Located on the headland dunes at Amble, Signal House is an impressive new build property. This light & airy, spacious beach house is 2325 sq ft over 2 floors. Tastefully decorated to reflect its coastal surroundings which can be seen from every window. The views are simply stunning and the landmark Coquet Island is located directly opposite. Amble town is a pretty little fishing village that has lots of shops, bars and restaurants which is within 10 minutes walking distance of Amble.

****Membership access to Amble Links Health & Fitness Club, 200 metres walk:- As our guest you have free access to the swimming pool, sauna and gym during your stay.

Golden wedding anniversary

Wonderful area, lots to do. The kitchen is well resourced with plenty of equipment and a filter coffee machine.Check-in was seamless and as one of the party is partially sighted we needed lots of light and there is plenty.

Fabulous property and host, highly recommend!

What a wonderful place Signal House is, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in October 2024, so much so that we have booked to come back next Easter. The house is truly beautiful with incredible views. Amble Is a great place to explore the beauty of Northumberland from, there is so much to see and I guarantee you’ll be spoiled for choice for places to visit. Amble itself is a lovely working harbour with shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We can’t wait to come back.and continue to explore. Tracey is a great host and was super quick to respond to any questions I had.

Wonderful house

Signal House is a perfect house for friends, with plenty of communal space, good sized bedrooms and ensuites and wonderful views. Everything was provided for our stay and the owners were lovely. Definitely recommended.

Gorgeous property

Our siblings and spouses and we had a fantastic time at Signal House! The house is absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The first few days were perfect, and then Storm Babet arrived, but even then it was a fun time. Thanks for being so responsive to questions! Highly recommend. Thanks Tracey!

Many Celebrations

We stayed here, to celebrate my sons 35th Birthday, my Parents 65th Wedding anniversay, and for my mum and dad to meet their first Great Grand child, along with a long time need catch up with my cousin, and my 90 year old uncle and aunt. What a beautiful setting overlooking the wonderful Coquet Island, (which we visited the day before) Easy to get too, great parking, and facilities were just great - Thank You

What a view !

We had a brilliant weekend, despite the weather.The communication before hand was spot on, the pictures on the site matched the reality of staying there. It was immaculate, the view was incredible, it is faultless. Only a mile away to the amenities, the beach is a great walk too and it is literally on the doorstep.Highly recommended

Incredible venue for a memorable birthday celebration

Signal House is a 'wow' property that truly has it all - from the ocean vista, where you can watch 4 seasons in 1-day roll in, to the stunning accommodation itself, which manages to balance the opulence of a high-end hotel, with the warmth and coziness of a family home. Tracey even baked a birthday cake which greeted us, along with a beautiful welcome hamper. Signal house lacked for nothing and it truly surpassed all of our expectations. Whilst we were all sad to leave, we've taken some wonderful memories away with us. Thank you Tracey for such a perfect stay.

Fabulous holiday home. Very clean, warm, well equipped and comfortable. Good communications and easy check in. We had a lovely family gathering, with good walks on our doorstep and amazing views, especially the sunrises. We certainly book again.

Fantastic place to stay

The position of the property gave us a fantastic view of the coast both from the kitchen and sitting area. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed there. The beds were all comfortable, the heating kept us warm and the only niggle was that two en-suites were relatively small. We would definitely book again

Stunning property and location

Beautiful property, lots of space for the 7 of us. Beautiful decor and had everything we needed and more. The views are amazing and it was blissful to sit on the balcony and take it all in. It was a wrench to leave the house for days out but always wonderful to return to. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shops/cafes of Amble.

Northumberland coast holiday

Beautiful modern property. Perfect as a base for my wife and I to explore the Northumberland coast with our 4 year old daughter and her grandparents. Amazing sea views. Swimming pool and gym at the caravan park across the road. Good communication from the owners. Would love to book again

Fantastic hosts firstly, what you see really doesn't do the property justice...its really is quite stunning. Would have been happy to sit and watch the changing sea for hours on end. Will be back.. thank you

We purchased Signal Cottage in 2016, after a long journey through the planning department, we started construction in September 2019 of Signal House Coastal Retreats the name of our development. We completed Signal House in November 2020.
