The Space🏠:
Our apartment is completely renovated with high quality materials and has modern appliances. We have carefully decorated it in a Nordic and minimalist style that will help you disconnect, relax and enjoy your holidays.

It has a bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00) so you can rest. The living room has a large window overlooking the sea and the garden and has a sofa bed for one or two people and a smart TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need to cook, including a dishwasher.

From the living room you can access the balcony, where you can have breakfast looking at the sea, read while listening to the song of the birds or have a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment is located in a very quiet urbanization with beautiful green areas and a swimming pool. At the same time, it is very close to good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks, which you can walk to.

Guest Access🔑:
The urbanization has a beautiful swimming pool for adults and children open all year and green areas with trees and flowers where you can walk and sunbathe.

Parking is outside the urbanization, but you can easily park at the door and it is a very safe and controlled area.

The Neighborhood🏖:
Gran Alacant is a very quiet and residential area that has all the services, such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, health center and library. It also has several bars and very good restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine. In addition, there are several hiking trails with which you can exercise while discovering the area.

Getting Around✈:
Alicante airport is only 9 kilometers away.

There is a bus stop 100 meters from the apartment where you can take the bus that takes you to the center of Alicante.

You can easily park at the door of the urbanization, it is a very quiet and safe area.

Gran Alacant is strategically located, very close to the airport, the best beaches and other towns such as Alicante, Elche and Santa Pola. This makes it the perfect destination whether you want to come to relax or if you want to take the opportunity to discover and visit the area.
