Nice holiday villa

Really nice location and villa, accesible to town center, beach but a car is needed. The property is very comfortable but needs a bit of maintenance and attention to detail. Downstairs needs air conditioning as with only a fan and the usual temperatures in Cyprus during the summer period, it is very difficult to keep it cool. Easy check in and check out. Thank you

Lovely stay

Great location when you want a quiet getaway. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed old town of Polis and Latchi harbour. A visit to the blue lagoon is a must. The villa has all you need for a good holiday. Pool was kept clean every day. The bathrooms would benefit from a refurbishment. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. New sunbeds would improve the pool area. Overall it was a good stay

Holiday was great. Villa has everything you need sooooo comfortable bed and pillows bed linen fabulous towels brilliant. We stayed for 2 weeks the cleaner came our second week to change the bed and towels and to clean the villa . Hopefully coming back next year will have to start saving. We have stayed in all of the villas on this row wouldna€™t go anywhere else. Thank you for a fab holiday . Oh the owner left bottle of wine bottle of water and juice on our arrival and then came with a massive lemon drizzle cake still warm ( yummy ) where else would you get that .

Geen herhaling vatbaar :(

Bij aankomst hadden we helaas geen informatie ontvangen over hoe we de sleutel konden verkrijgen. Na enkele pogingen om contact op te nemen, belden we uiteindelijk het nummer dat aan de voorkant van het gebouw stond vermeld en kregen we de code toegestuurd. Onze eerste indruk van het huis viel erg tegen. Hoewel er airconditioning aanwezig was in de slaapkamer, was er in de woonkamer alleen een ventilator. Dit zorgde ervoor dat het 's avonds erg benauwd werd in de woonkamer. Bovendien was de wifi-verbinding zeer slecht, wat voor extra frustratie zorgde. Bij de ingang waren meerdere wespennesten, wat behoorlijk onaangenaam was. De locatie van het huis is afgelegen, maar gelukkig wel dichtbij het strand, wat een groot pluspunt is. De woning is omringd door sinaasappelbomen en een vijgenboom, wat een leuke en authentieke sfeer gaf. Helaas konden we 's avonds niet in de tuin zitten vanwege de vleermuizen die boven onze hoofden vlogen. Ook was er veel niet weggewerkte bedrading en schimmel op de muren, wat de algehele staat van de woning duidelijk deed verslechteren. Het nabijgelegen strand was een groot voordeel en het zwembad was heerlijk om in te ontspannen. Al met al biedt deze accommodatie een paar mooie natuurlijke elementen en een goede ligging ten opzichte van het strand, maar schiet het zwaar tekort in comfort en onderhoud. Wij zijn eerder vertrokken. Ter onze grootte teleurstelling.

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time there! The Sun Beach Villa and Polis were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 2 minutes walk away. The town is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 young children (5 and 7 yrs) and had a fabulous holiday at this villa. Beautiful villa with a private pool and terrace. The neighborhood is great and you can walk down to the sea. Perfect getaway if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We will definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a brilliant holiday at Sun Beach Villa. It is a lovely villa, spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need. We arrived late at night and Andreas had very kindly left us a bottle of wine, juice, and water. All we could hear were the waves and cicadas. Perfect. Andreas cleaned the pool early every morning. The location is great, easy to walk to the beach and into Polis. Our 5-year-old grandson loved it there too. It is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We will definitely stay here again.

