Had a great holiday, was incredibly hot so having the canopy in the garden was essential. Beach 2 mins walk with amazing sunrise and sunsets, fresh oranges from the grove. Walk into town was hard work in the heat but no problem getting taxis when it was just too hot.

Comfortable and spacious villa, could do with a little maintenance to the walls and bit of an update but overall we had a very enjoyable holiday. Polis was very chilled while we were there, with lovely places to eat and drink, would definitely recommend.

All perfect!!! Liked that it was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. We also spent an amazing time at Agia Marina and Paphos as well. There were nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. We plan to come back.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent tavernas. We stayed in the Sun Beach Villa Tria which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the secluded location of Polis it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, tavernas, bars...The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-20 minute drive you are at Agia Marina and Pomos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...We would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

Great location, near to the beach. Just what we look for when searching to rent a villa, cozy, clean, and well decorated. Really comfortable and private. Villa had a spacious terrace and a nice pool. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends... Nice and friendly people in Polis. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Polis and Pomos and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again.

Chilled Villa in a relaxed spot. Recommend 4 guests only max. Pool needs updating.

Management company and owner are very nice and responsive. Main things anyone should consider are that the sofa bed downstairs is small and very uncomfortable. Also downstairs you get a fair few mosquitos so it's pretty tough to sleep as they fly round your ear or bite you waking you up. Would only recommend this for 4 people max to sleep in bedrooms upstairs. Pool desperately needs an update, it's very mouldy/dirty at one end (where the pictures taken from so you can't see it in pictures). But they could be easily fixed for next season I imagine. Worth staying for a relaxing time right by the sea.

The villa is well appointed and extremely clean. The kitchen has a very good selection of utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. The en-suite bedrooms are of a good size and have ample storage including in the bathrooms. WiFi was able to be picked up outside by the pool, a bonus for those wishing to stay in touch with the outside world. There is a good variety of seating areas outside, you can choose sun or shade easily. The villa is well-positioned, both for walking to the village for supermarkets, restaurants and other shops, and for walking to the beach. There is a large supermarket roughly 20 minutes walk away and a smaller mini-market closer by. The restaurants are many, providing an excellent range of food. The beach is best visited via the campsite which has a small snack bar and is also the start of a pleasant level walk to Latchi. The owners were very helpful and were quick to respond when we had a question, as were Agni Travel. We shall be booking again next year and would wholeheartedly recommend the villa as a base for a wonderful holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday at Sun Beach Villa Tria. The house and pool were really well-maintained and had everything we needed. The location was great. Within walking distance of Polis and Latchi. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool. We particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning from the oranges that we picked from the trees in the garden. I would highly recommend this house and the area.

Its the second time my husband and I have stayed in this villa. We absolutely love how close it is to the beach, that youre not overlooked by hundreds of other tourists, that the pool is a good size and not shared by others and how quiet the surrounding area is. The villa is clean and modern with excellent facilities for self catering such as a BBQ that we made use of on several evenings. The owner is friendly and popped over to check all was ok and gave us a lovely orange cake. The local supermarket (and town centre) for supplies is about 5 mins away by car but is walkable as long as you dont mind the heat. The villa is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

The garden is pretty and we loved the fresh oranges from the trees, it’s a lovely sunny spot to sit and the pool was fantastic! The villa is close to the shops and restaurants in Polis. We would definitely book again when we return to back to Cyprus!

This is a beautiful villa spacious and very comfortable. It was immaculately clean on arrival and had everything needed for a very relaxing holiday. The pool area is just stunning there is plenty of seating and a lovely area in the shade for relaxing. Both the bedroom have balconies lovely for a drink when the sun goes down. You can see and hear the sea which is so restful. The villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees - we drank fresh orange juice every day It is very private and not overlooked. The owner Yiannis and his parents were just so lovely Yiannis checked that everything was fine his father keeps the pool immaculate and his mother made us the most wonderful cake ever Really lovely genuine people. The local area is charming and there are several very good tavernas close by. Cannot praise the villa and the owners highly enough and we hope to return one day. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and just as described. It is better than expectations.

We had a wonderful time at the nice villa. The owner was very friendly even bringing us a huge homemade cake, we could pick oranges and guavas in the garden, our baby could play in the grass in the garden and on the beach that was only a few minutes walk away almost like paradise!
