Nuestra unidad en Waikiki Banyan se abrió recientemente en junio de 2017 después de una renovación total. Hay una cocina completa y una isla de mármol con mesas para cuatro personas.

Nuestro condominio en el piso 18 cuenta con una vista del agua del tranquilo canal Ala Wai, campos de golf verdes y lejanas montañas azules de Manoa con nubes blancas y arco iris. Desde este condominio, tendrá una buena oportunidad de encontrarse con algunos arco iris en la tarde, a veces con arco iris dobles.

Esta unidad de Waikiki Banyan cuenta con aparcamiento cubierto gratuito. Las instalaciones incluyen una bonita piscina, dos jacuzzis burbujeantes, una amplia área de barbacoa con 10 o más parrillas, un parque infantil, canchas de tenis, etc.

Ofrecemos una variedad de utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos que incluyen estufa, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, cafetera, olla de cocción lenta, olla arrocera y un montón de vajilla. La cocina tiene una isla espaciosa que sirve como mesa de comedor. Hay un cuarto de baño privado con bañera y ducha. Ropa de cama y un montón de toallas se proporcionan.

Nuestra unidad está equipada con dos camas dobles, un sofá cama grande y dos colchones de piso (futones). Tenemos un televisor Sony Flat HD. Hay un comedor y un lanai fresco.

La ubicación de nuestro condominio es excelente. Todo esta a un paso de distancia caminando. La mundialmente famosa playa de Waikiki está a solo una cuadra de distancia y Kapiolani Beach Park se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie. La caminata de menos de 10 minutos lo lleva a International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center y Kalakaua Blvd con cientos de tiendas de lujo, bares y restaurantes. Puede encontrar una tienda de comestibles (Food Pantry) y muchas tiendas convenientes alrededor.

Overpriced Property

The property is in the heart of Waikiki, walking distance of approximately 2 to 3 blocks to Waikiki beach. There was a playground and pool for our little children, but the actual unit was deceiving. There was no queen size sofa bed in the living room. It was more of a full size futon that a college student would purchase because they couldn’t afford actual furniture. There were no additional pillows for the futon so you had to use the decorative pillows to sleep on. There is only the AC in the living room so you would need to open the windows for some cool air but that would mean you would hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The sliding doors separating the living area with the bedroom were off the tracks and there were no tools in the unit to fix them. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out. Lastly, there was only 1 roll of paper towels provided during our stay. I wish I had known that was the case because I surely would have purchased more especially with my two small children. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are traveling with family.

Stay at the Waikiki Banyon

Overall, the condo was as described. On day one there was an issue with the water temperature, specifically the shower and bathroom sink. The was only hot water, however it was scolding hot so after a long flight, we could not shower until the following day. The owner, Kenny was notified who looked into the concern and within a few hours the problem was rectified. As for the remainder of our stay, the location to the beach was ideal. The one concern that I had is there is no security, meaning anyone can come and go on this property. I feel if you are trace with a group of adults there really is no issue, however if you are traveling with children, I feel there should be some sort of measure in place to ensure who is staying at this establishment are supposed to be there. We did not run into any issues with this concern but I feel it is important to pint this out. Overall 4/5 stars.

Waikiki oasis

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a month in March. It is a great place, beautifully furnished, a well stocked kitchen, and an exceptionally comfortable king sized bed. We never once needed the AC. Two big ceiling fans with open, screened windows and doors kept us nice and cool. The absolute best part of this condo was the huge, lushly planted patio. Song birds surrounded us at all times, there is a shaded area with a dining table, and at night it is lit up beautifully. We spent hours out here. Nothing else like it in Waikiki. Thanks Gord and Ray for being wonderful hosts!

Great location, room/hotel okay

Beautiful view from this condo. Although the room has been recently renovated, it still had room for improvement. The bathroom seemed dirty, but I think the walls were just stained or not washed well. The shower/tub and toilet area was very small, tub tab leaked, just seemed outdated. The beds are firm! The kitchen provided the space we needed and was equipped. The pool facility wasn't great, no floating devices allowed for children. If you are a vrbo guest, the hotel staff doesn't treat you well as you are not a hotel guest. They wouldn't even make change for $1 for laundry for us. Nice location, easy to walk to several restaurants, beaches, zoo, shops, etc. When the owner says you supply your own amenities - he means it! There is nothing!! One bar of soap and a very small bottle of dish soap. In other condo's there have been many more small things included- like sand toys, shampoo, sunscreen- just stuff others have left behind usually. A few additions would be nice- tea towel for washing counters, there is a Swiffer- but no pads, beach umbrella or a better umbrella as the one there is broken. Felt for the price we had way better value in Maui. The little extras go a long way in making you feel like coming back.

Great Owner! Condo was pretty good

In the main the condo is a nice unit and the owner Kenny was very easy to reach and was very communicative and helpful. I was disappointed with a few worn out things that should really be retired (lanai table/chairs, random dining chair by the door, mat in bathroom, a few kitchen items) - and a few things not clean (bathroom light/extractor fan, lanai windows, mirror). The view of the golf course and beyond is quite nice and all in all it's a good unit, but probably would benefit from an extra little bit of TLC.

We have been coming to Hawaii for last 3 years my wife and daughter and never stayed in an apartment, booking and instructions were easy and communication was quick. This apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, cooked ribeye on the bbq, to making breakfast in the apartment,everything Kenny said was spot on and had no issues at all even had read reviews of building that tenants of other apartments were mean and rude, we met heaps they were all nice and friendly. Beds are comfortable, fridge is huge, pinkline bus just around corner.. we loved it..would recommend and will love stay again on our next visit...

Definitely recommend, close to beach and shops, and very helpful havibga car park too!

Condo was great, beds were comfy if you like harder beds. The third option bed, the futon was comfy too but bedding didn’t fit when laid flat. Owners were great with any issues so I’m sure they will address this. It was great having a full kitchen too. Beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket all very close. All utilities were handy in the complex, rubbish shoot and laundry at end of hall, car parking easy also, although after 7pm Access to lifts get me locked so you have to walk down to the bottom floor through the car park to get back into the building...overall, loved it a s would stay again for sure. Many thanks.

Great Place To Stay In Waikiki! Great Value and Great That Parking Is Included!

My family of 4 recently stayed at this property and it was great! Updated kitchen and newer appliances. We went grocery shopping and were able to cook some of our meals not only saving money, but allowing a balance to all of the yummy food we were trying. Short 4 minute block and a half walk to the beach, not too close, but not too far. In the unit, there was everything you needed - cooking pots pans, utensils, extra bedding supplies, comfy beds, sofa bed and even beach chairs / and mats to use. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo, The Andersons
