wash cloths. We went to roses to get some, gave them a good wash, and left them behind for the next guests to use. All in all, it wasn’t horrible, but if I have to clean on vacation instead of relaxing, it’s not the best sign.

Could not be happier!!!

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, minutes from everything OCM has to offer! The property check-in was a breeze. The communication with the property management was excellent. That view, that view, that view! Every morning a beautiful sunrise and awesome large balcony with space for four grown men to chill. I would definitely book again. Nicely renovated and adequately appointed.

This was the perfect unit for our family of 4. Our host’s contact, Bob at OC Beachfront Rentals could NOT have been more perfect. Any question I had, was answered in minutes regardless of when I sent it. When I needed an item, it was on the doorstep within 20 minutes. When I gave feedback on how things in the unit might be tweaked, he was receptive to my suggestions. We were so very, very pleased. Can’t wait to get back!!!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
