Villa Evelina

An excellent base for seeing the local attractions such as Latchi beach and the Blue Lagoon. Pool was amazingly clean each day and a fantastic size for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. A beautiful villa with great views over the valley and sea.

Fantastic

The villa is in a fabulous location, lovely cul de sac with the most spectacular views. Very private, pool is great. 5 minute drive to Latchi beach that has lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants.

Lovely place, could be amazing!

The villa is lovely, the pool fabulous and everything that was a problem dealt with very quickly. What drops a star is the lack of personal touches. No welcome package (and we arrived at 1.00 am thanks to flights!), no pool towels, no offer of towel changes in the week. But the villa is lovely - a bit out of the way which is what we wanted but you do have to drive everywhere unless you want to go to the one resto in walking distance (up a very steep hill!). All in all recommend if you like to just chill and hang out.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Polis and Latchi are ( both reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive). The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Love Latchi, Polis, and Cyprus, everyone is so friendly and hospitable. The Villa Evelina was a dream, we appreciated the air conditioning, and having a dip in the pool was a regular occurrence! We made full use of all the facilities and loved being able to use the BBQ and not eat out every night, although we have some fantastic meals cooked for us at the local restaurants. Would highly recommend this accommodation and the company.

Villa Evelina is set in an absolutely beautiful location near the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Cyprus over the past 8 years but the Villa Evelina is definitely the best. We have already re-booked it for August and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (within walking distance). Also, near to Latchi where you can find other local shops for day-to-day supplies, and also many restaurants, bars around the marina, etc. You need only a 5-10 minute drive to Latchi and Polis and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Latchi and Polis (Latsi and Yiannakis Beach). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Great holiday at Villa Evelina. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

We had the most amazing time in Villa Evelina! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beaches (Latchi and Asprokremmos Beach), are absolutely beautiful and were perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Paphos/Cyprus and would definitely recommend Villa Evelina!

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful Villa you could imagine. The Villa Evelina and Paphos made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Neo Chorio and Latchi very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

Booked a villa in Cyprus through this company. Villa Evelina was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. We liked the natural shades around the pool area and the quiet neighbourhood. Very private and safe property! Everyone in Neo Choriowas extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We visited Polis and Latchi and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local drinks, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

The whole process couldnt have been easier from booking and paying online detailed instructions on finding the villa a clean and well-presented property. It is a beautiful house amid palm trees with a great terrace surrounded by lots of natural shades. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted it met all my expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful. Also, we loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. We had a nice and relaxed holiday, and we are coming again next year as well.

We brought our own food for the first evening here. for the following day we had ordered food delivery service at home that was delivered by the nearby taverna. We felt wonderfully at home because of the cleanliness of the total house, inside and out. Our money has been well spent. Thanks to AgniTravel for their good service.

From our villa we could enjoy the sunrise, the calmness of the sea and the wide surroundings, all the splendor of nature. Walking in the afternoon, on the way to the restaurants and bars is what we are happy to remember. This time we have done enough at the Bath of Aphrodite
