Cape Winds 408 es propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', ¡el mayor propietario de alquileres de vacaciones en primera línea de playa en la Costa Espacial!

¡La unidad 408 es una unidad de esquina con vidrio de piso a techo! Usted obtiene una vista impresionante del océano desde la sala de estar y su cuarto piso envuelve balcón. La unidad viene con todo lo que necesita para una estancia cómoda y relajante (toallas, ropa de cama, lavadora / secadora, cocina completa, WiFi, etc.). Las dos habitaciones y la sala de estar tienen TV de plasma HD y cable. El principal tiene una cama king y se completa con un baño en suite y vestidor. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y también hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Cape Winds es un hermoso complejo con muchas comodidades, que incluyen una piscina climatizada y jacuzzi, dos canchas de tenis, una cancha de básquetbol y acceso directo a la playa. Está convenientemente ubicado a aproximadamente 1 milla al norte del muelle y Ron Jons.

Beautiful location - nice place!

The condo was very nice, well decorated and perfect for four adults and two small kids. We loved the pool and hot tub!

It was a perfect view of the beach from the balcony having the corner condo provided excellent views we even saw two rocket launches, which was a bonus to see waking up to see the sunrise on the oceanevery morning was beautifulUnfortunately, after the first day we lost hot water in the building, however they did provide us with a condo next-door to take showers. They did offer to move us, however we liked where we were staying and didn’t mind going over to the other building to take showers.

Great view!!

The location was wonderful, easy access to area activities. Easy access to the beach. Morning sunrises were so beautiful and the balcony was great all day. The pool was not warm but there was a problem with the heater, which was fixed our last day. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna though. The only complaint I have was the master bed, memory foam and sunk in. I would stay here again, loved it.

The corner unit views are fantastic!. 4th floor perfect!Would have given it 5 stars, except the couch and two casual chairs were horribly uncomfortable!! Additionally only one huge pot and one small pan,…….frying pans were great. There was no information on TV channels or how to access them easily. Beach in that area is very nice Family oriented, and not crowded, even during peak season.

Absolutely the BEST view from an oversized balcony right on the beach. The condo was perfect. 2 nice sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Large Living room with dining area & see thru kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you need to prepared a nice dinner and enjoy cocktails on the balcony. All you need to relax and enjoy a walk on the beach.

Beach Vacation

This was our 5th stay at Cape Winds and we just love staying here. The ocean views from unit 408 are amazing! We love spending time on the balcony and watching the cruise ships come and go from the port. We also were able to view a rocket launch during our stay. The pool area is also very nice. Our unit was spotless upon arrival and the entire building and grounds are well maintained. Very close to dozens of great restaurants. The property manager, Kelsey, is the absolute best and went above and beyond to make certain our stay went seamlessly. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Love this place!!!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo!!! It is an hour away from Disney. So people who want that busy yet relaxing vacation.. this condo really provides the best of both worlds. Everything was super clean. The balcony is amazing! The hosts were so helpful and amazing and check in and check out were super easy! We loved this resort.. we felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves. There is a Publix really close to the condo for all of your grocery needs. We will definitely book here again!!! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful spot in Cape Canaveral

I’ve just finished a 5-night stay in this unit. The location was great, I loved watching the departing cruise ships go by. It's on the corner, so the large balcony wrapped around to the side and I was able to get a breeze there even when there wasn’t one directly at the front, so that was very nice. The AC worked very well, and each room had a ceiling fan, which is always helpful in warm climates. The condo had several nice small touches, such as a multi-plug and USB port in the living room and both bedrooms, making it very easy to charge multiple devices wherever you were. There’s also a multi-hook over-the-door hanger in the master bathroom which was very convenient. It was well supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and extra bath towels, as well as trash bags and cleaning products.I enjoyed it so much I’ve already booked it again!

What unit needs

Need to have better cleaning service and unit needs upgrading and nicer furniture-Linens wee shabby.thin and floors were filthy-I personally mopped them 3 times

Great family location

We loved our stay at Cape Winds! The beach wasn't crowded and they didn't have all the beach chair rentals lining the beach so we had plenty of room to sit and let our small children play. The condo was very well equipped with essentials including towels, beach chairs, some toys, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps. The locals where so friendly and we loved talking to them and learned a lot from them during our stay! The beach wasn't crowded and we loved that!! The only flaw was the bed not being very comfortable due to a big lump in the middle we kept rolling to the very edges of the bed, but other than that the condo was super nice and the pool was great. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them! We will definitely be back to Cape Winds!! We also got to see a couple rocket launches from our condo!!

We had a fantastic stay, all was as described and more. Beach so accessible and amenities to help with beach such as chairs, cooler, towels!!! Extras in room in kitchen also was a bonus!

So Much to See!

Loved this property and location. The corner balcony gives you an amazing view! Parking and check in were a breeze and communication was proactive and helpful. We enjoyed seeing sea life (recommend Manatee Park and Jetty Park Pier), watching the cruise ships come in and out, and getting to see two rocket launches in one day. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend!

We loved the views from the balcony and the beach was great! Some days it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The condo decor was great and it was nice and clean!

Cape Canaveral

This was an amazing find. The property is just north of Coaco Beach in Cape Canaveral so it's a quieter than being next to the pier and it was almost like we had our own private beach. A quick 3/4 min ride to Ron Jon's and restaurants made easy to zip in and out of. We used a lot of suggestions from the property owners for events to do and places to eat. 4th street filling Station is a gem and the food is amazing! We'll be back soon.

March spring break

Loved this location! It's between cape Canaveral and cocoa Beach, so it was not crowded the week we were there. Beautiful views from this unit and amazing weather. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge plus and were kept very clean. Easy check in and good communication from management with quick responses. The only complaint is the furniture in the unit could use updating...Couch and beds, but that's a minor detail. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again! Our favorite spring break location to date

Perfect place to stay on the beach!

Cape Winds complex is the perfect location near Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. The view from 408 was spectacular and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Appreciated all the amenities for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and even 2 boogie boards - they made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Check in and all communication was excellent. We hope to stay here again during our next visit!

Great View

Over all had a great stay. View is awesome. Communication with Drew was great - had an issue with shower and Drew had it fixed by end of day. Felt the clean and had everything we needed for the week. Could use a little TLC with over all appearance. Beds were comfortable. But living room furniture not. Granted time is spent outside. One sofa - very uncomfortable and two very uncomfortable chairs. If you plan a party of 6 for this unit - double check where they will all sleep. Again, great view and enjoyed our stay. Just wished for more comfortable indoor furniture and some TLC would greatly improve the over all appearance of the condo.
