Dear Donna, Thank you very much for your comments and the details mentioned. Regarding the hammocks, we are sorry that 2 units were not operational. We have already resolved the inconvenience and the house now has its hammocks. Regarding the English channels, the house always had English channels via satellite until the INTELSAT Satellite stopped broadcasting them. Unfortunately, it was a problem of force majeure. We are currently implementing English channels and those from many other countries, via the Internet. With which you are guaranteed that on your next visit, the house will have all the international channels. We look forwrad to see you soon! Best wishes from all the team. Greetings, Mónica B.

Dear Beatrice, Thank you very much for your review and for sharing your experience at our Vistalobos house. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the positive aspects you highlighted. We also greatly value your comments regarding the mattresses. We understand that tastes vary, as some guests prefer softer mattresses while others prefer firmer ones, so we will certainly take your feedback into account for future improvements. Regarding the sound between the houses, this is the first time we have received such a comment. Both houses are managed by us, and although they are sometimes occupied at the same time, we had never received this observation before. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving and providing the best possible service to our guests. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed your stay at Vistalobos, and it would be a pleasure to welcome you back whenever you wish to return. Kind regards, Ana, Mónica & Bettina We Love Tourism Lanzarote Team.

Monica & We Love Tourism Teram

Dear Claudia, Thank you for your comment, we really appreciate it. We would like to respond to what you said about the pool and the rest. Unfortunately during your stay there was an incident with the heat pump of the House Pool, which we are very sorry about, but we know that the machines can sometimes fail, and on this occasion this happened, and we resolved it by changing the pump and installing a new one, we consider that it was done as quickly as possible, we also refunded you for the days that you did not enjoy the service, we are saddened to know that this is not mentioned in your comment. In relation to what you say about the sofas, they have already been purchased and we only need them to be brought to us this week. The bathroom renovation is already scheduled, but it is difficult to carry it out, since the house is always occupied. We will review the sun loungers to see if they need to be changed. Thank you again for your comment, it helps us achieve our objectives, which are to give the best service to our clients. Greetings. We Love Tourism Lanzarote Team.
