Vacation 2025

Our third time staying in this condo. Absolutely love the layout and location. Good size balcony to enjoy the view. Was able to see two launches this time and numerous cruise ships. Lori is great to work with. We had everything we needed to start our vacation. Looking forward to booking again .

Great Property, Super Host

Great communication with the host from the start of booking throughout our stay. Very nice property with a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!!! Sunrises are fantastic !!

Great Location and Condo

Was a fantastic stay. All the amenities you will need and right on the beach and next to restaurants/bars/coffee.Wish the pool was open and didn't know it was closed.

A relaxing getaway

The condo is great, the views of the ocean and from the balcony are spectacular. Everything you need is included. It’s great to have covered parking, beach chairs, and umbrella available. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants is a plus. Lori, the host is very responsive for anything you need! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cocoa Beach Condo

The condo was located in downtown Cocoa Beach and right on the beach as stated. Wonderful sounds of the surf! Great balcony with access in both master bedroom and living room. The property manager, Lori, was most helpful and on occasion during our stay would text us to let us be aware of local happenings in town. We would stay here again.

View with a hitch

Firstly I have to say the views were impressive. The beds were on the firm side but have to say we slept well. But the dishwasher didn’t work, kitchen dishes and silverware were sparse. No instructions on the way the tv remotes worked. We hade trouble with the door lock but worst of all we were stuck in an elevator with no service in the heat for about 10 minutes It was a scary experience.

A Perfect Beach Getaway

A beautiful condo with a million dollar view! The unit has everything needed for a perfect vacation. Within walking distance of several excellent eating and drinking establishments, and a very short drive to many more. Great beach, crystal clear pool, and the provided beach towels and chairs is a nice amenity. And we saw two Space X launches from our balcony. We looking forward to many more stays in this wonderful condo.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. The pool was clean. The condo itself needs some updating, especially The bathrooms. Also, could use a better coffee pot & toaster.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was clean and inviting when I arrived. Comfortable furniture and cute decorations. The condo is stocked with beach towels and other beach items, which is great if you’re flying in. Loved the keypad on the door and having a garage door opener. Was also pleasantly surprised to see so many things like coffee, paper plates and other kitchen items. Definitely check out the pantry before going shopping for your stay! Lori was wonderful to work with and made making the arrangements so easy! She was available for questions during my stay and even mailed my forgotten phone charger after I checked out. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Vacation 24

This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. Absolutely love it.Lori is very pleasant and always responds to any questions or concerns we have. There was going to be work done on the balcony side of the building during our stay. She notified us as soon as she knew and we had the opportunity to cancel .We decided to stay and glad we did- only a slight inconvenience. When we arrived the place was clean and had plenty of supplies to get us settled in. Watched the boat races - saw a launch and numerous cruise ships leave the port. Can’t wait till next year to do it again.

A few issues

Great inside the condo! Very clean and beautiful beachy theme. My favorite is always sitting on the balcony! Negatives for our stay: Pool was closed and has been closed for a few weeks for maintenance on the stone and painting. The whole sidewalk in front of the condo was closed for construction. The elevator is very old and likes to stick on the second floor, The worst was they were fixing every crack on every walkway, on every floor. It was 8 am sharp until 4 pm of sawing and jackhammering into cement. Outside every doorway. The great thing is it should be done and great and ready for next season! Lori was also great! She listened to my complaints and tried her best to accommodate . Our timing of end of March through first of April was not good for staying at this condo!

Our Stay at Broadwalk

We loved this unit. The view is beautiful and the unit is spotless. Lori is such a wonderful person to deal with. She went way above to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect For us

We have stayed at 10 or so condos in the area and this one was the most well equipt and comfortable one so far, Comfortable beds, and couch, large rooms all nicely decorated, and the view and ocean sounds was soooo relaxing and beautiful. There were perfect beach chairs for us to use and beach towels galore, Close to everything, Beach restaurant right next door, walking distance to shops and other eateries. The building is a bit dated but inside your condo, very nice!

Great condo & location!

Great vacation, we'll be returning to this property!! The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped - we made breakfast and small dinners every day, everything we needed was in the condo. Balcony was spacious, enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean, morning coffee & tea in the sunshine until 11am when it was time to head to the beach. Location was perfect, many great restaurants in walking distance for a late lunch. Owner has a great supply of beach chairs, oversize beach towels and umbrella for spending the day on the sand and the beach is not crowded. We had the pool to ourselves but only spent an hour and half, it was much more fun to to be on the balcony, in the sand or walking around to the stores, bars and restaurants. Building is a little dated but the condo is updated, well furnished and clean

Great stay

This condo was everything it was advertised to be. Great location. Clean and plenty of room. We loved watching the cruise boats coming and going, and we got to see a rocket launch which was phenomenal. Close to restaurants and shops. Lori was great to work with and responded quickly to take care of any issues. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect location

Beach front condo was just what we were looking for, just steps to the beach. The condo was very nice with all the amenities of being at home. We were able to watch a rocket launch, which was amazing!

Awesome view

We had a great stay at this property, close to downtown and a couple of good eateries close by. The only suggestion I have is to have a better cleaner in after each guest. It wasn’t the cleanest condo I’ve ever walked in.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property stands out from the rest because it's fresh and clean just like the photos. The location is perfect for someone who wants to just park the car and walk to everything. Downtown Cocoa Beach is always hosting some sort of event to enjoy right out the door. We have Friday Fest the 3rd Friday of every month, Surfing Santas on Christmas Eve, the Cocoa Beach Art Show on Thanksgiving weekend and so much more! Don't forget about all the rocket launches you can watch from the balcony or the beach.
