Aloha y Bienvenido al Condominio B8 Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums en el soleado sur de Maui. El condominio B8 cuenta con una cocina recientemente remodelada, muebles de sala nuevos y nuevos A / C de Mitsubishi.

Kihei Sands Condominium se encuentra directamente en una de las mejores playas de Maui, Sugar Beach. Reviewer Comments: Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

I would like to boast further, but I may not be able to secure a place to stay in the future ;)Spend a few days or more. If you're looking for the "big resort" experience, then you should absolutely do that. If you are looking for a quiet, warm, more intimate property this might be the place for you. Couple minor issues, couch in unit was broken and needs to be replaced. There was also an individual who seemed to be monitoring the coffee and recycling bins on the patio. We were unexpectedly lectured on not using these bins. Other than that our second stay there was perfect and look forward to coming back!

Best views in Kehei!

We absolutely loved our time here. The views are amazing from every room in the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers to towels. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

2024 Family Vacation

Condo 8 has a great view, and condo was everything we wanted. The only downside is that the beach is the color of dark brown sugar, so it makes the ocean look dirty when it really isn't. If you are an avid snorkeler, or like crystal clear water, then make the 30 min drive a few days to Kaanapali beach and park for free to see clear water. The ocean isn't the condos fault, just didn't want someone to be mislead by the "Sugar" beach description. The owner is always around the property and is really friendly and helpful.

The condo was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the area come to life for the day. A perfect place for taking walks on the beach or sunning yourself at the pool. Many restaurants within a short drive. Only had one interaction with the onsite management company and was easily booked online. Would stay here again!

The end unit views of the ocean at any time of day was worth the extra cost, waking up in the morning looking out the bedroom windows to palm trees and beach/ocean is the very reason we came to visit Maui. Building is well maintained and really enjoyed the common beach front outdoor area w/pool. A real hidden gem amongst high rise condos. Love the more cozy/homey feel of the two story building. We would love to escape the Alaska cold and stay again.

Kihei Sands unit B8

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic. The condo is located in Kihei which is convenient to most areas on the island. It’s sits right on Sugar Beach which is beautiful but not a high traffic beach and the beach/ocean are mere steps from the property. Located on the north end of Kihei there are a number of restaurants and shops within a 10-15 minute drive. The unit has AC which is nice when the temps and humidity start to rise. There are communal grills in the courtyard and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and spices. Definitely check the kitchen before buying a bunch of stuff at the grocery store as it was more stocked than we anticipated. There were beach chairs and a cooler in the unit for us to use as well as shared pool noodles and boogie boards under the stairs. The water was calm in the mornings but the trade winds would pick up between noon and 4-5pm and the ocean could get a bit rough. After about 5pm it would start to calm down again. Swimming/lounging in the ocean was wonderful, but the good snorkeling spots in the southern area are roughly 15-20 minutes away. The office staff were very pleasant, though the only time we really needed to interact with them is when our fish was delivered (fresh fish Maui) and when we returned the parking pass. Overall we highly recommend Kihei Sands and would definitely return to this property.

Wonderful getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented B5 and B8 for our family of 8. We came to celebrate our 70th birthday with our children and grandchildren. It was a perfect spot and we had so much fun being neighbors! The beach was great, it was whale watching season which was a bonus. The accommodations were clean with all the conveniences of home. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra cot and were given a nice queen size blow up bed to use. We had a problem with one of the washing machines and Patrick in the office fixed the problem right away. All in all, we highly recommend Kihei Sands and would love to come back sometime.
