Please be advised that beginning July 1, 2025, the BBQ area will be
under construction for approximately 3 to 4 weeks as we work to give
it a fresh new look.During this time, the BBQ area will be closed.

The accommodations and rental company were excellent;the location, at the end of north Kihea Beach;the two canoe clubs to paddle with each morning, just a few minutes walk away; the serenity of the beach area; great restaurants close by;the marine to take excursions about a 15 min drive!

Family vacation

Great property in a good location. Plenty of room for a larger family and the view of the ocean is fantastic. Great family friendly place and just a short distance from downtown Kihei. The place was very clean with plenty of amenities both inside the unit and on the grounds.

We loved seeing the ocean each morning and enjoyed watching the local canoe teams out each am. Also enjoyed long walks on the beach out in front of our unit.

Great location. Saw turtles and a rat on my morning lanai coffee hour. Right next door to the canoe club and you can watch them set out everyday. Location of this unit makes you feel like you're the only one around. Only downfall is the beach here gets very windy every afternoon but that means it's pool time. You can walk to surgar beach bake shop each morning. A delicious!

View was gorgeous and being right on the beach was great! Property is a bit dated for the TV was small, and no instructions on how to find channels,etc.. I called but didn’t hear back. Kitchen didn’t have a disposal and bedrooms were small and no place to store your luggage. Towels were thin but living/dining room were nice. The ambiance of being on the beach was the best! The tsunami the first night didn’t help and we only got to stay 3 nights instead of four!

We’ve stayed at this property in Maui multiple times and have always had great experiences, which is why we decided to splurge on the penthouse this trip. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.The check-in process was by far the most difficult we’ve ever experienced with any vacation rental. There were multiple steps, deadlines, and requirements (including ID verification and photos) on top of the standard Vrbo process, which felt excessive and frustrating.The unit itself showed signs of not being used often. There was noticeable dust in several areas, and overall it didn’t feel as clean or well-maintained as expected for the price point. Surprisingly, the view from the penthouse was not as good as what we’ve had on lower floors in previous stays.The biggest issue was communication. During a major storm, we reached out to report water coming into the unit and did not receive a response for two days. Meanwhile, other guests on the property mentioned their hosts proactively checked on them, which made the lack of response even more noticeable.The property itself is still great, but based on this experience, we would not rent through this management company again.

Yes view was excellent, host was easy and nice to work with! Pool has plenty of chairs no need to ho out early to reserve a spot, love that it's so close to ocean. Barbqs and area very nice clean with lights! We were there during the flash floods and mud.....staff worked hard everyday to clean up mud and parking, very friendly and hard working!
