La serenidad está llamando. Estamos encantados de presentarle nuestra nueva casa de acuarela, ubicada en Cerulean Park y un paseo muy corto a la playa Club y el Golfo. ¡Ésta es una de las localizaciones más deseadas en acuarela! Recientemente redecorado, esta casa de campo toda suite está impecablemente decorado y ultra cómodo para su experiencia vacacional exclusiva.

El momento en que entras en esta casa, que son recibidos con una paleta de colores calmante que recuerda a las aguas cercanas del Golfo y arena blanca. Con un tamaño perfecto para un grupo de 4, la casa cuenta con una suite master king con porche privado con mosquitero. Disfrute de su vista de Cerulean Park y escuchar la fuente desde el lujo de los asientos al aire libre de felpa. El baño principal principal cuenta con un fregadero de tocador doble, caminar en la ducha más ducha adicional / bañera, perfecto para cuando toda la familia necesita para prepararse para la cena al mismo tiempo. Una suite queen adicional completa el primer piso de la casa, con una cama con dosel de diseño, ropa de cama de lujo y baño privado.

La sala de estar principal se encuentra en el segundo piso, con una planta de concepto abierto y una sensación de luz, aireado. Recientemente redecorado, los interiores son elegantes, relajantes y de lujo. Las puertas francesas se abren al balcón del segundo piso, con vistas a Cerulean Park y con asientos salón más pantallas de privacidad en un lado por momentos. El comedor incluye asientos para 6 bajo nuestro candelabro de la firma. Un balcón lateral está justo al lado de la zona de comedor, aprovechando al máximo la ubicación de la esquina de la casa. Una cocina completa está disponible, con todo lo necesario para su preparación de comida.

El acceso al Club de Playa Acuarela y a las Piscinas de Acuarela está incluido en su reserva. Alquiler de bicicletas, entrega de abarrotes, juegos de fogatas en la playa y otros servicios de conserjería disponibles a través de LiveWell 30A. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice residence, great location and very clean for being pet friendly. Our only criticism was the dresser in the master bedroom. Very inexpensive piece of furniture where it was a major struggle to close the drawers. We finally gave up on it and removed our belongings and stored them elsewhere.

Good stay but missing some basics

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay in a convenient location in Watercolor near the beach club. Rental was nicely decorated but some visible stains in the carpet in the bedrooms which made it feel less clean. Wish there were some more basics in the kitchen such as oil, salt, pepper but there was nothing of the sort. No beach equipment available either (i.e. towels, chairs, umbrella) so everything needs to be rented. Golf cart not included. 2 bikes includes which were convenient. Again good stay, no issues just wish there were some of these small additional items offered to make it easier for out of town visitors like other rental units. Also, only one key available & key is required to lock/unlock doors which made it inconvenient - wish there was a keypad or at least 2 sets of keys. Access to Beach Club was nice & good for dogs with convenient location across from a dog friendly park.

Great location despite the animal hair

The condo was decorated beautifully and the location was great. A short walk to the beach and the Beach Club, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to Camp Watercolor as well, but decided it was easier to use the complimentary trolley to get there! After arriving the first day and getting our little girls ready for bed, my husband noticed the sheets were covered in black dog hair. We made a complaint and they came over the next day to change them. While the listing stated “pet friendly”, I wasn’t expecting the amount of dog hair that was all over the place. Furniture, base boards, corners, the sheets and blankets all had a significant amount of dog hair. When the washing machine was in use, all I could smell was pet urine. We loved the convenience of the location, but not enough to stay again. The pet hair and pet odor was a huge turn off to us wanting to stay there again. The downstairs also stayed freezing cold, while the upstairs was very hot.

Ideal location

This is ideal location. It is walkable to beach club, seaside, and several restaurants. We loved the screened in porches and were able to bring our dog with us.

We reported bees/wasps living in furniture on the second story balcony. No one responded. Finally called again and were told that they were carpenter bees and that they were harmless. Didn’t feel comfortable going out there because Google says they do sting. One key is crazy. Either provide more or put in a coded entry like the next door neighbor’s. No cushions on two of four second floor deck chairs.

The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. Our family prefers a Keurig coffee maker, but the drip coffee maker worked well. Richard from Exclusive 30A Rentals was excellent. He was very responsive to any of our requests. We will be renting through him from now on. This delightful home won't disappoint!

Great Location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been vacationing along 30A for the past 20 years and all but just a couple of the properties that we've rented have been absolutely wonderful. This property has the potential to be amazing but fell very short for us. We paid much more for the week than we ever had on past properties that weren't beachfront and so our expectations were high but not unreasonable. The unit had issues that have been raised by prior renters but apparently remain. The worst issue...roaches (several in the kitchen...and a few different species) All the other issues we encountered were, in our opinion, evidence of a lack of routine maintence and upkeep that these older (but beautiful) units require, especially given the high rental fee. Broken master shower door, v old hot water heater needing to be replaced, loud air conditioning unit outside bedrooms, exposed nails in flooring, etc. We would only want to stay in this specific unit again, which is in FANTASTIC Watercolor (best beaches, amenities, restaurants, bike paths, nature, all within walking/biking distance) if owner/management company fully addressed the pest and maintenance issues that we believe they've been well aware of for months now, if not longer.

Filthy house

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at our apartment we had asked to have bedding for our two extra mattresses. It was bit available. Our aircon did not work properly and we called someone in twice. They told us it was our fault. I contacted the man I reserved the place with and he told me to “quit complaining”! I had to also tell him and the housekeeper that the house has not been cleaned properly so they had to come in again on the night we arrived to clean up properly.There were cockroaches behind the dishwasher and in the kitchen crawling all over. We love Watercolor so that was great but the venue was great but inside our apartment it was filthy. I think you guys need to clean out this entire property and get pest control. It really upset our holiday all these things that went wrong.