Heruntergekommen und dringend sanierungsbedürftig

Wir haben das Haus (Villa No. 1) im Sommer 2021 für einige Tage gemietet. Als wir am Haus, zunächst nur im Garten, ankamen, waren wir entsetzt. Der Pool sah total veraltet und heruntergekommen aus , als ob er seit Jahren nicht mehr gestrichen worden wäre und hatte keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos. Überall blätterte die Farbe ab. Die Gartenmöbel sahen ebenfalls aus, also ob sie seit Jahren nicht ausgetauscht wurden und waren richtiggehend eklig. Von den schönen Liegen auf den Fotos keine Spur. Es standen 4 total verranzte, schäbige Liegen rum, auf die man sich definitiv nicht mal mit einem Handtuch drauf legen wollte. Der Garten ist nicht so wie auf den Bildern, er ist ungepflegt und dreckig. Der hintere Außenbereich - „Grillecke“ - war ebenfalls einfach nur widerlich und dreckig, so dass wir dort nicht mal einen Fuß hingesetzt haben. Müll und Unrat wurde einfach dahinter über den Zaun geworfen und lag dort. Das Haus innen ist klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei verschiedene Couchgarnituren einfach hintereinander. An jeder Ecke ist irgendwas kaputt oder total in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad ist irgendein Kasten mit Alufolie abgedeckt, bei der Lampe über dem Spiegel fehlt die halbe Abdeckung, in der Küche in einem Schrank schauen Elektrokabel raus, der Abfluss im oberen Bad ist total verrostet, der Kühlschrank ist alt. Die Bilder der Schlaf- und Badezimmer innen sind nicht in Villa 1 gemacht worden! Die Klimaanlage in einem der oberen Zimmer (unten gibt es keine) ging nur mäßig, hat aber funktioniert. Wäscheständer und Badetücher für den Pool, so wie man das aus vielen anderen Häusern kennt, gibt es nicht. Dass tlw. die Handtuchhalter aus der Wand ausgerissen sind, dass kein einziger Spültab vorhanden war oder dass die Badezimmertür ein Loch hatte, hat dann auch schon nichts mehr ausgemacht. Wir haben die Mängel direkt an Agni travel gemeldet, die uns mit jeder Mail nur an den Vermieter verwiesen haben, obwohl sie unsere Vertragspartner waren. Der Vermieter kam dann auch am 2. Tag und meinte zu allem nur „I‘m sorry“ und konnte nur auf die schlechte Situation aufgrund Corona verweisen. Nach langem hin und her, haben wir einen kleinen Teil des Geldes zurückbekommen. Soweit haben wir dann versucht, das beste aus der Situation zu machen. Als wir jedoch an unserem letzten vollen Tag am Nachmittag von einem Ausflug kamen, um noch mal im Pool ein bisschen Zeit zu verb

The "Villa" it's terrible! We were 2 couples with 2 kids age 2 and 10. The house is a living zoo. There were bee hives in all bathrooms full of bees and myrmidons. To take a bath we were trying to take out the bees for our safety. In addition, after 9 o'clock at night we couldn't sit on the veranda because of a bat nest between the pergola. The bats were flying around us trying to get in. Also, the "pool" is now a hole with water. Fully unconditioned and not working properly. On day 2 I gave you a call to clean it because when we woke up it was green. The maintenance team came the next day. By the last day of our stay the hole was green again. Therefore, 2 days without a pool. The funny thing is that on your instruction for the key location, you mentioned a code. The key was on a box at the front door having no code just a spider for welcome. Spiders were also living inside the walls. Most of the doors were not closing properly and most of the lights too. Really unacceptable!!! The other couple with the 2 year-old left one day before. I'm expecting for your actions and some refund of our money.

The welcome we got from Andreas was second to none he arrived shortly after us gave us a guided tour of the villa left us a nice bottle of wine water in the fridge on the table outside was a pile of freshly picked oranges which kept in juice for our breakfast most days . He also came every morning at 7 to clean the pool area and the pool itself . the villa its self is ideally situated for a 15 minute walk into polis centre or a 15 minute walk to the beach and its bar . the area it is in is nice a quiet we would consider returning to this villa in the future .Lastly a real big thankyou to Andreas when our battery failed on our hire car Twice he was on hand with a set of jump leads to start our car he is a true Greek Cypriot nothing is too much bother and all done with a smile

It was great! Villa is within walking distance from the beach. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the sea, but there is not very convenient sea entrance there, so its better to walk 5 minutes more along the sea to the camping beach. There are 4 similar villas, they are divided by garden plots, so villas provide high level of privacy. You may swim in your pool without clothing, and nobody will see you. There is sea view from the balcony. Villa is well equipped, beds are convenient. Owner came every day, except for Sunday, to water the lawn and provide pool maintenance. Shops are in Polis - about 3-5 km from the villa. We will definitely recommend villa to our friends, and will try to be back.

The villa is a comfortable residence with all the needed facilities one would want from a vacation home. The location is excellent and so close to the beach (walking distance of 5 mins) and town (10 min drive). The pool is great and a welcome relief from the heat. The mosquitoes are a problem but this is a Cyprus wide issue.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Having a private pool was great and plenty of shaded areas, together with comfortable sunbeds, made it very versatile given the high temperatures. Fresh oranges from trees in the garden were delicious. Local restaurants were very friendly and provided good, reasonably priced meals. We can heartily recommend Moustakallis.

As we chose not to hire a car, The villa was in a good location for us, being only a 15 minute walk in to the centre of the rather lovely Polis town with its good choice of eateries and bars. There were also some really nice shops to potter around. Also you can follow the beachside pathway all the way to Latchi if you fancied a change of scenery or just for a good walk. We found this villa to be a great size with lovely outdoor space and good sized pool which made it very easy for us to spend time there. There were a few issues with the villa but as they did not impact upon us too badly, we worked around them rather that make a fuss. But a little TLC would take this villa from good to great. All in all we had a super holiday in Polis and would consider re-visiting. We would consider going to this villa again as there was more to love than to loath!
