Aloha y Bienvenido al Condominio B10 Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums en el soleado sur de Maui. El condominio B10 está decorado con mucho gusto, con bonitas obras de arte y pinturas. La cocina remodelada cuenta con electrodomésticos modernos y está completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición con canales de cable de alta definición en la sala de estar y también en el dormitorio principal; y un reproductor HD-DVR / BlueRay en la sala de estar. Los nuevos ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado Mitsubishi en todo el condominio brindarán comodidad para el flujo de aire. El dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama King con colchón nuevo Sealy Posturepedic con integrado. El dormitorio del nivel principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con colchón ultra confort. Además, hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar si tienes una quinta o sexta persona.

The Condominium location is superb.Management is always friendly, accessible and accommodating.The B10 unit is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Year after year, the owners are always updating and maintaining the facility to make sure it’s in excellent condition and the groundskeeper works hard to maintain and beautify the grounds. Overall, the entire complex is extremely well done, has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and always feels like a home away from home.

The property is beautifully maintained and ideally located—close to the beaches and hiking spots we explored around Maui. We especially loved the lush tropical plants and vibrant flowers throughout the resort.While the ocean right out front wasn’t the clearest for swimming, the beach itself was great for walks and hanging out at. You could walk the beach to the local ABC, farmers’ market, shaved Ice and bakery. The pool and patio areas were also fantastic—clean, comfortable, and inviting.Our condo had a charming beachy vibe and a lovely ocean-view balcony. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the cozy second-story loft bedroom, and thoughtful touches like plenty of beach towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and more. It was great that the resort also offered pool and beach toys to borrow. In the mornings we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea on the patio while watching the boats go by. We can’t wait to return—Kihei Sands truly felt like a home away from home.

A bit windy, with blowing sand, but expected for that area and season. Sea was not clear so if desire to snorkel, there are places further south.Hard-working staff was great, keeping place in order and functioning. Cleaning staff does a great job to keep unit ready for next visitors.Beautiful plants onsite.My kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. BBQs on site were great amenity. Prices were reasonable. I will likely return.Thank you Staff for friendliness, acommodating us, andyour hard working efforts to keep this facility a well-oiled machine.

The most amazing home base for the best trip

We stayed with our two daughters (5 and 7) and had the best stay. Easy checking in and out; all the things we needed and the best porch and view. The ocean and pool access couldn’t have been better and all the activities we wanted (snorkel trip, surfing, sight seeing) were convenient. Best stay ever!

I love the location in Kihei in that the beach is not crowded and the morning walks are such a pleasure. The space out front by the pool and bbq's is really conducive to meeting new people and having great conversations. At the end of the day I appreciate the quiet evenings and hearing the sound of the surf, wonderful!

I wouldn’t stay there again

The units are dated looking and the carpeting in the outdoor hallways are dirty. The balcony fits two people. The living room seats 3 people. Very small living area and dining area. The complimentary beach chairs and water toys are dirty and old. We literally walked in and started searching other places to stay. We ended up paying to stay somewhere else, even though we could not get a refund here.

Well stocked condo--great for families!!

We enjoyed the community grill and smore night provided by the host. I would have rated this five stars but the view wasn't as pretty as some of the other areas we visited on the island. The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.

Wonderful

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Great location!

Our condo at Kihei Sands was great. The property managers were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location was great and the access to the beach as close as the description says. The patio at Kihei Sands is a lovely place to spend the afternoon / evening. Our condo had beach chairs and an umbrella which was really helpful. The location in Kihei is nice because it's a quiet spot that's also centrally located to West and South Maui. A few things to know ahead of time: the parking spaces are very narrow so don't rent a large vehicle. The laundry required ten quarters each for washing and drying. The laundry room is open from 2-8 PM but the office (where you get the quarters) is only open until 3 PM, so plan ahead to get your laundry money! Also, it wasn't entirely clear from the listing and photos, but the master bedroom upstairs is open to below and not a private/enclosed space. Not necessarily a problem, but something to be aware of.

Kihei Sands was the ideal location. Right on the beach with intimate surroundings. We enjoyed getting to meet fellow travelers, and barbecuing in the common area. Morning beach walks/runs and swims in the ocean were our routine. The entire complex was very clean and our apartment had updated furnishings. The location was ideal for all of the attractions we desired on the island. We were delighted in every way, and will definitely be back!
